We love our home and our neighbors.

Overall I am happy with the process and house. There were some issues but most of them taken care of by project managers. The quality of materials are good. The cleanliness of house was not perfect.

Very good house plans, process is well defined, and Pulte met their committments. They did hurry up some of the final finishing details to meet our closing date, but we are working together to take care of any issues.

Very good quality. I noted some problems with the shingles but they respond quick to fix the issue

All new builds will have their share of issues. Subcontractors rarely pay attention to the small details and tend to cut corners throughout the building process. This will definitely happen regardless of who you build with. However, the biggest difference we had when building with Pulte was the leadership team and their commitment to making things right for us. Our superintendent, Brian L., and his team did a phenomenal job of handling our issues in a timely manner and ensuring that everything with our new home was up to our standards before closing. It was his attention to detail that made the difference for our family. Great experience. Few minor issues were noticed after moving-in.

I have a great experience purchasing my home with Pulte home. I have had some minor issues with missing items in the bathroom, hardware not matching and bad circuit breakers. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and sent someone out within 24 hours. The buying process was clear and fast from sale office to closing department. I would recommend Pulte home to home buyers.

It was the first time experience purchasing a brand new home built from the ground up! It was the fascination process of seeing how the house was constructed through many stages from the ground to wood frames and to a complete house with all features and options inside and outside at the end! It was also the great process and experience with Pulte staffs, i.e ., sale representatives, design center, loan advisors and on-site foremen/engineers, who were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional from the beginning, during and towards the end of the whole purchase process! Our home buying process from day one was very comfortable, low pressure and detailed, all things we appreciated. Many other builders felt like being in a car dealership and turned us off from building a home. The build process was also very transparent and used high quality and energy efficient core components (like the electrical panel or tankless water heater) that make us comfortable for being in our home for many years. While there were some final issues with finishes, Pulte has been very responsive and helped resolve every item we have had on our list. We would build with pulte again for sure. ... More

I love Pulte homes they are beautiful and well built! I’ve looked at a few of their communities before deciding on Naples Manatee Cove. This quaint gated community has a beautiful community pool and the landscaping is always well taken care of as part of HOA fees. I’m extremely fortunate to have a perfect palm tree in my front yard which I love. Little issues concerning the workmanship within the first 30 days are still being worked out but they are being handled. One thing I will say regardless of who is in charge or assigned to welcome a new homeowner home is a better checklist. I moved in and was never given my Hurricane Shutters “box” of how to with pictures and screws until the day before the storm and when I received it I was shown how or where anything was! All the gromits were missing and trying to get those on the day of a storm is NOT EASY! But thanks to a great friend he went to Lowes and purchased a whole box. Just not ok when moving into a new home. Unfortunately there was a hurricane right after I moved in but that is and should be a time for Pulte to shine by showing a new homeowner they want to make sure they have everything they didn’t know they needed. ( Hence the checklist) I didn’t even know the Hurricane Shutters box kit was missing. And I’m sure there are many other items missing ( for example I didn’t know I didn’t have attic pull down stairs because I bought my home after someone backed out there are way to many options to review, all I do know is there is a light on in the attic since before I purchased the home and I have no way of turning off ? These things need to be delt with prior to signing a home over to a new homeowner. There are so many more small things I learned after moving in which should all be in our to do package which weren’t and I believe good customer service starts from the beginning. You can’t set up garbage pick up until AFTER you close because it’s registered with the county that you now own the home, and so many other little details. ( I wanted everything set up prior so that it was organized for me but in Florida it doesn’t work that way) these little details are very important to a new homeowner moving from another state. I’m happy to speak with anyone in customer service as that is what I do everyday with my job. People call us or email us because they have questions and don’t know it’s that simple- or they don’t know anything is missing but because the company cared so much to make sure you the new homeowner had all the information now the new homeowner is well informed. We were delighted with the whole Pulte team, from Sales, design team and the two Construction Project Mangers we worked with. The only complaint we had is fit/finish or catching painting and drywall blemishes. Very pleased overall and would highly recommended Pulte!

The Team at Pulte was great to work with. Our salesperson and construction Superintendent were on top of the details. They pushed hard to hold our closing date even with some material delays. They were knowledgeable in the process.

It was not really difficult at all with purchasing the house and getting it finished before we moved here to Florida. Always communicated with us about the progress and that's what stood out to me most. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

Willie was the breath of fresh air in this whole process. My spouse is very picky and Willie listened attentively to her and made the necessary fixes and touchups she required. Willie is the consummate professional and his demeanor with us was above reproach. He was the face of Pulte as far as we were concerned. He should be the face of Pulte.

Building our home with Pulte was a pleasant experience. The staff went over and above helping us throughout the process.
