Had an amazing experience working with them!

Overall, highly rated and would recommend. I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the workmanship & materials only because some of the cabinet doors were slightly warped. However, they were quick to reorder and replace them. Everything else was very high quality and I feel secure in the new house. The community and location is fantastic, and the sales associates were friendly and incredibly helpful during the whole process.

Melissa and Jared were truly exceptional! Both went way above and beyond to make sure we received the home of our dreams!

Overall from start to finish, everyone I have dealt with from the individual in sales, to the person who worked with me at the design center, and to my construction manager have been nothing but absolutely professional and incredibly responsive. I have been involved with building homes several times in different states and even in different countries and Pulte Homes definitely stands out in their desire to produce a quality home that meets the needs of their customers. Builder has so far has supported me promptly. Blou and Parisa were very kind and helpful, I really enjoyed working with them.

We had a small punch list and Mike and crew took care of things quickly and professionally.

My experience from the initial call throughout the entire process was seemless. I had my own realtor who was amazing in bridging any gaps in knowledge. Jessica, Wendy, Dale were my main point of contacts and they were all amazing and very responsive. Even after closing Dale still assisted with my inquires (going above abs beyond). I definitely am happy with my home and the work everyone put in.

We built great relationships while building our home with Pulte. The sales experience was great. We were able to secure a great deal on our homesite and build. The building project manager was very communicative, professional, and understood and tended to our concerns. He really went above and beyond. The only negative part of our entire experience is that for what we paid for the home—the workmanship and details on certain things is almost unacceptable. Some door jams unlevel. Walls bowed. Ceilings lines unlevel. These are things that you don’t necessarily catch unless you look for them specifically. That said, we understand the problems facing the current construction market. Sloppy work and workers can’t be easily avoided simply by firing the workers since there aren’t more workers to take their place. And all in all—we are very happy with our new home. The location and neighborhood and neighbors are all wonderful. And the home is sure to be worth twice as much within a few short years. ... More

This is my second pulte home. The first one was half the price of this one and didn't have as many problems as this one has. For half a million dollars we have a list of issues that I'm still waiting to get fixed or resolved by our construction manager. A lot of little details that were overlooked and it's very frustrating when you spend this kind of money on a house.

Our build manager Andreas was a solid partner during our entire build process. he was responsive to questions and concerns, timely in his responses, and treated us with respect

During the build JP, my Project Manager, was very responsive and answered all my questions. My build was completed easier than I expected. JP made sure it completed on time with no issues once the closing date was set.

Pretty good experience!!! Not a lot of worries. The Pulte floorplans is really what sold us on our purchase. The layout really works for our family!!!

Lisa (our Pulte sales representative) was a joy to work with from the beginning and throughout the progression of our new home. Although there were numerous delays due to supply chain issues and labor shortages, Lisa kept in touch with us with updates via phone calls and e-mails, and she included pictures that she personally took each time anything changed as our home was being built. Jorge (our construction manager) was also very responsive and informative. He was quick and thorough in answering any questions we had for him. Was a great experience purchasing a home from Pulte. From selection to watching the home come together was great. Communication from the builder was reassuring and the build quality was excellent! I love my Pulte home

First off this is a beautiful home, is there some problems that need to be addressed-yes. Things have gotten by the supervisors but with everything that goes into building a home with multiple contractors some do a great job, others are trying to get onto the next job and things are shoddy . Our warranty man Fanuel is doing fantastic job trying to get schedules matched with all involved.

Home ready when promised. Initial problems handled quickly.

Our overall Our overall experience with Pulte was exceptional. They were very responsive when I had questions that needed to be answered. We were able to move in over a month before the original closing date, which was a big help to my family. The only issue we had a problem with was what came with the house. When a family moves into a new home, they should not have to buy any essentials for the home. Our home did not have overhead lights, fans, blinds, and curtains. This was a significant inconvenience for us, and I hope that Pulte will change this in the future when building new homes.

Pulse Home and all their staff were amazing making sure our house was ready, they respected deadlines and did not offer things they couldn't give. I recommend Pulte Home 1,000%

Great sales experience , easy financing , great layouts and materials . Only issues happened once I moved in, glitches with appliances , electrical issues took way too long to be fixed . Otherwise super happy w my new home !

We have had a good experience so far with all of concerns being handled.

Excellent team of Construction and Mortgage to work with. Unfinished area of HVAC area is completely dissatisfied. Looks very ugly. Not a good job or quality work done with way too many foams being used to cover the gaps and air leaks. I have never seen like this in any other builders. With the cost of the house paid, finishing Garage with primer and paint would have not been an extra work or cost for Pulte. Luxury pack is overly charged, could have included cabinet door handles and knobs. Most annoying part of no mail box in drive way and it’s common to all residents. Been one month I closed and still no mail box keys received. ... More

It was a wonderful and easy experience buying our new condo at Pennington Crossing by Pulte Homes. We are very happy with how smooth the process was and how they communicated everything we needed to know.
