As a first time homeowner I didn’t know what to expect during this process. I am thoroughly impressed with Pulte’s build quality, responsiveness, trustworthiness. Our loan officer Fredrick and our processor Angelo were always helpful explaining what was needed and had no problem answering all of our questions whenever we had them. Our construction manager Joey went above and beyond during our build process to ensure that our home was built with the quality advertised by Pulte. He was straight forward and knowledgeable about every aspect of the build and if something was wrong, he made it right quickly. It was a good experience overall.

Overall it was nice experience getting a new home, but I was expecting a better quality in terms of workmanship specially the issues of HVAC and vent could have been taken care by Pulte quality inspector itself. Good part is they addressed all issues and concerns before the closing

Well organized buying and build process. People are exceptional in every position. Strongly recommend.

Sales manager was wonderful. Construction manager was helpful, Having several lightbulbs burn out, as they were old and not replaced was annoying but not a big deal. Some things were high end like the kitchen appliances, doors, windows, electronics,. The laundry is low end as are the bathroom fixtures. Positive experience.

Pultte really tried to work with us through the challenges of building supply shortages as well as labor shortages.

2 things - ensure you are putting in cable connections in each room you are going to possibly have a TV - my last provider used wifi - here, with Spectrum, it is a hard wire connection. Second - REALLY look at the light switch location and ordering. The vast majority of the locations do not make sense.
