To many things wrong at closing for the money we paid. Shotty workmanship on alot of different trades within the home. 6 weeks after move in, many of the fixes we have requested are still not fixed. Pretty obvious the trades do not care your home. Trying to get in and out as fast as possible. If they don’t have a part to something, they just leave it as is and move on to the next job. No accountability on the subs, the Pulte project managers need to do a lot better job holding the trades accountable. This is definition of over promise and under deliver.

We closed on our Pulte home in December 2022. Our salesperson Jennifer Eckhardt was terrific and went above and beyond to keep the completion date on schedule. Like any new home build, we have had some minor issues but we are extremely pleased with the quick response that we have received when we have reached out. Our project manager Mike Haight has been great to work with and is very responsive. We look forward to our continued partnership with Pulte!

We had a wonderful experience when our realtor took us to see Lis Diamantes, that is, once we found it! I laugh now, looking back, because Carlos told us that our GPS wouldn't bring us in the right way and warned us not to take any dirt roads to get there. After several dead ends, ending in dirt roads and a couple of calls to Carlos we finally made it to the presentation center. I'm so glad we preservered because Carlos showed us a home we immediately fell in love with. He quoted us a price and then went on to list the incentives we would receive if we closed by the end of December 2022. He took us back to his office and started the paperwork. While signing the intent to buy contract a group of hot-air balloons flew over the subdivision providing us with an omen that we were where we were meant to be. Throughout the loan process, our realtor, Becky, and Carlos were very prompt in answering every question we asked. Being out of state during the final walk throughs it was nice to know that we had people we trusted to make sure everything was completed as promised. Design of heating, cooling and plumbing on a concrete slab needs improvement.

Kay was awesome and really made the buying experience a pleasure. Darren was very responsive during the final days pre and post closing.

My experience with the title company was difficult and did not meet my needs. From not returning my phone calls to being oblivious to my situation with my Cape Coral home being destroyed and no internet access for their forms. Nor were they flexible with my closing date even though Pulte was not able to assure me the HVAC unit would be in place and operational before it. When several issues were noticed on my walk through I was told they would be handled and to just go ahead and close in less than 24 hrs. Needless to say my issues are not yet fixed and now it is up to me to set dates for workers to reenter my home. ... More

Buying process was a hassle - closing date was moved several times without anyone contacting us, buyers. Ordered inspection, it discovered lots of issues with build. Nobody took it seriously although report was shared with builder. Construction manager couldn’t care less. Had to order 2nd and 3rd follow up inspections. They produced somewhat acceptable at closing date. Issues discovered after closing. Overall, not at all impressed with quality - not a single straight line with corners, sloppy workmanship all around the house - very disappointing. Impression was that construction crew didn’t care at all. Warranty issues not addressed or addressed poorly and not in timely manner. Several warranty requests are still pending and it doesn’t look like someone is going to action on them. Have to do lots of small repair things ourselves like regrout master shower floor as there were holes left where water escaled through holes in grout, caulk, touch up paint. ... More

We were very excited, somewhat nervous as we are from Canada, but when we arrived after closing we were so happy, the home is beautiful!

Really need to work on what trades you hire for your builds…we’ve had big delays from them or no response at all.. Andy has been great and the only thing trying to hold it together. He’s really the only reason for this high of a rating. Started paying for a home that still has issues.

Average workmanship,,still waiting for issues to be resolved,, almost 2 months

Everything was done good. The only reason why it wasn’t great was because of the time delay of the construction, ww had to wait a whole year for the project to be finished.

Allyson, John and Cody made this a great experience. I worked at a production home building company in the past and was already aware of the process, but Pulte surpassed my expectations. Everyone was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues.

All things considered - just have been a month in The house. So far without any big issue. Most of issues are cosmetic due to sloppy/job in a hurry work. Pulte employees are polite, mean well, but unfortunately at times unhelpful. Overpromise and underdeliver. Quality of materials seem good. Problem is sloppy work due to how fast they build and little attention to detail. Or quick fixes that don’t solve the problem. Overall good materials, good houses, little attention to detail.

Some quality control issues needed to be taken care of after the purchase. But, they are being addressed.

Pulte team from sales, construction and mortgage are easy to work with and very responsive.

Everyone has been very helpful & very nice.

Alex and the rest of the crew kept us informed along the way and did a great job.

I'm very pleased with my townhome by Pulte. The design is good, the choices were good, dealing with Pultes employees was great, and the overall build was good. I'd definitely recommend them. I absolutely love my layout with a terrace and loft. The design choices were great! I only have a few minor complaints which all of them have been fixed. They miswired my HVAC so the middle floor thermostat sent air to the upstairs floor and my CAT6 outlet was also miswired. Very easy fixes. Both of these issues were subcontracted so I dont really know if I can fault Pulte for it. One thing Pulte should have offered was window blinds and ceiling fans. For some reason they didnt so be prepared for that. Pulte was quick to fix any errors or deal with any complaints I had. Overall I would repurchase my home if I had to do it over. Solid experience overall, difficult time to really compare because of the supply chain issues and other factors out of Pulte control. BUT - the neighborhood currently has so much trash in it due to the construction and workers. I have to clean my yard, DAILY, of multiple pieces of trash.. cans, food wrappers, beer boxes, construction trash, etc. It’s really sad, and makes me disappointed that Pulte does not care for the environment at all.

We purchased a completed home and builder was responsive to small requests before closing. Our representative even flagged and addressed minor issues that we did not point out. So far a great home

Some of the paint work outside of the home requires touch ups. The front yard rock is patchy and sparse.

Finding many issues with the home quality on a daily basis and unable to trust the built quality.

Agent was not educated on PA content, nor had the ability to adjust PA to fit purchasers needs. Substance in the home is poor in quality and finishes that I feel should be improved. Response from construction manager was perfect. However he seemed to be limited to what could be corrected and improved on. Again, finishes by Pulte should be improved on so that new owners are not immediately putting thousands of dollars into finishing appropriately. Appliances that were not included in purchase price should be included. I know for a fact that negotiations have been made to incude missing appliances in purchase price. This seems to be a small savings for Pulte at the risk of customer dissatisfaction. ... More
