Surround sound ceiling speakers were poorly installed. Front left speaker is out alignment. Also the grills are not flushed against the ceiling (6 to 8" towards the wall while others are 2 feet off the wall) Have not completed moved in yet so there may be other issues at some point

Except for the price and the 4 month delay, happy with overall purchase

Great experience for 1st time buyers. Entire process was smooth and quality of home is great. Whatever promised was delivered with out any surprises. I recommend pulte homes.

I bought because of the salesperson Michael and I was even more pleased with the effort of the customer service manager Rick. The workmanship is excellent. Some of the touch ups could’ve been better. The cleaning crew did a poor job when all was said and done.

The team at Pulte group was customer oriented. Keeping us informed of the progress of building our new home. Their warranty give an extra piece of mind.

Pulte home Every thing is good!

Really not happy with the awful conditions of the front and the back yards of my new build house since we closed in March . We still don’t have any sods in front and any seeds in the back, landscaping never got done for 2 months since we closed. The front yard is still full of mud, trash, black plastic bags, water retainer bag, plastic bottle full of pee, big rocks, gravels and dirts from when the house was being built!! We’ve been told by the construction manager that it will get cleaned and fixed but nothing actually got done!! Being a first time home buyer, I will definitely learn a lot from this bad experience! Build took nearly one year longer than projected completion date and the overall product is disappointing. Nice from far away, but close up is unfortunately not the case.

For what we paid…we are shocked at how many problems we have. A punch list is expected, but you’re only as good as your subs. And they are terrible. House was filthy upon moving in…walls/pillars visibly not straight…many windows had scrape marks on the trims…paint all over our wood floors which also had quite a few dings (and this was a very expensive upgrade)…pocket doors scraping the jambs (both of which have visible damage)…many broken roof tiles, etc. The list is too long, and many of these things should have been caught by our super (who we like very much) if he had only spent a few minutes to look. We were told that the cleaning crew (after we complained how dirty it was) they use is terrible by our super. He has told his bosses this, but they continue to use them. And that says a lot… The house is beautiful, and we love the neighborhood…but very disappointed in the quality. ... More

From start to finish… sales associate was amazing! She was absolutely phenomenal and I would not have survived the process without her. Even after closing she was such an asset and worked with us to hold the builders and the trades accountable. The field manager is who I found made the biggest difference in our experience. We started with an amazing person, but halfway through switched to a new person who did not have the skill or ability to manage as many projects as he had. There was no follow through and no accountability for the actual construction of the home. This is the point we got his boss involved and everything changed. She was phenomenal and followed up with us making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Building a house is definitely stressful and not for the weary, but working with the right people made it much easier and overall, Pulte does put out a good product. My advice… stay involved and on top of things and be the squeaky wheel! They want you to be happy and they do care about their product and reputation so communicate with them and hopefully you have people that jump in to help like we did. ... More

I had a wonder build experience with Pulte in Potomac Shores, VA. Andrew was a great company rep and Robbie provided phenomenal response and support as the project manager throughout the build process. Home was completed on time and had minor craftsmanship corrections at the celebration inspection. Pulte had zero issues with my private inspector's feedback prior to pre-drywall and final walk-through inspections, and I was free to visit the home to check progress throughout the build. Zero regrets on my decision. Greatly enjoying the home.

Really good value for the price paid. Chris was great, proactively took care of many potential issues and addressed every concern I had with the house.

They will rush you into your decisions and promise lots of things but damaged doors, holes in walls and ceilings, broken fixtures, fading paint, the list goes on. Paying half million for a house you expect a level of quality that just isn't there. 2022 must have been a bad year for laborers.

Knowledgeable, responsible, trusted, respectable team and persons. I love the house and community.

