Great experience with Pulte, our building managers were very responsive and quick to assist with any and all issues. For the price, would expect some higher end materials but overall, happy with our new home.

Health was great! Very attentive and reliable.

We recently moved into our new home, and the experience has been very good. Brandon and Ed were both extremely responsive and regularly went above and beyond our expectations. This could have easily been an opaque build process, but Ed kept us up to date on everything that was happening and quickly resolved any concerns to our satisfaction. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with and stayed involved to answer any questions long after we signed our purchase contract. I still can’t believe how quickly it all came together and we’re so excited to enjoy our beautiful new home.

Pulte Homes was great from initial purchase to closing. Kept us informed every step of the building process. I could reach out to the construction manager or my sales person for information. Pulte provided prompt responses to my questions and inquiries. The mortgage team was great finding the best mortgage that we could qualify without any issues. Overall excellent Pulte experience.

From purchase to closing the Putle team did a good job communicating what was happening. The home is very well built, and we are very happy with it. The only issue was having the closing on a bank holiday weekend (Veterans Day). I am a little disappointed in not having an insulated garage door.

The sales process was very easy as house was completely finished when I did initial sales appointment. Walk through before closing was exceptional and all issues handled professionally

Our first contact with Pulte homes was with Travis. He was always there to answer all the questions we had along the way and guide us thru the process of purchasing our new home. It was difficult as we lived in a different state but he always got back to us in a timely manner. We even a few good laughs along the way. His construction manager Justin, has also been great in getting everything completed in a timely manner and great follow-up. He is willing to go the extra mile in getting the job done and done well. He checks in often to make sure everything is good and to see if we need anything. We also had a great experience in the closing of our home, everyone has been so helpful and very friendly. Pulte was very easy to work with and very responsive to any issues identified during the construction process. The project manager for our build was outstanding. The communication through out the entire process was very good and very detailed.

I love Cody my construction manager and Frank, they are honest and true hearts who cares about the Pulte home issues when they came up. I will not recommend Aaron. I love my Pulte agent Ana also, she is a force to be recognized. She bends over backwards to make sure you get into your home. I do love my Pulte home when you have the right people.

From the start of my loan process to closing was a stress-free experience and those that I spoke with to the ones I had seen in person was great and knew their business I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.

We worked with helpful and professional people throughout the process. We’re very pleased with the finished product and the journey it took to get here.

I was very pleased with the purchase procedures and pricing on the home. Sales agent was excellent to work with. We are very pleased with the house. There are a few cosmetic issues that need attention and we are awaiting completion. Our construction manager was nice enough and ok to work with but communication was a little spotty. He was ill during that time period which may have led to that. He did spend a lot of time at the closing walkthrough which we appreciated. There is a one year warranty so we can review again after that to see if service is handled. I did notice an empty beer can in the attic recently so was surprised at that. I enjoyed the buying experience very much so. It was a pleasure working with Terry our sales guy, and Caitlyn our construction manager. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The house is made well, there are some detail things that could have been cleaned up and caught before we walked through, but I understand they have a lot of homeowners to do and close with. My suggestion to Pulte is to have a quality control person to adjust those fine details. But I would suggest to anyone looking to buy a home, Pulte is the way to go! EDM

Home design and location were the selling points. Adrienne, Carlos, and Sandra in sales are spectacular as was Evan, the construction manager. Only issue is finish work. Numerous small things add up to disappoint final product for the overall price.

Excellent experience I highly recommend Pulte.
