Quality of workmanship from the beginning was n it good. Construction management changed over the process a couple of times I feel that the onsite managements hands were tied by upper management and they deal with the contractor as best they could.

Had I not been onsite there would have been so many things that would have had to be addressed at closing or under warranty because of poor workmanship and not being noticed by management onsite. Raylan did the best he could to follow though with the issues but he was trying to oversee contractors that didn’t care about their work. When Josh took over things changed. He was able to address the issues and get them corrected the first time I pointed it our not after I had to stay after him several times. Right from the sales team to the construction manager I must say that they are great. Very helpful and they keep us updated on the progress of our home. Also the warranty follow up representative is very good and on top of correcting all of our problems.

The project manager met us when we made site visits during the last three months of construction. About 2x per month. He politely and thoroughly answered all our questions. We feel like we have a very well built home.

Ryan is very good at his job, professional, knowledgeable, mild mannered and pays attention to get you to the ending satisfied. Pulte Spreads Ryan out to thin afterwards of closing and it's difficult to get him back or a common connection to continue the same process without repeat nagging on misc. punch lists items.

Overall I had a good experience from beginning to end. While nothing is ever perfect, the entire process from applying for a loan to actually moving into the home was fairly smooth. A few bumps here and there to include some issues with defective material that need replacement but overall Pulte did a good job in winning us over.

The house is built in good area. The quality of materials is not very good and it seems like company tried to save as much as possible on material used. It is hard get ahold and f somebody to fix issues. Options purchased were not installed.

My husband and I were so excited to move into our new-build Pulte home, but the excitement was stolen from us when the week we closed, as the place was a mess. Scratched floors, splattered paint on the floors and countertops, direr windows, missing pieces to blinds, loose siding on the house, and a few others. Pulte cares about their quality, but the contractors they hire do not. We have lived here for a month now, and they are still fixing a few things, but the home is beautiful, exactly what we envisioned, and we look forward to making this our life-long home.

Initial Experience was good but later realized when my tenants moved into the hose , very sloppy inspection done by field manager. Lot of issues in the house which could have avoided with minimal inspection.

Bad architecture overall, bad location choices hvac and heater in base ment, fridge location in kitchen etc., just to save their construction money, they realize limited lots to create artifical demand and increase price, very limted designer choice and its a lot if every chnage. Make scene every time you request for small changes, after closing, if we find any issues they mention it either too small or does not seems to be issue, we will fix when we have 9 months walk through. Substandard grass which require too much maintenance and bad garden plant choices. Overall not satisfied

I will never buy another Pulte home. From the start of the build to the end we had numerous issues. Only after moving do you truly discover how bad they built this house.

I was treated very well to start, but then as time went on that all changed I dont believe what happened to me is the norm but it was horrible. I was treated so badly no respect and lied to I would not suggest to anyone to buy here I am still waiting to have things fixed and finding more things wrong

As a single woman,I was taken advantage of. I feel the people who worked on my home thought or didn’t care that their workmanship was less than poor ! ( I have watched other neighbors demand and get results when a MAN was the buyer! I purchased when the house was in construction stage- studs windows and roof were complete. - I had no idea I would be coming into such a disaster. Caulking on floor, paint on carpet, paint on light switches. Many doors have dings on the bottom- even thought they are in a frame. Exterior Paint must have one coat on porch trim- you can see through paint ...

We brought our first home with pulte. During 2022 we have signed our contract it took over 12 months for the house to finish…Taking more than an year the house came up with very bad finishing no proper cleaning lot of fixes and it’s been 3 months there are still issues when you spend over 500k in Texas it’s a big thing…they reduce lot sizes and they built very quality less houses… Please do some investigation atleast in San Antonio area when your going with pulte.

Build quality was sub par , paid excessive money and response on issues much worse . Driveway and pathway and lawn is taking more than 3 months or even for some neighbors 6 months to compete . While new home buyers now are getting everything on time .

What a joke. This entire process has been 1 fight after another. The construction manager was useless. Any time I had questions or concerns I was dismissed or ignored. Escalating issues did nothing as management did not care, want to understand or acknowledge what I had to say. Pulte quality has gone down hill and they are trading off a reputation.

Sloppy work/ poor craftsmanship. It feels and looks very rushed. There are holes in walls that we are finding in random places that were missed during walk through, globs of paint everywhere on the walls even after pointing out and fixing over 50 during walk through, uneven cabinets etc. They also have an awful warranty. Flooring isn't even covered! We have only been in our home 2 months and the floor is already coming up and they are saying it’s not covered under warranty.
