Tiene muchos detalles en acabados y cosas que no funcionan como ventanas y puertas que no cierran bien nada de no puedan arreglar si quisieran hacerlo; lamentablemente para mi es no responden los correos ni las llamada y cuando responden te piden hacer una cita. It has many details in finishes and things that don't work like windows and doors that don't close well, nothing they can't fix if they wanted to; Unfortunately for me they don't answer emails or calls and when they do they ask you to make an appointment.

Building a home is difficult, and Pulte is a good company to do it. However, the design meeting, where you pick out the furnishings, was a disaster. Lots of issues with supply chain that I think could have been averted. Overall workmanship was excellent except for some glaring issues that were identified but not corrected. Still having issues arise. Their customer service line is wonderful, but the "special" one for appliances is really bad. Horrible experience. House was delivered after 2 years of signine and it felt like i learnt construction engineering in the process looking after everything at each step. Except for the last CM, we wouldn't even have closed in the 2 yrs. He is extremely detail oriented and focussed. He is Pultes chance for revival of their name.

The entire process took 15 months from signing. Move in date changed 5 times and very hard to get exact date. When you are uprooting your entire life from another state this is very stressful. No logic between which homes get items like a roof, sliders, etc and in what order. If zero gravity sliders are so difficult to obtain they should be purchased and stored when a 25% deposit was made. On the flip side -- the quality of workmanship has been excellent and we love our new home.

I'm extremely happy with my new home! Looking forward for great memories! The customer service follow-up is amazing. Excellent communication & great attention to details! The construction crew, customer care, sales agent, morgage team, closing and insurance teams are always knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond. I Would definitely recommend Pulte Home to any of my friends or family as they are quality builder that I can trust!

Mark was a great construction manager. He was very knowledgeable and responsive.

Bring your own real estate agent. Negotiate for the builder to pay for solar and possibly buy down the interest rate. Many builders around the area are giving solar.

I am not sure if the correct title is site manager, but he seems to be the one everyone asks questions of at the site. That one person cannot be everywhere and counts on those who work at the site to do their best. Some of the people who work on the homes are very sloppy, I.e., touch up paint dropped on the floor, cleaning was marginal and legal firm's notification of closing delay done on day of closing was disappointing. Do we like the house - yes. Are we glad we bought - yes.

Bought a spec home - experience was excellent. Home is very nice.

Right from sales team to construction team everyone was super helpful . It really makes my life easy and simple. I would like to specially acknowledge Eric , Brian & Matt for their support & help so far .

My experience with Pulte to date. My wife and I arrived late Friday at our new house only to discover the keys provided did not open any locks. (great quality control) The woman in the sales office helped us gain access via the garage, luckily the code was not changed. She then used her master key to unlock the front door. Nine to know they have access to every house in the community. Saturday, we went to the Sales office to inquire about what could be done to get keys. I’m not joking, three agents looked at us dumbfounder, stated they had no idea who to contact and laughed at our situation. Already frustrated my wife and I left and went to Lowes to purchase three new locks, at our expense. Later that week while setting up my office I tripped a circuit breaker that would not reset. I called an electrician who said he had seen this before and proceeded to rewire the outlets because he said there was a short. Within two weeks of moving in I noticed that a tall pine tree on my new property was dead. I contacted Pulte only to be told trees are not covered under any warranty. Pulte sold the property with a dead tree and I feel it is their responsibility to remove this unsafe condition. I will note that I contacted an Arborist who confirmed the tree is dead and should be removed. Pulte last communication was instructions on working with the county for approval to remove the tree. As to responsiveness I had to give one star because they don’t allow negatives. Pulte is totally unresponsive to any issue, and as demonstrated there is no central point of contact where you can go. Pulte’s response – not my job, don’t know who to contact, if you want it fixed do it yourself. Oh yes, Pulte is quick to send you a violation notice because your garbage cans are not far enough back along the side of your house. Received this violation a few days after notifying them about the dead tree. ... More

