Slow response to the issues post-closing

The top 4 got good review but the last one which it was customer service did not customer service service were not reliable they have to get their act together thank you

Too many issues with poor workmanship to give Pulte a good review. Many issues easily avoidable, but grossly mismanaged. The trades working for Pulte have questionable experience and skill.

From the moment we visited the neighborhood, to the decision-making process, through sales and financing through Pulte Mortgage (they made it SUPER easy), we were able to qualify and close within 30 days - just like what was told to us that very first day at the sales office by our wonderful salesperson, Mary. Like clockwork everything happened, and we were able to take care of everything long distance, as we were moving here from out of state. Then when it came to our walkthrough, our construction manager couldn't have made things easier and more pain-free! The home is beautiful and well-built, the neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and the surrounding shopping and restaurants are incredible - we love it here, and I would recommend working with Pulte from beginning to end - we did and they made it about as effortless as buying, financing, closing, and insuring a new home could possibly be. ... If I could give Pulte a 12/10 I would. They were amazing, accommodating, and the quality was there. Would definitely use them again!

Select a ready to move inventory homes, and we are very happy to do so instead of waiting for 8-10 months and deal with uncertainty of supply chain, interest rate and all other issues.

I'm very pleased with the whole process of getting the house done and moving in. The builder is very good at all the things that are included and I love the finished product. I was so glad that I had a great team of people who helped me with the financial part. Especially the online service and the fact that I could do it so flawlessly. I made a great choice with Mavera by Pulte Homes.

Half of my backyard has made preservation, as it backs up to wetland. Thus means I cannot do anything to it, not even weed it. I wasn’t told this when I choose the lot, otherwise I probably would not have chose the lot. Feel like it has devalued the property. Just over a month after move in, quality and workmanship on the home is average, but no major faults found. Bought connected home pkg, which still isn’t completely connected. New community so still alot of construction and growing pains with noise and dirt.

The house is great, the construction process of having 4 inspectors ( city, third party, contractors ( pulte and independent) have to check off on all the major and minor details made a difference. We also got to take photos and visited the home site often enough to make sure no major mistakes were done and none was found, but a few minor mistakes were noticed and the pulte contractor had already identified them. I have had a great experience with Pulte homes in the Marwood Community. The construction manager and warranty departments have been extremely accommodating and gone out of their way to fix any issues with my new build.

The experience was great until the end. Last few items on the punch list are taking forever — drawer in master bathroom and incorrectly placed downspout in the front.

We had a great experience buying our Pulte home. Construction was almost done when we found our home and fell in love. Chance made the home buying process so easy and our construction manager Brandon did everything in his power to allow us as much customization as possible during those last stages. Both were (still are) available long after closing day to help us with any issues that have come up since!

The process with mortgage broker was difficult for me, but I understood why took so long to be approved. Everybody worked with a higher standard of attendance and care with me.

our experience buying this home is mixed. the sales person , mary beth, was very good and responsive. the loan officer, Dave, at Pulte mortgage was very responsive but when handed off to the followup person, Kim, the experience went downhill. all our closing costs were supposed to be paid but since Kim and our insurance person were at loggerheads, we paid our homeowners insurance and she refused to reimburse us. Closing was uneventful. After we moved in the project manager, Travis, was wonderful trying to get issues fixed for us. The problem lies with the quality of the subcontractors. Pulte evidently can't find good ones. Numerous tiles in the home are chipped and they can't locate the exact same size for replacements. After 5 weeks we're still hoping they can find it. The painters are the worst. Paint on the grout, the caulking looks like a 5 year did it. having to redo caulking and scrape and sand baseboards because they are so rough they can't be cleaned. I would still recommend Pulte. I think the subcontractor issue isn't limited to Pulte. Just be prepared to have to have some issues addressed after you move in. ... More

Our construction manager Reno was great. He was the only one that kept us updated. He made a list of what we requested to fix and he not only fixed them but confirmed if it was to our liking. He went above and beyond to make our home perfect for us.

It was a good experience,especially since we were building during and after hurricane Ian

Everything happened as expected and the selling agent and project manager worked diligently to assure effective communications. Great outcome.

Pulte is family. They pride themselves on making sure you are a little sis or brother. Taking care of every need even if that means finding answers to any question in this entire process. We love Pulte. Pulte for Life!

Pulte's pre-move in person really listened to all of your concerns. He was courteous & respectful of your thoughts. During the next week most of the items were repaired in a workmanlike manner. A few items remained but he kept on the task until all items were completed. He promptly followed up. Communication by texts worked well as he always responded in a timely manner. This man is truly professional & a pleasure to work with!

Buying experience with Pulte at their Valdrige location in Las Vegas was great. Angela and Danielle were great to work with, highly recommend them!

From purchasing, selection, building and closing the Pulte people did an outstanding job. Keep it going, customer service goes all the way these days.
