The selling agent was great, the materials were good for a tract product, good value for the money!

We had several quality build meetings with Jake. He was always able to answer our questions and explain the process. He did a great job of reaching out to us weekly and letting us know what was going on.

It was a good experience over all

They completed our house on time.

The community is great. The issues are usually taken care promptly. The quality of construction is good although some areas are left desirable ( cabinets, bathrooms fittings)

I heard from my friends that some of the sales agents don’t respond quickly before closing. We had issues in closing to get the required documents.

We had a wonderful experience with Tiffany, Josh and their teams. We had a ton of questions and they were eager to help. They assisted us where possible and helped point us in the direction to someone who could help if they couldn't. They were professional and always supportive throughout the process. We really enjoyed it and love our house.

We didn't have to go through a real estate agent to bid for the house or anything. It was simply sold to the first person that qualified to buy the house. Everything from mortgage to closing was handled through Pulte Group. What especially gave us a peace of mind was their 1/2/5/10 year warranties on everything from the wall paintings to the plumbing and electricals down the line. Not being an expert on any of those things, I would be hesitant to buy a lived-in home from someone. It's not just that they provide warranty on those items. They really make you feel like they care about your home. Everyone I talked to in Pulte while buying the home and after buying the home made me feel like they cared about how I felt about the home. Team is good and responsive

We are First time builders and we felt like we were listened to and even though I consider this more of a “cookie cutter” home as these homes are made by the hundreds, details were never dismissed. Quality control was very good and overall it has been a great experience. We would recommend building with Pulte

Compared to other builders around the area Pulte homes have outstanding quality on materials and the way the house is built you can see the quality since they are laying down the foundation

From the sale through the material selection process and through construction, everyone we dealt with at Pulte was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. No construction process is perfect, but the minor items (not issues) that came up were handled quickly and professionally. I am in the construction business and I am thoroughly impressed with the Pulte Team and the quality of our new home

Over all things are great but after living in our house for a few months I’m noticing a lot of minor issues.

Overall the buying experience was great. We have been in the home since mid November and still waiting on some things to be taken care of. I understand with the holidays and covid its not easy but these things should've been taken xare of. Over all we love our home and can't wait to get it all organized and backyard done.

I was impressed during the build by the responsiveness to fix things when things didn’t go quite right. Stuff always happens during a build but it is how it’s handled and the honesty that concerns me the most. Each instance was handled the right way the first time. I was impressed.
