Scott was very responsive and went out of his way to answer our questions. Other than supply chain issues significantly slowing the process down, the overall build experience was excellent and we are very satisfied with our Pulty home.

Good builder with good reputation, they keep that standard. As with all homes there can be issues but as homeowners we have keep noticing those and bring those to their attention.

We have a great experience with. Very professional group of people. We have not moved at the house yet so we can not really judge the workmanship and quality. We like what we see so far

Our Pulte sale representative Mary Ann did an outstanding job of guiding us through the bidding process for a lot and then subsequently through the build process for our house. She was very knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Our construction manager Alan did a great job in explaining the features of the house during our walk-thrus and was meticulous in finding and denoting flaws that needed to be addressed by various touch-up crews before we closed on the house. He takes great pride in representing Pulte.

Our home buying experience was as expected during a pandemic. The overall process took 18 months. Hollie and Jacob were outstanding to work with, they were attentive and professional. Overall the home building experience was easy and we felt seen and heard. The Pulte mortgage company was a whole other story though. If I could give them negative stars I would. They made the process as difficult as possible and their communication was non existent. Although when they did contact they wanted information yesterday, and gave us absolutely no time to react. If you can stay as far alway from Pulte mortgage as possible you won’t have anything to worry about. Craftsmanship on our new home was as expected, these contractors are not building these homes like they are building them for family, they are building them with no one at all in mind. Work sites are dirty and littered with leftover lunch and materials. Items we asked to be fixed after final walkthrough were not addressed. And some things were sloppy, caulking, trim, drywall, things of the like. It wasn’t anything that can’t be fixed, but it will take time. Follow up work was efficient and professional but there seemed to be always someone else to blame. Overall, we stuck out the process because we really liked our realtor and the 3rd building manager we ended up with. They made it bearable. The HOA needs to learn how to work with the home owners instead of treating us like we’re just a number!! I know they’re not part of your company, but it should be a concern of yours. Thank you and thank god my house is still standing!!

Overall the experience was streamlined and easy to buy through pulte financing. Alot of moving parts with checking and re-checking the quality of the build. Quality assurance is near impossible with just one construction manager. He did a good job but its alot of moving parts to manage multiple units. We are going through the repair process now with issues found after closing, which is the real test. So far the tile company was great and repaired a broken tile in the shower and some sanding.

This review is for Indigo. Overall high quality build, straightforward process. The staffs really helped from the beginning to the end even providing touch-ups after moving in.

The Pulte builder team was very professional and the build quality of my house is beyond my expectation.

Our construction manager, Tucker N. was on top of every detail. Every issue was addressed quickly.

In a few words, the whole experience was awesome. We are quite happy with the location and quality of our new home!

Our situation was a little different from others because we had just arrived from Minnesota and saw the house for the first time 2hrs prior to closing. Didn't really have enough time to let things sink in. Chris and Scott have been very responsive since we have moved in to help us get settled and fix any minor things that needed attention.

My experience with Pulte Homes Staff was great. I had a fantastic experience with Stephanie as my sales rep. She was phenomenal especially with her knowledge, expertise, and understanding in selling the Pulte Home experience. Also, my experience working side by side with Bob (the foreman) helped my transition into the new home successful. He went to great lengths explaining the details of what my Pulte Home had to offer. Finish work on walls, drywall finish terrible

We understand that there always will be issues pending after closing. Nevertheless the communication with the office and the personnel in charge of taking care of the issues is worse than bad.. Castle Group is also an organization that needs a lot of improvement.

Overall great experience. Disappointed on our driveway. Our building is th only one with a very short driveway. All other units can park at least 4 cars. We barely get 2.

Pulte Mortgage was very helpful responsive to all my needs. Ricardo and Andi from Pulte Mortgage were amazing and helped me close very quickly. My home construction manager Dylan always answered my calls or responded back within minutes. Fixed any last minute issues we found same day or next day. Great service from him. Now that we’ve lived in the house a few months, we are finding little craftsman defaults that can be fixed but frustrating because whoever was building it knew at the time they were doing a bad job but instead of fixing or doing it right just moved on because it could probably go unnoticed during a walkthrough. ... I appreciate the process of buying and building with Pulte. From beginning to end Nicolas (my sales rep) and Alex (my field rep) were awesome to work with. They explained the steps and walk beside me as I endure the long and tedious process of becoming a homeowner. Pulte is and was amazing!

Kayla was fantastic to work with throughout the process. We absolutely love our house and community. Overall we have been very happy although there are some details that it feels like the builders could have been more careful with. Overall though we couldn’t be happier!

Everyone I worked with was extremely known and very helpful and friendly; truly a pleasure to work with.
