Very Flexible and good builders

Good workmanship and service yet a little bit pricey

No new home is “perfect” but Pulte certainly aims for that and as a result you will take delivery of something quite great. Pulte is also very VA friendly and zero down to them means 0 down. Now fellow Vets if you have debt keeping you from being where you need to be to qualify you may have to put some skin in the game to level the playing field. Don’t construe that as a down payment. Construe that as Pulte genuinely wanting to make sure you can afford the payment and not get in over your head. They also give Vets a break on the earnest money needed to hold your lot and build. This is not something that is typically waived as they would be taking all the risk but at 50% off for Vets it ensures your commitment to the build and makes it affordable to you at the same time. Other builders simply won’t do that but Pulte does and even gives a Home Town Hero credit towards your purchase. Very Vet friendly and it is appreciated. My direct neighbor is a Former Marine and our neighbor across the street is a Sailor so there you go. I do not really care to have large stone in the driveway! The garage door seems to be very small. The garage walls were not properly finished!

My family and I enjoy our new home. From the moment that we decided to become a part of the Pulte Community, the buying process was very smooth. Post build there were few small issues that needed resolving and those issues were corrected the same day or within days with a follow up call. The warranty department is great and we are confident that they will make any issue we have right.

Satisfactory experience with Pulte

Even with all of the supply chain and labor issues we had great communication from our project manager. Our closing was seamless and any problems after closing were addressed quickly.

The building process was great, always in communication with building manager, Carl was quick to respond to any questions and would send pictures because we weren’t able to be around for the different stages. My only issues have been after we moved in. We paid for A smart home however door locks were not installed and Company told us Pulte was responsible for installing them. We closed on the house most two months ago and I still have no smart locks. We’ve had roof shingles come off the house twice in the last month and a screen door that still has not been fixed, which is not fixed by Pulte but one of there contractors. Amy from Pulte’s warranty department has been helpful and quick to respond however I’m still not happy about how long things are taking to get done ... More
