We specifically wanted to buy a Pulte home after multiple visits to model homes in the Las Vegas area. We visited Las Vegas repeatedly while visiting our adult child who moved here. During our visits we always looked at model homes for entertainment reasons, lookie loo. We don't gamble and we knew we would eventually move here. Once we sold our home in another state and actually moved here to Las Vegas, the Pulte home we selected met all of our criteria. After researching builders with a local real estate agent, we were overjoyed when the lot we wanted became available and we immediately put down our earnest money down and went under contract. The only negative, which really isn't a negative, is the wait from picking the lot to watching the house be built. Going to the design center to pick interior options was something the wife and I shared. Then when the build began, it was the longest 94 days not counting weekends. It was exciting to come by the property on Sundays and take pictures. From dirt lot, to poured slab, to framing, then roofing then the interior being finished to finally the doors were locked which indicated that the appliances were installed. The day we signed our loan documents and then it closed 3 days later and we received our keys, we were pretty excited. Pulte Homes met our needs, thank you. The "but..." in the title and the 4 star rating for trusworthiness is for the construction superintendent who made a promise for a missing item but 7 weeks later still haven't received the item. -JH ... Pulte has some really nice floorplans. They build a quality home at a competitive price. I would recommend Pulte builders

Pulte team was attentive and professional throughout the process.

Even in the odd days we live in, Pulte was able to complete our home on-time and as we expected. The filed manager was always communicating progress and assisted us in first-week move-in questions and issues. Home is built soundly and feels solid. Very happy we chose to build here.

I had a very positive experience from first tour through and after move in. My sales consultant, Justin, was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. The Design Center staff worked with me to stay in budget, while incorporating the features I most wanted. I never felt pressured to buy upgrades. My field manager, Sofia, was incredible. She was so supportive, attentive, and worked very hard to meet my move in date requirements. I am very grateful to both Justin and Sofia for everything they did to make this as stress free as possible. The end result - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME!

Generally pleased

When we got a new field manager the day after we had our walk through, Zach was quick to make sure we had everything taken care of. Although we had a couple small bumps, he did everything in his power to make sure we were happy. Vickie, our sales consultant, also made this process so great. She has been so kind and helpful through everything.

Ron was wonderful as our project manager. Great communication!!!

Any new home will have some odd and end things needing corrected, however Clark has been so understanding and responsive to correcting issues! Absolutley a great experience and thankful for our new home!

I was satisfied with Pulte.

All people we dealt with were pleasant and professional. Updates were timely and materials and finishes were as expected. Looking to spend many relaxing years in this home. Community is friendly and welcoming. Winters will be wonderful here.

The process of buying and building the home was very easy. The building supervisors kept me informed on the progress of my home during construction. All minor repairs were noted and repaired when we did the walk through.

We absolutely love our new Pulte Home. The best thing we love is the quality of our Home as well as the weekly updates from Brady our construction manager. That made the process so much completely seamless. Thank you.

We were fortunate to be able to buy a beautiful model home with views of the Las Vegas strip. We were also able to purchase the tastefully decorated furniture and decor.

From start to finish, our experience with Pulte was great. We have been well taken care of, lots of open communication and celebration, and even after our build was complete & moved in, we have been well taken care of on anything that has arisen in a timely fashion. I would recommend Pulte to anyone!

We have had an awesome experience with all people associated with Pulte. They are amazingly responsive to any issues or questions. Extremely friendly and helpful!

I titled this because they have been responsive and do great work when an issue has been identified. When the job is left to those who you can tell are clearly capable like Tim, Larry, and Jim there have been minimal issues. Tim has done several repairs in our house and has been very positive. We like his workmanship. Jim and Larry have been helpful with questions and concerns through correspondence and setting up appointments for repairs. We have seen a difference in quality since we have started working with them directly. The one star off is for some direct vendors who have come for repairs and Pulte's property management Associa.
