The walk thru was scheduled too close to the closing. We felt rushed and did not have a great deal of time to adequately look at the condo and any issues that should have been addressed. Not sure why it was scheduled the way that it was.

Organized quick & clean they had it together

The over all process from buying to watching the home be built was wonderful. Had quite a few hiccups at time of celebration however nothing that want easily corrected. I think the quality of materials could be better for instance the cabinets are not what we expected as an upgrade. But overall experience was wonderful!

Overall we had a great experience. Some of the work done was not to the standard I expected, but overall we are happy.

Our builder Dustin was great. Some of the subs seemed to rush to get the job done because of their workload. Some of the work was sloppy, concrete, paint, floors… but Dustin is taking care of any issues in a timely manner so happy overall.

I've been impressed with the prompt and clear communication from Matt Rankin throughout this process. Jeff McCuster is professional, personable, patient. I never felt rushed. I liked Jeff's patient explanation of the construction process and, with all the delays in the construction world, I am grateful to finally be in my new home. I feel secure with how my home was built. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

Ryan and his team worked very hard to get us the home on schedule, and were excellent at communicating the entirety of the building process. We are so happy with our beautiful home and really love it. Prior to Ryan and his team being on the project, unfortunately, it did take an unusual amount of time for the home to begin building (approximately 6 months from acceptance of offer and signing for the home) and it was definitely hard to see other homes that sold prior to ours, closing sooner. There are just some tiny "things" that are a bit wonky, but overall, the house is gorgeous and it was a great experience for home buying! ... More

Field supervisor Lane was amazing! I was a first time home buyer and he really made all my stress go away. Kept me informed, very communicative through the entire process. It was a great first time home buying experience.

I’m grateful to all those who took their time to contribute to the build of my home. Although there a few minor fixes here and there, it’s been a pleasure to be welcomed home and feel home with a beautiful home design. Thank you.

Commitment towards closing on time

The communication through the entire process was fantastic. From when we first visited the site and toured the models right to the closing on our villa. We were living in Connecticut through the whole process and had to rely mainly on e mails and docu signs to handle deposits, loan process, and building progress. Everyone we worked with were helpful, patient, and answered any question we had for them. It made the long distance a non issue. Excellent people!!

Whole process was great. Once construction started, communication was great and house was completed in time frame expected.

For the most part things went very smoothly. We love the end product!

Our experience was really good! We were nervous about deadlines but they were able to get us in our new home before our little one is born which we didn't think was possible. The project manager and sales manager were great at getting back to us in a timely manner.

There are some major issue where during the construction. Our Master bathroom shower is not leveled correctly and water does not drain. in a month, issue has not been fixed yet and it seems they will need to rebuild half of the shower in order to fix it ;(

We love our house! The communication was great with the sales person Lamar. Building took 10 months from the time we bought in December to closing end of October. Construction manager was good. I wish we would’ve had more communication that sod was being laid vs not being told at all, although it was great to get it in (they needed someone home to get in garage for irrigation so would’ve been nice to have known). A little sloppy with painting, our floors were covered in splatter. We requested someone come clean it off and they didn’t get it all so I’ll need to request it again. I feel like they need a final walk through to make sure everything looks good for the client, ie cosmetic things like paint splatter, pen on floor, dust everywhere. Also didn’t have pressure in our main bathroom shower for a few days until someone came and checked it out. Apparently there was tape in there. Love the house, but would love it more if we didn’t need things fixed afterwards. ... More
