response has been not at all good after closing is done...all open issues prior closing were not addressed and any service ticket logged has been ignored even after multiple reminders through email or in person. Pending works are not being addressed or paid attention to. if the post closing service as committed provided it would be really great. hope at least feedback like this will change the service provided.

The quality is good. Staff are helpful. And price is reasonable.

Location and floor plan were the draw for our Pulte home purchase. After we put money down on the lot we heard throughout the design process they are a production builder. That is for sure. From limited design selections if you do not want gray to the half bath fan that never shuts off to a light switch placed in the middle of a wall forcing you to stretch to turn on, thoughtful living was not executed. Overall we can walk through our home which is expensive and see details that do not match the price we paid.

I have purchased two houses with Pulte and they both faced the same issues: Project Managers are changed in the middle of the project. This creates a disconnect between builder and customer. There are issues that had to do with the qualify of the work that should have been in the first place: Walls not straight, corners with bumps, door frames not matching the height; this is like construction 101. I like to think that Pulte is like a Tesla: I like to have one but the quality department needs to improve.

I like the quality of the workmanship.

Our experience with the sales office and design center was very good. However, from the moment the building process began we discovered somethings were not the same as discussed in the sales office. We were not advised that outdoor kitchen pre-wire was an option, even though we requested it. We found no issues in the block and framing process when building our home, but when the wall went up it appeared that all hell had broke loose. We found almost every door in the house had a measurement issue, large gaps between doorframes and walls, builder had to use quarter round to correct the problem (recommended by the buyer) We had the worst experience with Pulte Builders, we felt there was no commitment to satisfy the buyer and we had to fight to get every in-correction corrected. Every peace of hardware in the house was wrong, the master bath tub wrong, the appliances were wrong, the crown molding wasn’t going to be installed until mentioned during our walk through, several internal doors were damaged, damaged tile flooring, pocket doors wasn’t functioning properly( still today) tub in upstairs bathroom doesn’t drain properly (still today), bathroom and kitchen cabinets not installed properly, rails were not properly stain(still today), caulking around baseboard instead of quarter round(still today), front door damaged(still today), pendants installed unevenly, and raised area at garage door retains water. Easy and hassle free experience

I am aware with anything manufactured/built, there will be some flaws. Pulte does a wonderful job of responding to issues when they are discovered. But some things were definite design flaws and poor craftsmanship. For instance, finding that a towel rod was only attached to the drywall and not anchored properly, the back door hitting the top of the building, and the poor paint job. Little things like these makes one wonder about the overall workmanship of the home and very thankful for the 1 year warranty for anything.

Staff we worked with were very professional and courteous. Things got corrected rather quickly.

Firstly the locale, solid durability and the value are top on my list! Please know that I looked at every builder around here! Located close to St. Petersburg, Florida, where new homes directly in St. Petersburg are in the 6 to 7 hundred thousand dollar range, Pulte delivers a modern, functional and sturdy home for hundreds of thousands of dollars less than those home builders in St. Petersburg! Why should I spend every cent I have on a place to live comfortably? Second, the site manager, Zach and his boss (I forgot his name) are thorough when they are creating my 'punch list' to be rectified before I closed! Lastly, the one thing I was confused with was the discount pricing at point of sale. Leslie is knowledgeable and has a ton of experience; but I still was and am a bit confused as to the pricing. It seemed difficult to wrap my brain around one price with a line drawn through it, then it's a lesser price (which is great) but then there are incentives which a buyer can apply in differing ways. I would say that I'm pretty good at math, being a former IV additives technician, but even I was confused. Otherwise, I love this house. I am older and I feel as though I can live here near my children and when it comes time, I can have in home help or move! The amenities are superior. This my third new home. I was told this is a great builder with quality homes. DON’T YOU BELIEVE THEM. I tried to get my $15,000 dollars back and move on, but no, they told me even though we said we will have your house ready but did not, we normally don’t do this but pick another house. Out of all the homes I have bought from different builders, this one gets a ZERO. The sales person, sucks, the builder, the worst and the house , equally bad. The wood floor is chipping, the microwave you have to keep slamming the door to get it to start. When you flush the toilet beware you will see it again. The window frame on the side of the house is cracked and the installation inside the window is showing. Hmmm, this is what you get for one half a million dollars. Oh wait, did I mention the builder refused to come and pickup all the paint they stored in the garage for all the other lots, I had to load it in my truck and drop it off at their trailer. You must be laughing by now, while I am crying. If I could roll back the hands of time, I would have rolled past this builder. I am still waiting for service. Construction team was very responsive and helpful!

Pulte has been very responsible about what they have built and sold. The overall price and home design and experience is great. Interior can be built with more durability and future will unfold for us.

House lacks attention to details. Many things in the house have poor craftsman ship. Seems like Pulte developers were more interested in making sure they finished the houses before schedule to get a return on their investment. Rather than take some extra time to make sure everything was up to par for the homebuyer. Paint drips and poor quality paint job all over the house. Nails sticking out of the carpet in every room. Which I had to take up upon myself to hammer down so my 2 year old daughter would stop stepping on them. Cabinet drawer front panel fell off in kitchen. Bathroom molding poorly installed. Sloppy cocking job along molding. These are a few things we noticed living 3 weeks in the house. ... More

builder is being very quick response with all the needs of the home

Let me start by saying Steve was great and he alone would get all 5 stars however,Pulte Homes would not receive 5 stars from us at all. Changing of staff, lack of communication, trustworthiness was questionable.

Everyone we worked with was very helpful and responsive. Ray at the end made sure that everything we needed to move is was set up perfectly. From the first person we met to the last everyone was very helpful and timely with their responses. Very easy process outside of the many emails but that is to be expected.

Well it took a very long time to get here. The issues were many the half truths were often. We landed up with a home but not our home. It was told to us the sqeaky wheel get the oil well it got to the point we didn't even have wheels anymore. The home we have is beautiful but again it was not the home we designed.

Things are great until you get the keys, then you start finding issues which will take them forever to resolve. Maake sure to resolve all issues BEFORE you take possession. You have been warned.

Brian was very thorough and detailed at all of our walk throughs. He was on time, explained all warranties and made us feel welcomed. Our overall experience was great and Brian made it even better!
