We are extremely satisfied with our Pulte home. Initially we were going to build in another community with a different builder. However several issues came up and discussions with other homeowners led us to cancel that build. We then chose Pulte. Every single Pulte person that we had contact with over the course of the build was courteous and responsive to our questions. The materials and craftsmanship in every room is of the highest quality. Overall everything is great. Helena as a sales person is very professional. Construction supervisor Mark is very friendly and professional. Took care of all issues very good.

No kitchen designer been met with buyer. Can't design kitchen cabinets by the buyer.

Overall my experience was good. The house is amazing! love it. the only issue that may be impact the experience was the delay, but i know in supply chain issued that we are living, so besides that. everything was great

My home buying experience with Pulte was easy and quick. I am satisfied with the help and experience of the Pulte Company.

Had to delay closing by a week because what was promised after walk through was not done on time. The Sales Rep and Construction Site Managers were very responsive. Annoyed that company policy was to stain fence facing the road only and not the rest of it. Have had ant issues and faulty Dishwasher, which is currently being addressed.

Sales process was seamless, we were kept informed throughout the build and were given advance notice in case there were any issues or delays. Both sales agent and Construction manager were amazing to work with.

We really love the new home. Pulte was on time with all their milestones in the building process and has been very responsive in fixing issues after we have moved in.

The home buying process was easy our salesperson Melissa was amazing and always helpful. The after build process with George in charge is very comforting

First I want to highlight Steven. He was truly amazing in the entire home buying experience. I never felt like the ball was being dropped nor like any questions were being unanswered. He kept us up to date on our home building process and went above and beyond to ask around for us regarding schools and which ones would be the best for our kids. I felt like he was completely reliable and walked us through the entire process. Laura was also amazing. She helped us coordinate the colors and design aspects in our house that would allow our house to really pop and honestly it does really pop! I want to thank her for her patience and working with us. Finally Dylan. Dylan is phenomenal! I truly enjoyed working with Dylan. He was responsive and understanding to any concerns we had. He was also really patient with me and built a beautiful home. We finally moved into the house a little over a month ago. Overall, we enjoyed the process and I would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, good-quality house. This was the first house that we build and we were not privy to all the detailed decisions we have to make immediately. Mindy helped with the sale and she was patient and helpful and didn't mind our very basic questions. Post-sale, Davor, Matt, and Luke did an excellent job keeping us aware of how our house was coming along. The house has nice features and some quirks. However, Matt was outstanding in helping us fix most of the issues we pointed out in our punch list. He also checked in periodically with us to ensure the items were taken care of or what the update on any item was. I have purchased several new homes, so I am generally familiar with the process. I must say that the quality of the final product was excellent with Pulte. The flooring, kitchen, hardware, and wiring were all great.

my customer service representative went above and beyond. helped me take care of some minor issues encountered. all in all a good home buying experience. great value if it was not for the recent rise in the market price.

Let me start by saying how happy we are with our purchase. We were very exited about the home when we purchased it. Everyone is been nice, communicating well and answering all my issues. We only had a small issue at the end but overall everything was good. I will give. 9 out of 10. Totally purchase another one with them!

Home is great and neighborhood is beautiful

Derek the sales manager was easy to deal with as was Ryan the builder. After the house was complete George was the Pulte person who handled all of the issues after we closed on the house, and he has been excellent to deal with. I found everyone we dealt with from Pulte during the process was trying to meet and exceed our expectations.

Buying a house is stressful. The team here at Pulte were helpful and kind as we purchased a townhome under construction. In this challenging real estate market, Heidi and Ryan took care of details with confidence so we could close in less than two months. We are so happy with our place to call home.

Everything was done on time. Anything I emailed to Diane and Dustin was was answered the same day. They allowed me to change my counter top. I had a problem with garage door opener he came the next day and gave me a new key pad. Just waiting for a kitchen screen. Thanks a great experience for for a newly widower that hasn’t moved in 45 years.

Salesperson, field manager and customer service afterwards were all very professional, responsive, and home was built on schedule. Easy to see the home in all building phases. Overall a painless and exciting house build!

everything was good except for the grass ..they put the grass very dry and dead already,, I had to water it every day..that it cost a lot of money in water bill already.. the sprinklers stopped working….I sent the complaint but nobody has answered me
