The Pulte's closing subsidiary P&P Tile representative was very unresponsive, took multiple emails to make simple changes to contract. Pre walkthrough process is worthless. Not all items were addressed before closing even though extra time was provided before final walkthrough. Was some of the remaining items will be addressed soon after closing. We are month post closing, we items are still pending. Within 2 weeks of closing and moving in, we had flood in the basement. Water line broke - making us question the quality of work. This was our first new construction home with Pulte Homes. The sales staff were very engaged and easy to work with. The selections team were great to collaborate with when picking out our customizations. The communication from the construction manager was excellent and thorough throughout the entire building process. I would highly recommend building with Pulte Homes.

There was a lot of handover during the duration from the day we made the deposit till we close the house which has created a lot of frustration and anxiety especially for a first time home buyer throughout but the team however, took great care of us till the delivery of the house which we were really grateful. Special shoutout to Lauren, Roxanne and Nate!

Please with most of the workmanship. When we had minor issues within our first month, response was swift. We are very please with our new Pulte home.

The overall finish of the house might be very poor if you do not pay the upgrades that cost a fortune!! Slab 5X10 in the backyard - cannot even put a table with 4 chairs!! Frustrating and disappointed!

Most everything went smoothly, but a few times I reported an issue in my unit and didn’t hear back. Jose, was able to assist and all of the issues were resolved. I also noticed there are rats running around probably due the garbage bags put out once a week. Can we do something about this?

Kirk and Tran were very thorough and helpful throughout the whole buying and orientation process. There is a really nice flow to how everything works at Pulte and that starts with the people. Thank you to everyone who made this process so positive!

The quality of the home met expectations....some of the normal details that need attention will need to be addressed on the next visit to the home.

Great quality and workmanship.

The sales agent Rachel was great in every area answered questions/concerns pre and post closing. Allen our building manager was great to work with as well, we trusted our home in his hands.

The site/construction manager is quick and responsive to any quality issues and address it in a satisfactory way. This is the only worthy note of the whole process. Other areas need improvement, especially the sales, the quality and the design of the house.

While visiting the area we decided to visit a near-complete new construction home and loved what we saw. When we decided to make an offer, the representative in the sales office (Dolores) worked with us with calls, emails and electronic signing means as we had returned home and were no longer in the area. All the details were clear and signing was easy. Special incentives for vets was also appreciated as was some other buyer incentives. After the sale, the Pulte team has sent us tips for caring for our home and contact information should we have any questions or concerns. 5 Star Company!

All around it was a good experience. The house is nice and it went pretty smooth. We had to prompt people a few times but things got done. If we had 2 criticisms it would be these: 1. Pulte has no flexibility to make simple changes. We wanted a water softener loop and a sink in the laundry room. These are not custom requests, they are options that Pulte offers. Even though no ground had been broken, it was deemed "too late" to select these options. 2. The bathtubs are used as garbage dumps during construction with no protection. Two of our tubs were damaged and one had foam insulation residue that we couldn't get out. These things were remedied but should not be necessary if care was taken during construction. From your sales professional Yvo to Zach who handle any and all concerns in regards delivery my home; they both go on and beyond their services to make sure we were always happy and aware of any changes made if any. Always very attentative to our concerns. Can't say enough good things about Pulte.

It was an easy process.

We do have some issues with our Home but all in all we are Very pleased. Julie is taking good care of the remaining issues

Overall not a pleasant buying experience. Lack of communication and transparency. Sales and Mortgage teams are completely disconnected. No point in going with Pulte Mortgage if there is no proper ownership and communication. Delays in construction timelines not communicated until we ask for it. Very poor sales experience. Lost all happiness of moving to new homes with hard sales process. I would expect better transparency, flexibility and talk to customer to create positive experience in the current market conditions.

I bought the house from Guatemala and everything was very smooth.

Your yard is not included in your price. The only other issue that Pulte has not yet addressed is the assignment of local mailboxes. For 10 weeks we have made the five-mile round trip to pick up mail. The U.S Postal Service will not commit to a time for this to occur.

Mike who build my house and he is great builder and he did a job like he build his own house

The process of building my first own went very smoothly and turned out as to how I wished. Any issues that arose were handled appropriately and efficiently. Good working with Pulte Homes.

From the start of looking at the Pulte Rosewood Model, our purchasing experience was very good. Brittany was the best in answering questions and getting information. She was so helpful from start to finish and continues to assist us in these first weeks of ownership. Brittany and others went the extra mile in finding a great replacement to a broken shutter, helping out in an emergency and providing an extra step for my husband who is not well. This caring group of Pulte folks and cute one level home are just the best.

First of all, overall new home buying experience with Pulte homes was awesome, made my life easy on each and every step of the process till I received the keys to the new home. Me being a new homeowner, I had a lot of clarification questions and the Pulte staff were patient and addressed all of them. The quality of the home has exceeded my expectation, the home was provided to me in immaculate condition, and I was provided maximum information while the construction was in progress as well, this made me understand about home itself. The Home was delivered to me on time as promised and loan process was simple and easy to understand. Pulte Homes has a great warranty plan so that the new home owners can be in peace. The building site manager is so knowledgeable, proactive and friendly which made me feel that the home was well taken care off before the handoff. The community Pulte representative who helped me in buying and selecting options for the home, did a awesome job and words cant explain how friendly, prompt she is, and quickly become family friends. Honestly if I was the one that came and look at the home I would not have purchased it. The first day I own the house there has been a lot of problems that has still not been fixed I have here for 4 weeks and still have all the same problems. First time it rain here is Orlando it rain cats and dogs in my house all the way from upstairs to down stairs, that has still not been fixed, broken tile still not fixed paint on the outside still not been fixed, smoke alarm has been going off since before I moved in no one seem to care if we go deaf, we had to disconnect them, some part of the roof tiles has lifted that has still been outstanding this list goes on and one. If there is a way to get a refund on this I am would very much like this to happen. Too many things to list.... I feel like I purchased a lemon house!!!! ... More