Workmanship is not good and fixing problems after closing is very difficult

Our new home build with Pulte was a really good experience. We are very happy with our Pulte home purchase. Our project managers were very responsive, easy to work with, and cared about our satisfaction. There have been a few after-move-in issues that have also been responded to timely. We have one exception. Our appliance package doesn't all match. Our contract read Whirlpool appliances. We have a Kitchen-Aid refrigerator that doesn't match the other appliances. We brought this to Putle's attention well before closing. Our project manager and warranty manager have both submitted requests for resolutions. But we/they have not heard back in now eight weeks. Two weeks ago, I spoke with a sales team member who said they would check into this issue and be in touch. To date, we have not heard back from sales either. I have even offered to purchase the correct model refrigerator from a local big box store, transport it home, and install it with reimbursement approval. ... More

Richard and Lincoln was the greatest tag team duo ever. They were very open and honest about everything we walked through each phase step-by-step. If I had any questions weekly they were there to answer them and I just had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Pulte.

Probably the worst sales associates I’ve ever dealt with. They are horrible at responding after a contract is signed, did not assist with the closing process in the least, and just not good to work with. Even when referring other buyers to the community, same song and dance, both Sabrina and Gisabel drop the ball.

Purchase of the property was made relatively easy by people involved. Lack of communication was a bit frustrating during the process. Construction and materials used is subpar in certain areas. Most materials appear to be builder’s grade. Once moved in noticing many issues. Most screens on windows are bent, large dried concrete spills on basement floor, exhaust fans that are defective and need replacing, windows that don’t remain open, tiles and sinks damaged during install, scratches in windows. Not satisfied with materials and construction for price paid.

Buying a home for the first time can be a really scary and stressful experience, but we would do it all over again with Pulte. Starting with Pulte Mortgage, Shawn and Chris worked so hard to help us buy our dream home. Shawn was so encouraging in the face of hardship and her positivity made all the difference for us- we will never forget her kindness! Caison, our building manager, has been helping us handle any and all issues after moving in. He has been very receptive to our needs and we are very happy to have him in our corner! Thanks to a great team, we are now living in our dream home!

Overall we are very happy with our new Pulte home. From the start the Sales rep, Lindsey, was a joy to work with. She always provided good information and was responsive to emails and requests. Even after her part was done with, she still kept in contact and made sure things any concerns were addressed. The building process also went pretty smoothly. Not being in the construction business, it was hard to assess the timeframe on the progress. We received regular updates but that didn't tell me if we were 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months from completion. I'd recommend including an estimated duration for the next steps in each communication to the homeowner. I understand that can change but at least give a range. Also the time to meet with the construction team on walkthroughs was pretty limited. It always had to be M-F from 8-4. That meant taking time off work in order to meet. There should be some options for weekend meetings too. The loan closing process was fairly easy. It was just far from the location of the home. There should be options to meet for closing that are closer to the new home location. After closing, there are have been a few follow ups needed with Pulte. My experience with the team is that after closing there is a lot of finger pointing at another party being responsible. The finger pointing to another party is done without anyone even coming over to look at the issue. Pulte is still on the property working on other homes. We could have saved weeks of trading emails having and service people come out who said it's not their issue, if the onsite Pulte team had made the first effort to stop by the home and look at the issue. Overall I'd say that I haven't been impressed with the Pulte Customer Care based on my experience. ... More

Edward has been absolutely outstanding. That guy really cares and it shows. Hope he is promoted. Grading on the house was done incorrectly and I am working with warranty department To correct. Water drains toward house in numerous spots. Garage doors need to be replaced with wood doors like all the others in neighborhood. Membership to club was honored. Thank you.

The Villa is very nice. and generally happy with it. However, attention to detail for a $500K+ Home is very lacking. Found many areas of poor workmanship: Cable wire boxes not connected to the wall, light switches not level, missed paint spots, paint spatters on tile floors, sink stoppers hard to operate, m is wired electrical outlet, door hinges with paint and glue on them, door frame casing not properly aligned and many more items. Pulte was responsive to our issues but they should not have happened in the first place. Check everything you can prior to or during pre-close walk through. Do not let them rush through and take as much time as you need. Make a check list for follow up. ... More