The whole experience from the Sales Team, Design Center, Pulte Mortgage and Construction was stressful and horrible. First, the Sales Team did not make clear or explain in detail the different options offered which left me making some less than favorable choices. At the time, I didn't know what questions to ask so I made the decisions based on what I thought I understood. Second, at the Design Center I felt rushed and had to make decisions quickly or start to get charged for extra time. It's hard to make choices quickly without seeing how all of the different items look together. It would have been nice to either have seen all the items & choices before the meeting or get a second visit to the Design Center to make sure that my choices were what I actually wanted. Third, there was a lack of regular communication and misinformation from Pulte Mortgage. There were inconsistent requirements that caused confusion and last minute approval decision which caused me a lot of stress. Lastly, with construction there were 3 different construction managers which caused closing delays. This caused me an extra $8,000 dollars to fork out for rent because the lease was up and I had to pay month to month because the closing date was pushed out several times. The original closing date was right at the end of the lease. Due to the delays, the final stage of the building process was rushed. The workmanship was shoddy and unprofessional. The paint and caulk job is awful, there is a door in one of the bedrooms that still won't close after supposedly being fixed. All of the door hinges were covered in paint and the master bedroom window above the shower was left unfinished with an extremely poor paint job. Also, if I didn't hire a home inspector prior to closing there would have been numerous items unaddressed before closing. The day of closing the painting and cleaning were not complete and I didn't want to go to closing but I couldn't reach the lender to find out the consequences of the rate lock if I did not close that day. Unfortunately, I had to go to closing without the house being 100% complete because I did not want my rate to increase. I heard from the lender too late that the Builder would have been responsible for the rate increase. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I really just wanted to back out but couldn't afford to lose the earnest money. My husband and I had been looking at Pulte homes for years and thought they were TOP NOTCH and couldn't wait to purchase a new home so was excited when were finally in the position to make it happen just to be DISAPPOINTED! The Pulte reputation is slowly being destroyed by the poor workmanship. For the cost of this home it should be 100% we shouldn't have to do any fixing, caulking or paint touchups ourselves. The quality of materials was fair at best. Multiple repaints and touchups needed. The molding down the basement steps were gapping with a width at the bottom of 2.5 inches and top 1.5 inches. Was told this was the Standard with Poulti and local staff not allowed to change. As I write this we have handymen putting down molding for safety and a finished look. Our Handy men were shocked by the lack of finish. They were not complimentary with the product. One said if this was done right, I would not be here. The buying experience was Ok. Although there were multiple small fixes, pulte has fixed the things even after closing.

Pulte asked me many times throughout the building process if I thought I was getting a quality home. I would tell them that I can’t possibly know that yet. Now that I’ve moved in; yeah, if this is Pulte quality, cosmetically it’s pretty awful. Can’t say too much about the functionality of everything as I’ve only lived here a month, but the price of the home is not consistent with the quality. It’s disappointing finding new issues on a daily basis.

Our build was extremely slow. It seemed nothing would happen until I’d reach out to the project manager. Then a flurry of activity for a few days, then nothing. Quality of craftsmanship is terrible. I’m convinced there’s not a straight wall in the entire house. I met with the warranty department shortly after we closed to go over my four page list of concerns. After a month of silence I reached back out and was told the person I met with is no longer employed. There’s only one cabinet note about our meeting. We’ll have to start over! Frustrating….

Very happy with our new Villa!

My home took 13 months to complete and it wasn’t even complete! Pulte fired my project manager and gave me a new one 2 weeks before closing. The quality of work and attention to detail was horrible and the new project manager has done a wonderful job of making things right but the home took entirely too long to be built for there to be so many issues with the home.

Our closing date was 4 months later, causing huge financial burdens especially during these tough economic times. No real sense of urgency from our multiple project managers due to us having two different PM's during this process. I wasn't confident in the finance team and their knowledge of the type of loan we have. Once we moved in, we noticed some issues; did the maintenance work orders and still waiting for one that's been open a bit at the week period. Low and behold, our warranty manager is now no longer with the company, and we have to work with someone else. Been waiting for the deed as well, but I assume we have to go request one with the county. I qualify for a property tax exemption, but since we didn't close during Q4 of last year as told; we will have to pay property taxes until the next submission period next year. I feel like that was planned by the finance department but hope that's not true. I have more stuff, but I'll close with that. ... More

Overall workmanship was exceptional. Responsive to the few punch list items identified. Spent time explaining features of the new home .

There are a lot of problems waiting to fix, and all house was rough finish! All the bricks in our front yard and back yard are improperly spaced and uneven height, leaving a big gap, and some of them have black oil stains on. Unfortunately, they have not been solved at present. The ground on the second floor squeaks, walking on it has a sense of insecurity, currently lived in a month, there are two bedroom doors cannot closed.

The design that what was shown in the model home is what we got. Small issues here and there, some things which they said they would do, they said they won't after we signed, but they were minor items....but dropped the trustworthiness score for that. Value was good relative to other homes but the quality seemed to be rushed and thus not great. They are responsive to issues.
