Our first contact with Pulte homes was with Travis. He was always there to answer all the questions we had along the way and guide us thru the process of purchasing our new home. It was difficult as we lived in a different state but he always got back to us in a timely manner. We even a few good laughs along the way. His construction manager Justin, has also been great in getting everything completed in a timely manner and great follow-up. He is willing to go the extra mile in getting the job done and done well. He checks in often to make sure everything is good and to see if we need anything. We also had a great experience in the closing of our home, everyone has been so helpful and very friendly. Our home is build very well and is in a master planned community, one of the best in the state. It’s a great place for families or retired people like we are.. Pulte was very easy to work with and very responsive to any issues identified during the construction process. The project manager for our build was outstanding. The communication through out the entire process was very good and very detailed.

I love Cody my construction manager and Frank, they are honest and true hearts who cares about the Pulte home issues when they came up. I will not recommend Aaron. I love my Pulte agent Ana also, she is a force to be recognized. She bends over backwards to make sure you get into your home. I do love my Pulte home when you have the right people.

From the start of my loan process to closing was a stress-free experience and those that I spoke with to the ones I had seen in person was great and knew their business I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.

I was very pleased with the purchase procedures and pricing on the home. Sales agent was excellent to work with. We are very pleased with the house. There are a few cosmetic issues that need attention and we are awaiting completion. Our construction manager was nice enough and ok to work with but communication was a little spotty. He was ill during that time period which may have led to that. He did spend a lot of time at the closing walkthrough which we appreciated. There is a one year warranty so we can review again after that to see if service is handled. I did notice an empty beer can in the attic recently so was surprised at that. I enjoyed the buying experience very much so. It was a pleasure working with Terry our sales guy, and Caitlyn our construction manager. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The house is made well, there are some detail things that could have been cleaned up and caught before we walked through, but I understand they have a lot of homeowners to do and close with. My suggestion to Pulte is to have a quality control person to adjust those fine details. But I would suggest to anyone looking to buy a home, Pulte is the way to go! EDM

Home design and location were the selling points. Adrienne, Carlos, and Sandra in sales are spectacular as was Evan, the construction manager. Only issue is finish work. Numerous small things add up to disappoint final product for the overall price.

Everything has been great except our fireplace experience. We have had prompt response to repairs but the vinyl siding is melting due to heat exhaustion. It has been repaired and vinyl siding replacement is pending. We’ve also heard that we are not the only homeowners with this issue. We also have had some concerns with a low lying area in our natural area. I believe the delay is due to Charleston county.

Had built a new home many years ago with another builder, so this was a second-time-around experience for us. The process can be an emotional roller coaster, especially depending on the builder’s response to any questions or concerns. But working with Diane (Sales Agent) and Dustin (Construction Manager) was easy and enjoyable. All questions were taken seriously, responded to quickly, and resolved ASAP. We are especially appreciative of Dustin in managing our build and his oversight of the quality of construction. He truly was a joy to work with. Re. Pulte I Wished On There Track Home Packages. If They Would Allow A Little More Custom Changes To Happen To Make The Home More Custom Look Like Crown Moulding Trim And Chair Rail
