Pulte builds quality and spacious homes. We loved our home and we definitely recommend Pulte for family and friends.

Straight forward honest staff.

The experience is great.But,regular check on home owners dhould be improved on.

My whole experience from start to finish dealing with Pulte was fantastic. Cathy was my sales person she was very thorough very honest and made the transition easy.Justin was the point man at my house on the construction side he was fabulous very responsive very respectful. I would highly recommend buying a home from Pulte.

OVERALL LOVE THE HOME.

Living in town it was easy to see the progress of the new building! Mary was excellent meeting with her! Nancie took over and kept everyone well informed with emails! Closing and move in we’re assigned! It was easy to change the move in date! We did encounter a few hiccups after move in! However Chris took care of them! Everything was fixed in a timely manner! So far Riverside Woods has been very enjoyable.

Builder is good and helped us in all aspects

Buying experience was great. Construction manager at the end of build was very responsive. Minor touch up needed with painting and caulking but over all we enjoying the new home.

Would like to see venders do a better job

The house is great. quality of workmanship so far is great.

The process with Pult was smooth and less delay on closing date change overall the construction is a good quality and little issues left over but I am working with customer care to resolve them overall it was not bad experience working with Pultmort

We would like to thank Enrique & Lane! They were very accommodating and responsive to all our inquiries and requests. Pulte is a great builder. We just had some issues with the Warranty Dept and Mortgage Dept. We hope they could improve their work so as to maintain the good reputation of Pulte itself. One of the problems we had on the final walk through of the house was the flooring on the front porch was made of gravels. It was unexpected and it looked so incomplete. This was not presented on the model house, and no one even mentioned that it was an upgrade. Secondly, the location of the gate at one side of the house and the wall on the other was installed all the way at the back of the house. These should at least be part of the standard features for safety reasons. ... More

We love our new home. The construction manager was the best part of the process. There were quite a few hiccups over the months, during the build, prior to closing, supply issues etc. but it’s done and we’re so glad to be here. When we put warranty claims in for things that need to be touched up or minor repairs that we noticed within a week or two of moving into our brand new home they respond pretty quickly. It’s a beautiful home. The HOA fees are extraordinarily high for a neighborhood with zero amenities other than them paying for water sewer and trash and taking care of the landscaping. The H away fees definitely do not match what you get for what you’re paying but we hope those will go down in the future, though that’s unlikely. We have also been here for a month and the post office will not deliver to us because they think it is an active construction zone and Pulte said they were aware of the issue but we have heard zero communication of that or how we are going to get that fixed. It is very difficult having all of our packages in the mail turned away because the post office won’t deliver here while they are building in the neighborhood. I wish Pulte was a little bit more responsive or would communicate better with what they’re working on. And I wish the person That manages the HOA could guide us better. When we have questions we never know who to ask. If you call any 1-800 Pulte phone number you find online it just takes you to warranty department. But who do we talk to for updates about the mail situation in the neighborhood? No one knows who is fixing it or if anyone actually is. Overall, we definitely recommend Pulte and we look forward to many years here and cant wait for the hiccups of buying the first home in a new neighborhood that is still being constructed in to be behind us. The people that I worked with were excellent-Polly Cockrell & Hector DeJesus. The actual products installed (Kitchen & bathroom cabinets, lighting fixtures etc) are low end and skimpy. The kitchen island & cabinet layout were not well designed and are reflective of just banging out homes with little to no thought on function.

Overall smooth buying experience, staff are professional. However the house gets unexpected delay for a long time.

Fantastic experience with Pulte; the waiting list to get the model we wanted was slightly frustrating but after putting our trust in Ramsey, we finally got the perfect lot and pre-inventory selection. Laura and Josh were phenomenal! When minor items were identified to fix, we were pleasantly surprised to hear "let's get it fixed now" and even more surprised that they (or their team) repaired on the spot!. Only regret is wish we would have considered more upgrades. Good Job Pulte team!

Gary and team have been great! Helped us close escrow on time and have been very responsive to take care of items that need fixing. I certain expect the customer service team will be great once the construction team has moved on from our area

We appreciate the frontline staff including sales and construction teams we interact with on a daily basis. They have been open and honest recorded any issues, reported by us or discovered themselves. No push-back, always committed to bring issues to satisfactory closure. They were responsive, just a text message away. Most important, we saw firsthand, one by one, promises have been fulfilled.

Overall the experience was good. Sales Manager Mariana Lacoi was in touch often and very helpful in keeping us up to date. John Demarco was exceptional in taking us through the condo and explaining all we needed to know. We are very pleased and happy with the condo and how it was built. The only disappointment might be lack of draws in bath cabinets and maybe a light or two in the bedrooms although it is set up for our own lighting fixtures if we choose to do so. Moving in experience went well although pretty stressful at times. Overall, good move for us and we are very pleased.

These are very well made homes. I’ve been impressed with the quality of the build, from slab to roofing. Correcting any issues I had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this builder. Great integrity!
