Overall an easy and streamlined home buying process.

Overall I had a good pleasant experience dealing with Pulte team. All the representatives from various departments were helpful and prompt. I received regular updates during construction time with photos. Loan process was also pretty smooth. I feel that in the end things were rushed to deliver the home. Tiles were not cleaned properly and some other minor things that should have been taken care.

I had a wonderful buying experience from start to finish.

We had a great experience with Pulte so far. The best part of the process has been the communication - our builder called us once a week to update us on the process and was readily available to answer questions and concerns. One of my friends is building with another company and she has an "allowance" of email communication, after which point she is charged per email. In any case, we have enjoyed our home and everything involved in it. Thank you.

Pulte was overall a great experience it has set the bar high for my next future builds.

All in all it’s been a great build experience for me. In spite of the supply demands, Pulte has been awesome at responding to my concerns and have been quick to resolve any issues.

We bought a model home. Exceptional follow up to complete all of the small details - touch up paint, replacing light bulbs, hanging mirrors, etc. great response for one minor issue post closing. Thank you.

Working with Pulte Mortgage was an excellent experience. However, we were building this home from a different state and the building manager was not as responsive as we would have liked. It was local friends who were able to take pictures and keep us up to date. Communication with the onsite people could be improved.

We are totally impressed with the after sales service. Everyone in the team is so responsive and eager to help. For us that was big and we are very happy with the response TAT.

This company was great to work with. The sales staff was exceptional and informative and the project manager kept me updated about the status of my home and even went above and beyond when needed.

The Pulte experience overall was really wonderful. As a first time homebuyer I felt every single person I interacted with that works for Pulte was patience and answered all of my questions and really supported my experience. The area where I felt could use some improvement is the workmanship on small details. To be fair we purchased a home through a pandemic but the home was turned over to us with a lot of small details that were not done well or done incorrectly and as stated we purchased our first home and expected something closer to being done “perfectly.” They will come back to fix these little things which I am so happy about.
