Our experience building a home with Pulte was great. From our initial contact with the sales center through to closing, we dealt with knowledgeable, generally quality and responsive members of the Pulte team. We experienced a few hiccups along the way, but in the overall scheme of things, the hiccups were relatively minor and resolvable. In the end, the house Pulte built for us met and, in some cases, exceeded our expectations. We liked the range of selections choice Pulte offers and we appreciated the accuracy of the timing of when the house would be completed. Overall pleased with our home. Building process near the end and communication upon closure could have went smoother.

Overall I had a great experience with Pulte as a first time home builder. I didn't really know what to expect but the build team was very helpful with answering my questions and ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout. The time from breaking ground to closing was a LOT faster than I had thought it might be, very happy with that! I didn't give 5 stars on quality because there was upselling for things that should have been standard (granite countertops throughout, media ports in living areas, etc.). Also some really easy design improvements would have put it up to 5 stars: For a "smart home" make sure the thermostat is smart compatible; Round the edge of the stair tread before laying the carpet on the stairs; Provide an option for the type of trees to plant in the front and back, ... Overall, we love our new home and everyone we dealt with from Pulte Homes was amazing. However, there were just a couple of things that “bothered” us. The first thing is that we were a little disappointed in the shortage of options in the catalog for selecting materials and finishes. We just felt for the price of the home, there should be a little more variety or more potions available to the buyer. Second, I think a little more attention should have been placed in cleaning the home when the build was completed. I noticed some sort of clear residue and white caulking on the floors throughout the home, and to spend a few days getting on the floor to scrub and remove the substances. Didn’t really expect to be doing this upon moving into our new home. Other that, everything else is great and the above mentioned “issues” are very minor and wouldn’t be show stoppers. ... More

We love our new Pulte home. We had a few frustrations with the pool but all in all it was a great, easy experience.

Great process and people from the sales side all the way to the construction!

Both my sales agent and my construction manager were wonderful. They communicated weekly and always encouraged questions. Overall, I am very pleased with my new home!

all went well, issue with appraisal

Great overall experience. We do wish that the house had been inspected closely by the builder for minor cosmetic items, such as globs of construction materials on the tile and tile grout, as one example. The house cleaning prior to moving in was good, but could have been better. As one example, the top shelves in the closets were very dusty.

All the Pulte people I worked with were very helpful throughout the process. The homes are some of the best designed and well thought out of all the builders you can choose from in the Phoenix area.

great house great neighborhood. guality materials and plan. couple minor issues at closing but Pulte being very responsive to correct. this is my second pulte home..i love it.

Finished home in timely manner and addressed issues found(few) in timely manner. Very organized Closing.

As everyone knows with every new home ,you should expect some obstacles, but in this case I had a great team who responded and took care of my issues.

Smooth process , Great place , good time frame

Not quite sure why I never built a new home before?? The process was straightforward and very affordable! We have been in our home for a little over a month with only one concern about the final check process. We love our home- the floorplan is perfect for us and 2700 sf really feels bigger than our previous 3200 sf home. We are happy with Pulte and hope to never have to build again, but when we do, we'll be checking in with Pulte!

Build floor plans, options, details and designs compared to similar builders in the Myrtle Beach area. A little more expensive as well but worth it for that curb appeal and "WOW" factor. Extremely happy with my Pulte home and love seeing the neighborhood grow with bunches of new homes.
