Prompt response and quick updates about construction timelines, closing process was crystal clear and quick.

Building with Pulte homes was overall a great experience, our project manager Mitchell was great and kept us updated throughout. Since finishing the build, I have submitted a maintenance request for them to come check a leak from the sprinklers they just installed but I never got a reply.. hopefully they will sharpen up in after care, but the overall build process was great.

Everyone was very attentive and worked hard to get the loan. They were a great team great communication

Overall our experience was great from contract to close. There are a few minor workmanship issues with trim, doors and paint. Paint on light fixtures in bathroom even though it was on our punch list. We are still very happy with our purchase and feel it is well built and great value!

Very happy with the house, good quality and finished.

Only thing I did not like was, model shown to me at sign in contract was not same one, at location. Was told after that it was not offered at location house was build. Should been inform. Everything else was fine.

Unfortunately, there was a water leak issue in the laundry room of my new home, before I even moved in. I submitted a warranty service request, and within hours received a phone call from Garrett. The entire issue was handled and resolved within days. I am very pleased with the results and Customer Service from Garrett and Pulte Homes.

The building Manager was very thorough with our walk through and made sure everything was done right before my move in date. I was very pleased with his walk through and he covered everything. He took his time and explained everything about the house from furnace filters to the sprinkler system. He also was very clear about the warranty and explained how it works and what I needed to do to get things repaired if needed. I was very pleased with all I learned moving into a new house!

The entire process from site selection to final closing was handled professionally and with discretion. Especially welcome we’re the regular updates on the progress at each stage and the ease of assembling and executing the inevitable paperwork associated. The quality of the construction and the support and interest of Evan and Erik from the construction team was excellent. We are very satisfied with the process and enjoying our new home.

We started the process back in February 2022 with a visit to Edisto Beach for a long weekend with the family. What my wife didn’t know is was I scheduled a visit with Pulte and meet LaShay who showed us around the community and walked us through the model homes. Once the kids got to see the model home and the amount of space we could all have it was a no brained to make the move and relocate like so many other in the recent years. Overall is good, there is couple some small details that is not so good, but sales and construction manager are very easy to talk and reply very quickly.

Great builder to work with. Took the time to listen to our concerns. Excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

Salesperson Peggy was fantastic. Great Community. Better communication, organization and professionalism that I have seen with other large builders in the past.

Pulte stayed in contact throughout the homebuying process. The construction manager helped make some minor changes that made our house even better for us.

I’ve had excellent costumer service dealing with Travis and Drew. They have each addressed issues with the house and tried to find solutions. Mary Beth in sales was cheerful and informative. All in all, very good experience!

The house was completed but not fixed all some things which I have to tell them and it took me long time .

The house is beautiful. I love the kitchen it’s easy to work. I’m cooking more than usual

Pulte has been a great experience so far. I was also apprehensive about various builders and the whole ordeal of buying a house. But, right from the start it was an easy experience with Pulte, may be my sales consultant Jeff and Construction Manager Keith made it easy or I was lucky to have them. Both of them went above and beyond answering calls or text out of business hours and keeping me updated on the progress of the build. Understood we ran in to extended times due to materials arriving late due to COVID supply chain issue etc. I was surprised to see how easy it is If you are prepared with few things like Loan Pre-approval, your own docs ready it is not a big deal to buy a house as I thought. It was relatively quick and easy. All of the issues I have were taken care of quickly. Pulte seems to be a great company to buy a home through.

I bought because of the salesperson Michael and I was even more pleased with the effort of the customer service manager Rick. The workmanship is excellent. Some of the touch ups could’ve been better. The cleaning crew did a poor job when all was said and done.

Knowledgeable, responsible, trusted, respectable team and persons. I love the house and community.

Our new home build with Pulte was a really good experience. We are very happy with our Pulte home purchase. Our project managers were very responsive, easy to work with, and cared about our satisfaction. There have been a few after-move-in issues that have also been responded to timely. We have one exception. Our appliance package doesn't all match. Our contract read Whirlpool appliances. We have a Kitchen-Aid refrigerator that doesn't match the other appliances. We brought this to Putle's attention well before closing. Our project manager and warranty manager have both submitted requests for resolutions. But we/they have not heard back in now eight weeks. Two weeks ago, I spoke with a sales team member who said they would check into this issue and be in touch. To date, we have not heard back from sales either. I have even offered to purchase the correct model refrigerator from a local big box store, transport it home, and install it with reimbursement approval. ... More

We have been living in our new home since March 2023 and we love it, Tohoqua is a quite and secured community.
