I had a great experience with all the team members from Pulte, with every phase of the home buying process. The care and understanding they showed was tremendous. I have to also say a special thank you to Drew, who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, no matter what time of day. He was always positive, kind, helpful, and took care of things promptly. Thank you to the whole Pulte team, for making this happen for me and my family.

The building team has been very responsive to my requests for handicap adaptations for my severe arthritis. I am very pleased with my unit and looking forward to spending many years of comfortable living here.

I went touring every builder in the community, but something kept driving me back to Pulte. It was their determination to give the best service use the best quality for building and giving the best incentives. Morten, was an amazing resource who did a great job showing the lot showing what the home could be and answering any questions I had overall it was a great experience, and I’ve recommended Pulte to countless people.

I was very satisfied with my overall buying experience; the process was smooth, and I felt informed throughout. The Project manager Chris Roberts was very effective he kept me updated providing timely updates. My home was completed within the expected timeframe, which was satisfactory. My experience was positive, and I would recommend Pulte Homes.

The construction manager was particularly helpful from the first time we met him and throughout the process.

James, Dylan, and Leo are the best. They were/are always available to take my calls and to respond my emails. My house is very beautiful and has a strong foundation. Pulte Homes might be pricey, but they stand behind their names.

This is our second Pulte home purchase, and we could not be more pleased with the experience.

Overall experience was great. The reason why we went with Pulte, we fell in love with the floor plan. The entire process was pretty easy even though this was my wife’s and I first time purchasing a home. Don did an exceptional job explaining and holding our hand through the entire build process.

Donato was excellent. He made sure everything was right and the way it should be. He actually took care of some details himself. He checked in with us on multiple occasions to see if everything was done. We felt like he went above and beyond.

Cameron and his team have been on top of things during and after our closing. He would catch and repair any overlooked flaws after construction. His professionalism really gave us a peace of mind during the process.

Camille and I had a fantastic experience with Tim our construction manager. As with any project there will be some issues that could be overlooked. From beginning to the end and then some. Tim made sure that everything was completed to satisfaction. He made our build like it was his own. Updates was always communicated on a weekly bases. Thank you Tim in all you do. I believe if it wasn’t for the construction managers, Pulte would not be where they are at in the industry of building homes. When choosing a home, we considered not just what we wanted now but what would make sense in the future, such as space family gatherings, visits, and resale value. The entire process of buying our home was a smooth one. We personally didn’t have issues in the entire process. Mandi was always available and so helpful if I had any questions and Vaugh the Project Manager was awesome to work with. It was easy to fall in love with the home, lot and community, but Pultes service made it possible to have what I loved. They provide a full service buying experience and hold your hand the whole way, including closing. All the Pulte people sales, finance, mortgage, title, building crew, home insurance, closing agent, and warranty after closing, have been focused on making sure everything is perfect. This is truly a wonderful Group.

Every thing is good. Process was easy

Eric was excellent in addressing all construction issues and remained engaged throughout. Eric was very helpful in explaining all the homeowners maintenance responsibilities and how to make sure the home is well taken care of.

Every step of the home buying process and touch point with the builder was meet or exceeded our expectations. The team members at Pulte which we worked with on our build were first class and very responsive!
