everything is very good, good attention and treatment

It has been a good experience overall.

Pulte builds a high quality home. All of my questions were immediately answered - felt like they really cared about making me happy. My only minor quirk was that they use a low-cost interior flat paint - everything else is quality so not sure why this practice. Very minor - very happy with my new home!

The team was very responsive to any questions we had. If there were any changes because of supply disruption, we were notified right away.

Overall the place is built alright and I can’t complain about most of it. Even though I upgraded to get the nicer package stuff the faucets, light fixtures, carpet padding, tile work were all cheap. Nice tiles but there’s not a single flat tile in the master shower. They clearly rushed the closing because there’s specks of wall paint all over the floor, trim, and cabinets. They didn’t even leave me any extra so that I could do touch ups. After closing we realized of a few smaller things were wrong and they were pretty quick to fix it. For the price it’s alright but I wish they had a few more customizable features, even if you pay extra for it. ... More

Our process with Pulte home was pretty seamless. Everyone we interacted with wanted to help make the move as stress free as possible. Patrick updated us daily and made sure we understood what each step of the move entailed. We are very appreciative for him

It was a pleasure to work with Pulte. Excellent communication from the building manager. He kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Very easy to work with from the purchase, design, construction and closing. I'm also finding the home is very energy efficient compared to my previous home. The also delivered on schedule despite all of the delays caused by the pandemic.

Disappointed with the care taken with the millwork. Lots of dents and dings in the wood work for a new home of this price.

John is literally run ragged and has a number of things to monitor and manage per day and can always provide updates because he always has to put out fires. He has had no assistance with it either with exception to towards the end of my build. John did everything he could to keep us up to date on things that were going on when there were things happening. He returned calls at his earliest convenience as well. The amount of issues that we have with the home for which are all MINOR issues and are getting fixed. It’s more so the amount of time that it’s taking to get them fixed, it almost is like the company PULTE just says well you can deal with it you already signed and we got your money, we will do it when we want to. John and David have worked tirelessly to get things done. I went over a month with a bathroom upstairs that had no working toilet because the tank was cracked on install, mind you I closed on November 30, 2021 and it wasn’t fixed until January 11. The process with the building of the home went extremely well. As It is my first new home I didn’t know what to look for as far as detailed work. After moving in which is hard to get done, we started to see things that didn’t stand out or thought would be an issue became one, the tile, the grout was not cleaned properly off some of the tiles which is now dry therefore now as to be scraped off. The lanai post as an opening which was never corrected, granted it’s very small however still noticeably, the window in the bathroom has grout on the glass on the outside which is not easy to scrape off without a ladder. Those are the very small but important matter that I would have paid more attention to and had done before closing. Otherwise very happy with the home. I would still buy another pulte home again.
