Overall exp was not that great , but is is ok .

From start to finish, the process was awesome. Always available to answer any questions or concerns. Most important, excited for you and to walk you thru the process. Just awesome!!

Good workmanship quality builders.

Too many delays. Bad trades and poor workmanship. Too unresponsive and slow in getting issues fixed after move in that should have been taken care of BEFORE move in.

Ralph and Mackenzie were great- responsive and very knowledgeable.

Overall the finished house is well done. The construction manager was very helpful. A lot of work was initially done poorly (i.e. framing), but the construction manager was on top of things and got the issues quickly fixed. Unfortunately there is a significant design issue ... cabinet doors ability to open was not considered in framing design. Over half the cabinet doors will bang into a wall without fully opening. Not enough space was allowed to open fully. The worst is on our french door refrigerator one door can only be opened to just under 90 degrees. Since closing, working with the service department to get the minor things fixed has been challenging. For example, today a person was scheduled to come fix some of the issues. No time was provided. I have been at the house all day waiting. No one showed up. I called to check. Was told person would be here in an hour. That was 3 hours ago. This is our 3rd new Pulte house purchased over the past 40 years. Pulte still provides good value, however, it appears some quality has been sacrificed to keep the price down. ... More

Stay on top of your team and expect things to be subpar. If it weren't for the construction foreman, community sales manager, and warranty rep, this would've be a 1-2 star review.

Easy staff and everyone treated us great

I was really hoping that the home buying process will be good and easy with Pulte group. But I was wrong. Right from first step, I had very bad experiences with Pulte group. They would never stand on their own words. They always change the words accordingly to their situation. All the construction materials used were not even upto the standards they are charging. The output doesn't even come closer to what they are charging for. Warranty department is another bad one. I am not sure if it is here or everywhere, but it's literay bad. Construction manager says that anything they might miss would be covered in the home warranty and home warranty guy says that's home owner responsibility to look at everything on walk through day. I would never go with Pulte again or recommend anyone to go with Pulte group. ... More

Build quality could have been lot better compared to neighboring home builders. Abit High price for what I got. Mortgage APR deal details are not properly shared prior to purchase.. mortgage and sales team wasted my closing costs credit .. very very bad issues observed pre-inspection.. ready to move in home is there in market for 3.5 months and lot of thin airline cracks seen inside and outside . Too much delay on fixing minor items which missed fixture during closure.. service and build quality could have been lot better..

From our construction manager revealing pertinent details regarding a defect AFTER handing over the keys to the trades destroying our yard and using our utilities after we moved in, I cannot say that this has been a positive experience. No surprise that everyone was much more helpful prior to close. Now it's difficult to answers. In terms of quality... Everything looks beautiful, but we've already begin seeing signs of poor workmanship. Our pantry cabinet door is already breaking apart (we moved in less than a month ago), the smurf tube feature that was highlighted to conceal wires is a total joke (our 16.5' tv cord isn't long enough to reach the closest outlet), etc. etc. I love our home but I am already disappointed that "The Pulte Way" is merely a selling technique on paper only. ... We worked with Gretchen and Nate who were throughout the whole building process and they were both amazing. It was so easy to communicate with them and they were always 100% honest with us. We are very satisfied with the finished product and we recomend Pulte Homes to anyone out there is looking to buy a new house. 5/5 stars.

Some of the issues that didn't quite meet my expectations, no doorbell camera and chime button placed on the left instead of the front, no z-wave compatible thermostats, HVAC component already discontinued, lots of paint/glue stains all over the floor, lack of options for the Internet service...

Our sales lady, Victoria, was awesome. Took 15 1/2 months for completion. That wasn’t good. Once we started working closely with project Mgr., Keith, things started moving. Keith was awesome,

Corner cutting is way too much esp at things like paint, insulation fills, windows, floor material, quality of cabinets etc. I upgraded a lot of these but still the quality was not good.

build quality is awful.. did not expect this from pulte..

As the title states, quality of workmanship is below average for a $600,000 house. Drywall and paint leading the way for some of the worst quality the minute you walk through the door. $30000.00 worth of flooring that buckles and cracks when you walk on it and the electrical lighting system that consistently flickers on one side of the house. This is the fifth NEW house that we have purchased and the first and last from Pulte. We started with a DR Horton home which had higher quality control standards than this house. Followed by Rylan homes, Collins Brothers and finally Pulte. To set a clear understanding we are not extremely picky customers. So much so I haven’t put one repair ticket in because I don’t have the faith in their subcontractors to do a better job a second time around. Some might ask if all of the other builders did a better job. Why didn’t we stick with them? Because location and timelines narrowed the path with the timeframe we were looking to be completed. In the end, there were some concessions with pricing that were made based on the final product, which was agreed-upon on both sides, which will cover the cost of some of these repairs. But overall with the constant upsell tactics from all the other Pulte sister companies from the mortgage lender to the insurance provider to the design studio really don’t help the Pulte brand name. ... From the very beginning of the process, and still ongoing 2 months after closing, the Pulte team has been only a phone call away. The team has offered and provided support at every turn. Even prior to closing I was receiving updates, checklists and contact rosters for any contingency. When I have had to reach out for answers or problem solving I have received a response within hours or just a few days. The Pulte team has gone way over expectations in providing me with the channels and contacts to solve any issue. These contacts are not just departments or 800 numbers, they are specific NAMES of people who solve particular problems. I certainly don’t feel like I have been abandoned after the sale. The overall Experience was good, clear and transparent communications. Very helpful throughout the loan application and approval processing as well. Closing was smooth

We had very few issues and those we did have were minor and quickly addressed. I think that our good experience is directly due to our construction manager. Good communicator, nice personality and pretty responsive considering how many houses he is responsible for
