There are the typical new home issues, but they should all get fixed within the first year. After closing, they are very slow responding to issues.

I love my home. Everyone was very nice and help when they could. One thing needs to improve is on the people they hire to do the work, painters, fence, landscaping, electrician, appliances the quality of the work is not as good the details on the paint, molding, etc is not the best. Appliances where very cheap even though we got the upgrade package. They need to do better on attention to detail or hire people that have pride on their work. Landscaping was half fast done. We paid a lot of money for our home and details are important when it comes to the finishes of the home.

If you have Thomas as your field manager you will have a wonderful experience. He is extremely responsive; and sometimes you don't even have to ask as he already knows what needs to be repaired. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 - couldn't be more pleased!

We bought our house during a pandemic but we felt safe going to visit the model and ultimately purchasing the home. Steve was a great sales person. He explained everything and kept us informed of the build process. I have to also acknowledge Wally the construction manager. He did our sight visit virtually and kept us informed of the construction process. He did a great job on getting our home completed in the time frame Pulte originally said they would. Wally and his team really did excellent work on the house.

Pulte was conscientious and assisted us in every step of the process, from construction through closing. The few minor issues we spotted during the walk-through were dealt with quickly. We're very happy with all Pulte did.

Smooth process through purchase, mortgage and construction. Our Project Manager kept us informed, handled questions timely, kept construction on-track and immediately addressed any items.

Overall good experience, the final product met our expectations. Responsiveness to minor issues after close have been prompt and resolved to our sastisfaction.

From start to finish, the communication throughout the building process was exceptional. Pulte scheduled weekly meeting calls to keep us apprised of the progress and answer any questions that we may have. Once the house was built, the follow-up on the minor issues that needed attention was equally impressive. This is our second Pulte home and we trust them to deliver on the quality and value.

The entire team from Pulte have been excellent. From the sales team, design center, Pulte Mortgage and the construction project manager all were awesome to work with and was there for any questions we had

We had a good experience during the Model home visit and purchase at the Sales office. The experience was similarly good at the Design Center where we could choose options and upgrades though we would have liked more options. During the Build process, we could see the site was professionally managed and the Field manager kept us in the loop on the progress of the build. At critical stages in the build process, the Field manager arranged site visits for us and communicated to us clearly not only about critical dates, but also about the equipment and utilities along with instructions about maintenance. At move-in we were promptly put in touch with the post move-in Customer Support Rep to address any concerns or issues that may arise after move-in. I have heard from realtor's that Pulte Homes are one of the only new home builders to trust. They appear to be correct because the quality of the home is exceptional. I just wish they would use better quality outlets, door handles, etc. They seem to cheap out on these small items to save a few bucks. Other than that we are satisfied.

Home is well-built, fairly priced and the client experience has been great. Pulte is a well-oiled machine offering beautiful homes, great financing incentives and great service.
