We loved how well the Construction Manager Blake Barnes and Salesperson Yvonne Yocum kept us in the loop and were responsive to questions. Both were amazing!

Our Field Manager was very responsive & answered all of our questions. Our Warranty manager, has been exceptional in answering questions & being clear & concise about the warranty terms.

Everyone we have dealt with including our salesperson, project managers and our customer care agent have been excellent to work with.

We are enjoying our new home and appreciate the support from Justin, Sofia, and Anthony.

What stood out for me would have to be the great communication between buyer and home building representatives, awell as the outstanding help of the sales consultants. As a first time homebuyer, things can get pretty overwhelming and stress levels will get high at times, several as a matter of fact on the mortgage side. But with the help of these two teams, I was able to feel comfortable and confident that I was going to be receiving a high quality home. The home builders always kept me up to date with progress of the homes construction, while the sales consultants helped me by answering my questions and reassuring me that I was making the best choices. its outstanding community i loved it

Our experience was very positive from our investigation of the Nottingham Trace community through move in.

Builder does an overall great job. Just be sure to keep an eye on the process all the way through.

The supervisor provided great support and special care during house building process. Thanks to the team.

The sales people and the professional crew were very responsive.

Our sale representative Jose and field manager Nicholas are really good in explaining all the details and addressing issues during the process. price is reasonable but very basic, if you want something better, need to pay extra for almost everything

This was our first home buying experience and with Pulte Homes it was a flawless experience. Every step of the way was laid out for us and we always felt we knew what's coming next or where to get help. The build quality is great and we are very happy with the finished home.

With the massive shortages in building materials, Pulte was able to deliver our home on time. In today’s market this is no easy task.

Overall, we had a great experience with Pulte. Considering all the issues with COVID, they stayed on track with the build out. It took just over 4 months which is amazing. The communication along the way was great & very quick & responsive to any issues we had. Would highly recommend!

Really smooth process, everyone involved was great and helpful and not once did we feel bamboozled. Overall happy with the home, some materials could have used a higher quality spec.

Great job checking over for problems

There are the typical new home issues, but they should all get fixed within the first year. After closing, they are very slow responding to issues.

I love my home. Everyone was very nice and help when they could. One thing needs to improve is on the people they hire to do the work, painters, fence, landscaping, electrician, appliances the quality of the work is not as good the details on the paint, molding, etc is not the best. Appliances where very cheap even though we got the upgrade package. They need to do better on attention to detail or hire people that have pride on their work. Landscaping was half fast done. We paid a lot of money for our home and details are important when it comes to the finishes of the home.

If you have Thomas as your field manager you will have a wonderful experience. He is extremely responsive; and sometimes you don't even have to ask as he already knows what needs to be repaired. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 - couldn't be more pleased!
