This was my third home build and by far was the best experience I’ve had. McKenzie my sales contact was excellent and always very responsive. Mitch, my construction manager, was by far one of the best people I have worked with. He is a man of his word and followed through on all his promises. His attention to detail is stellar and just what a customer needs for peace of mind. Overall a great experience and I LOVE my new home!

Every process went very well and smoothly, we got the house on time.

Pulteney provided and amazing home buying experience from start to finish! Sammy and Israel provided us all of the information we needed to pick the perfect lot and home for our family! They continued to give us updates including pictures of the homes progress and were with us every step of the way! Our home is stunning and there is no lack of quality! I am enjoying with new home however the formation of landscape in backyard is very poor and didn’t farmed well. Other observations, some Of observations not fixed when identified through first and final walkthroughs

buying a new built home can be overwhelming, Pulte makes the entire process painless!

Our CM, David, was amazing. He always contacted us or got back to us, addressed every small or big concern we had in every step of the build. He would not let us close unless we were happy with the results. A couple fibs on the sales team side, but wasnt a deal breaker.

The experience was great! The process seemed long but it was well worth it in the end. It felt like forever but on move on day, you will forget about forever. If you are building, just exercise patience during the process and understand that it will happen when it is supposed to happen. Now go ahead and take the risk, because I am telling you, you will not regret it.

Great experience. Tiffany was a huge help to us. Staff was available to answer questions, We haven’t moved in yet but are confident we made the right choice with our builder!

Second home we have built and couldn’t have been any happier. From sales to design center to construction to the title company. Amazing staff. Always attentive and eager to listen and resolve any issues we had. Would absolutely purchase again and encourage others to do so as well. Gold standard for home builders.

Pulte ensures that I knew what I was getting. Their staff explained all in good detail. From the beginning to the end, they walked me through it all. No hidden agenda, no hidden fees. Pulte staff were straightforward

Our sales rep was wonderful! Our project manager was great. Everything else is average at best. Paid a premium but don't feel like we got what we paid for. Pulte also goes for the cheapest things possible to keep their profit margins high. Would not recommend as my #1 choice

I'm disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. I bought a new home because I did not want to go through the renovation process. The quality of the workmanship has required me to contact Pulte for repairs. The longer I live here the more I see. It disappoints me to have to do this.

If I knew what I know now I would’ve chose other house company to deal with or neighborhood for that matter. They don’t care about their buyers, only the money they can get. Now that I live in this house, I’ve seen a lot of half done job, cut a lot of comers, and just covered their crappy workmanship. Very disappointing. 0 star!!!

Worst experience with the pulte agent

Love the design of the home, love most of the materials used, but I would only recommend going with this builder or any other builder if you having nothing but time, patience, and not be in a hurry to complete. That being said… The build took 1 year and 1/2 years to complete. Had I not paid beyond full price for this home considering the current market, I would have been more forgiving and flexible with the quality of the home. I do understand supply constraints and labor shortages, but Pulte really needs to figure out how to hold their contractors accountable for their work. The roof was installed in an amateur fashion, missing caulk on siding, missing or amateur fashion interior caulk, missing door hardware, frame missing hangers (held up by a couple nails), etc. I basically front loaded all Pulte QC by paying inspectors $1,200 over the 12 month period to ensure quality. Even then, not everything was fixed with quality and appearance in mind. Overall, disappointed in the sales process. Once contract was signed and deposit made, I heard very little from Sales. I received upgrade/selection catalogue the day we went to the Design Center, so had very little time to make color/upgrade choices. It also would have been nice to discuss adding irrigation options considering the sod was laid at the end of May, missed opportunity there. I feel like I was being pressured to Close on the house when there were still +\- 38 items left to complete. My construction manager was understanding of the situation, however his manager was expecting me to Close on an incomplete home the next day. This is my second home build so I knew not to be in a hurry and was intentionally not limited by rate locks or having to move out of current place, I can only imagine how bad it is for first time homeowners or folks who have no other option but to Close and hope for the best. Finally, I think the community was short-changed on the amenities. The pool is tiny compared to other neighborhoods, and at $67 a month in HOA, there’s more that could have been done. The large electrical and cable boxes in every front yard is unsightly and makes the neighborhood feel cheap. Those boxes should be placed in backyards or designed with appearance in mind, but save a buck right. Thanks ... More

Overall experience with the team was very pleasant. Updates and follow up with the buyer was prompt. Meeting deadlines and the hand off crew were amazing people. Overall happy with the buying experience with Pulte

The buying experience was very nice. However, the closing was a nightmare. The closing date was pushed by the Pulte title closing company because they would not allow our mortgage company to do an escrow account because of the outside landscaping and the driveway and the sidewalk were not completed. We had to pay an extra $600 which was an hour or our mortgage company fault the manager at the pool day office did not when I agreed to that escrow and then all of a sudden she did. I feel like she just wanted to charge us $600 because we did not go with Pulte Mortgage from the beginning so she didn’t profit on us. Then several issues inside the home has not been completed after the closing as promised. One of them is an outlet in the garage for the garage door opener. Outlet is in the wrong location and the opener cable does not reach it. Instead of moving the outlet into a correct location the construction manager told me to get an extension cord. Needless to say, I am not able to use my garage and I don’t know who else to contact so that correction can be made. This was wrong from the get-go by the electrician and it should been corrected without any ideas of using an extension cord.
