We appreciated the great service and support provided by Claire and Marcus. They were outstanding and continue to be so. We love our new house and neighborhood.

We absolutely love our home but it feels like a façade. The things we marked during the final blue tape inspection were not completed when we moved in. The blue tape was just removed with no repairs. When we had some of the things repaired, the guys repairing them said it was incomplete. The custom shower was installed incorrectly with the water flowing away from the drain, and after a few months it has yet to be repaired. We have multiple work orders in and have documented everything, nonetheless no one seems to ever come repair the major issues. The Garage door is having issues and the chain is loose causing it to snap and bangs loudly, at this point it’s a safety hazard and we have still had nobody come out to fix it. We were told it was a high priority issue because of safety but still no word on the repair. The whole back door jam needs to be replaced and reset. None of the tile grout was sealed on both downstairs floors and bathrooms including the showers. Again, it’s a beautiful home but so much to be repaired it’s exhausting and there is a warranty but it’s taking longer than it should. ... More

We are so very blessed to have a new beautiful home in Chasewood. The craftsmanship of the home is amazing. The entire experience from the beginning to the completion with Pulte was personable, genuine, and caring. Diane was truly enthusiastic with helping us pick our lot, explain our exterior choices, and beginning our home owning experience. We meet our on site construction managers, Jake and Mike, they always went above and beyond explaining every detail of our build. They provided a step by step explanation on the construction process in great detail. A timeline was provided to us and they did an incredible job keeping every part of this process moving along effortlessly. The communication with us was perfect. When the interior house was built, the design team was great helping us stream line our vision of our new house to come to life. There were so many beautiful choices to choose to put our own touch on our house. When our house was complete and we did our final walk through with Mike, we were speechless. He explained every inch of our house to us, provided us with comfort and confidence that Pulte built us a beautiful new home with quality craftsmanship, and cared about our future in our new home. He explained our warranty in great detail and even though our house was completed, Pulte is still there to provide us help with any issues that may arise in a new house construction. It was true….when we called Mike for a question….he was so responsive with a genuine nature to help us out. We made himself readily available at any time. Mike did an amazing job with our house, but the best part was his personality of true genuine happiness for us. He went above and beyond to make our first home construction build to honestly be perfect. Be cautious about one sided contract. If you delay closing they charge $250 a day. If they delay closing they don’t pay you anything. Delivering a finished home before closing is never in their dictionary, to have buffer for inspection is not a possibility. Pending stuff we’re promised to be finished in a week time after closing, it is now one & half month and people are not even responding. Struggling to connect. Pulte inspection on making sure your specifications are taken care is zero. They give the drawings to sub contractors, if the do their job 100% you are lucky. If you find out your specifications are not there, they take their own sweet time to look and react on it. I have ordered for front load washer and dryer but delivered top load and they say as per the codes it is what I have ordered. The contractor’s language in the itemized list says FL duet, which we understand as front load, contractor confirmed that he has placed an order to replace, now he is saying he can not. I don’t understand where did his order go. Minor upgrades are charged for and not worried to take care of them while constructing. If you don’t notice those upgrades, your money is gone… Not responding to my email even once is the heights of their customer focus business. ... More

I was fortunate to fall upon a move-in ready home in my preferred location. I feel the price was commensurate with market value and Laura was very professional and responsive in the sales process. The floor plan is ideal for my needs but I think the builders rushed to complete and lost quality in the details of the construction. Pulte has a great respiration in my area and I am overall very satisfied with my new home.

Although, was not 100% completed by our close date. We trusted Pulte's Contruction Manager to complete our Punch List within a reasonable period shortly after our close. We are now over 30 days since our close and unfortunately, many of our punch list items remain incomplete or poorly done. Because we are now 30 days past our close date, Pulte's Construction Manager now refuses to respond to our texts and emails regarding the open issues. I suggest the buyers beware and do not close until your home is complete and satisfactory.

While the buying experience was quick, and was given update on progress regularly, the quality of the house was poor, and it is taking forever to get the issues fixed. There were around 20 issues from which include some safety concerns. I am still frustrated following up on half of the pending issues 1.5 months into occupancy. My suggestion to buyers, don't close until all the issues are fixed.

Good deal for the overall homeowner in terms of plot to build construction experience. Not great in terms of pressing communication channels, we had a tough time getting mortgage setup and that was a very stressful and bad experience as we were constantly being asked zillions of unnecessary paperwork which wasn’t really needed to prove intention of mortgage purchase. But overall credits were given towards closing which was much appreciated.

When I moved in, I found many places were incomplete, some were damaged, and some places had not even been painted. All window curtains were not installed. The bathroom glass door can not be closed very well, and there is a massive space for water leaking; every wardrobe door was incomplete(Not securing every closet door)

Where to start? The home design and location is amazing. Quality has suffered and I keep getting the excuse that getting good people is difficult. No it is Not!! If you reward good workmanship and quality and likewise punish and reject poor quality and workmanship you will get positive results. You also harbor a sence of not my fault, where is ownership and a sence of pride in your community? I came into the community with high expectations. The home is very nice from a design and estphetic perspective. There are still paint and stain drips all over. The floor in the bathroom, upstairs and down. They had to replace a cement patio that somehow was broken and I had to insist and beg for an obvios issue. This was before I closed on the home. My foundation was so bad esthetically, I can say that now, I seriously thought the house would fall.over. Only after engineers and the Mason company assured me it was safe and just esthetically appalling. I could go on and on. The property is small in comparison but I new that before I purchased. It just gets me that a Company like Pulte would even offer homes with these issues not addressed before hand is sobering. Pretty house but no hot watee upon movein. Rob blocked my calls. I moved in on a Friday and I could not get anyone to address my issues until Monday. Its not an EMERGENCY?? If it were you or your family I bet dollars to donuts it would have qualified as an emergency!! ... More

Our experience has been amazing! From the realtor to the builder, everyone has gone above and beyond for our needs and to accommodate everything we’ve asked for.

Pulse mortgage does not communicate that well very hard to get a hold of someone to talk to rate them very low

Overall, it was a good experience!

We live a great quality of life because the Pulte home we purchased was designed to support modern families with high quality materials. We've had a couple of small issues and Pulte has been right on the mark when supporting us. Their new home warranty is unsurpassed in the industry. We are very happy with Pulte and our decision to invest in them.

The worst build process I’ve ever been through in my life. Too many issues to type but all it takes is one look through my history. Since I’ve been in the home (2 months), I’ve already had a ceiling leak in my master bath, electrical problems (outlets not working in all bathrooms, window still not fixed that was on closing detail, landscaping not completed. I would not and will not recommend Pulte, not even to my worst enemy.

Home construction completed within time frame. Not sure where it is a smart home as advertised. For the price we expected the interior doors to be solid rather than hollow core doors. Also response time for a continued problem has been slow and no return calls.

The 2 things were touching up the baseboards & leveling the pavers on our patio as promised in our initial walk through. Baseboards are still not done & the supervisor of the pavers looked @ the patio & stated it was so everything had to be re-done. They came out removed all the pavers then replaced them back the exact same way. A J at this time has told the work is acceptable even though it just as bad as it was to start with....not with Pulte Homes
