2 things - ensure you are putting in cable connections in each room you are going to possibly have a TV - my last provider used wifi - here, with Spectrum, it is a hard wire connection. Second - REALLY look at the light switch location and ordering. The vast majority of the locations do not make sense.

I felt like the builder was genuinely concerned in getting us into our new home despite all the adversity with the given supply chain.

Great home for my first home purchase

It's a smooth process from signing the purchase contract to pre-drywall inspection to settlement.

I had really good experience after the purchase too. Did get a lot of help with many minor things from Michael and the build team.

It was five star all around with one exception: the painting subcontractor did a subpar job, especially with edges and lines between colors, the details that make the job excellent instead of just OK. The good news is however that when we mention this to Jason, he took care of it with the painters in a timely and high-quality way.

Overall a really good experience. It’s always exciting building a new home. Don’t be afraid to take them to task in the little things. It’s a big financial purchase…if you wouldn’t accept a dent on a new car…don’t accept a dent on something that costs 4x’s more. Remember for the most part your new house was built by the lowest bidder. Hold them to task. It’s a big company. People move in and out. You buy expecting everyone to be there through to the end. It’s not likely to end that way. Our construction manager at the beginning was great. During the process and closing was different and much less focused on quality. A lot of excuses, no solutions and no responsibility. A young guy just learning…but still, the one in charge. The best thing Pulte could do is train their construction site bosses with the same customer service that the selling agents use to sell. They were good at keeping us up to date with the build process

Whoever the project manager was did not check everything. There were quite a few things that were not right. Other than that the rest was fine.

Pulte has been closing many homes without final finishes. They need to review little details before closing and finish work before buyers move in. There shouldn't be rush at the very end to close home. There is nothing major but it affect quality.

Good quality homes were built

Since we were not able to be in town for the whole building process it was nice the our sales person and foreman were constantly sending pictures and communication with us the progress at each milestone. They cared a great deal about the product they were selling and building. Given the times now the overall experience was great and promises were kept.

Our experience was 5.0 . We lived 1500 miles away and it would have been helpful to get very detailed updates on the status of the building process. There is a status on the website but there are only 4-5 milestones and they were not updated accurately. I'm sure the Field Managers have an extraordinarily detailed online project plan . Just wondering if it would be possible to tap into that. Overwise a very good experience and I would recommend Pulte

We were in Florida during much of the process. The sent us pictures often and we didn't have to worry about a thing.

The homebuying experience with Pulte was great and easy. We got weekly updates and any questions we had while building the home were answered within a day. The sales rep and field manager we had were very attentive to our needs. My best piece of advice would be to visit all of the Pulte neighborhoods in the area and try to price out options in each neighborhood before you decide what you want. This way you get to hear different options from different Sales Reps that you may not have known about otherwise.

Tony, Billy and Daniel provided great service throughout the process and I would like to say thank you. I am also pleased with the final product.

Matt and Sam were godsends. We were first time homebuyers that spent a year bidding on existing homes and getting beat out, or backing out because we felt we would have to offer too much for a 20+ year old home. While we did have some hesitations with building, Pulte came through. Build was done on time, and they corrected everything that needed corrected. Thank you!

I would like to say to others that are new buyers, remember that you are buying a new house and there will be issues to deal with such as paint touch ups-replacing a piece of tile. But what ever it is, Pulte Homes will be there to make it right. Bottom line, Pulte Homes are the best builder in southwest Florida.

On the front end, sales agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Design center staff was excellent. Field manager was outstanding

My home is beautiful. The builder did an excellent job. We still have a few outstanding items that they are yet to complete due to material shortage when building the home. We are in communication to have these items completed fairly soon.

The people we worked with were responsive and easy to talk to. We got a beautiful home and are so happy to be here. The sales office was great and the design center had beautiful options to choose from.

Ed had great passion about his job and delivering a quality home to us!!
