The sales person Hannah did a good job keeping us up to date with the build including tons of photos since we were out of state buyers. The construction manager returned all my calls and answered all our questions which made the process less stressful. The only issues were timing which thanks to Ian and supply chains were understandably beyond Pulte's control. Our closing team was very good about fixing last minute issues including making a few last minute changes that saved me a lot of time and effort when I moved in and was very much appreciated.

All the issues has been repaired fast and well by Jon, we are very pleased

I was very discouraged by the home market after searching for a home for two years. I got a text from my realtor about quick move ins and went straight to look. What I found was great curb appeal and great value at a great price. One look and I signed the next day. I am SO glad I did not overlook Pulte. The entire experience was totally painless and everyone was very helpful and responded quickly.

We have had a good experience with pulte so far. Extremely responsive to everything and also very responsive to warranty stuff after closing. Although there wasn’t much wrong at all with the home. Just very minor things. So far very happy with our decision. Thank you pulte homes!

I would like to tell you guys how appreciative I am of your Field Manager Ron Taylor. I know it said no last names but this is positive, Ron has gone above and beyond with repairing and helping us learn certain aspects of the technology that comes with the house. Without Ron I think my relationship with Pulte would have soured really fast. I would also like to mention to Craig, without him we would not have our dream house.

Carolyn did a great job keeping us posted on each step and what to expect next. Whitney was very helpful in helping us pick cabinets, tiles, flooring, lights ETC. Derek the construction manager gave weekly updates on the construction progress with pictures.

Overall a good company to buy from. I felt as though our Pulte contractors were doing the best they could but seemed to have too much going on to be quick at handling some of our punch list items post closing. They were always quick to respond to a message or call about something that needed to be fixed or worked on, but the time to get it resolved at the home wasn't always the quickest. The worst quality issues overall were little things that should have been easy to remedy, the paint and caulk. the subfloor on the second level is noisy to walk on it. Constantly creaking to walk around. (I don't think the builders used screws or glue to join the subfloor to the supports) The painters who worked on this home took no time to tape out edges or even repaint walls that had poorly color matched touch ups. Additionally, the windows needed to be caulked better several cracks and seams. I know these things sound trivial, however buying a model property from a reputable home builder makes you think that they would have contractors with better attention to detail. Everyone on the team was fantastic from starting the process of picking out the home to going thru construction. Jeff was there every step of the way and provided updates as we needed them.

I would not recommend Pulte homes to friends and family simply because of the workmanship, this is sad because everyone else involved with the purchase of our new home were excellent. It seems like the house was constructed by day laborers. I’m horrified every day, watching the houses around me being constructed, knowing that mine was done the same way.

Purchasing a Pulte home was an easy, seamless and enjoyable experience. They finished building our home before the projected date and everyone was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. Highly recommend Pulte.

We had a very good experience working with sales, construction management and home care representatives. They were all very professional and responsive during the build process and managing the limited number of post closing issues. The quality of workmanship & materials were pretty good given the dynamics of the local housing market supply/demand, supply chain issues and labor availability.

Our construction manager Ashley was very helpful and professional. Our realtor even mentioned that our house was the neatest and most prepared new home walk through he has done. Pulte's warranty team responded quickly to fixing 2 out of the 3 issues we found with the new house in the first 30 days which we very much appreciated. We are enjoying our new home.

The sales team lead by Carly at Estates of LakeView Reserves did a great job to identify our needs and bring an real option that match.

Our experience with the onsite staff was fantastic.

The team kept me updated from start to finish. The response to any questions was immediate. Tim was outstanding to work with. Since I was living in another state at the time Amy’s pictures helped me feel I was visiting the property in person. Overall, I would recommend the Pulte group and their attention to detail.

The people I dealt with are amazing. The fact is, housing prices doubled in the last year and Pulte took advantage (as they should). But materials have not doubled. I paid $716k for a house with an unfinished garage, cheap vinyl paneling floor, and cheap carpeting. Since using Covid as an excuse to build my house for me, my house is $80k more than the model. I have no idea where that could have went as nothing is particularly impressive. A few things were left out like how the roads aren’t finished and the mud/garbage across the street from my alley. That said. This is a very nice house. I am not disappointed in my purchase. I just wish Pulte thought about how expensive this place is for leaving things cheap. ... More

Ser are very happy and satisfied with our new home. It’s our second brand new home from Pulte and we really like everything they did.

i loved the fact, i was walked thru every step. i was given POC that i could contact. Due the nature of my job i was not always available for contact, Pulte rep were always happy and helpful. Sale rep Gratziela, would send me pictures and measurement. She listen to my family even thou they were going to be living with me. I went to the house often :) before it was built the contractors/workers always greeted me friendly and explained what step they were on.

I had to do a out of station closing and the management team was helpful in assisting it seamlessly.

I had a great experience in the buying process with Pulte. They were responsive and great in explaining and guiding me in every step of the process.

Mike was so helpful always available to answer question and show me progress. Marsha was most helpful in getting g the French door changed to open outward instead of into the table area in the kitchen Rachel was always available when I stopped in. Thanks !!

Pulte staff was great during all process, from the showing to title and insurance, and very good on customer service
