I am a first time homeowner and my experience with Pulte nothing short of excitement and done with ease. All of the support and care from the staff made it a truly enjoyable experience. Pulte is nothing but trustworthy and dependable. I know they have built me a wonderful new home!

They committed to complete the build by a certain date and it was completed on time with minimal punch list items. We love the neighborhood, beautiful setting, and great neighbors.

My wife and I had limited time to find a home in a safe / up and coming location in Broward County. We met Cierra on short notice at the Hill Crest sales office. In a most professional manner presented all options that fit our time scale. Within our time frame, she found us a homesite, selected upgrades and set us on our way to closing. This is our second Pulte home. We are very happy with both. I would recommend anyone considering a new home to include Pulte in their selection process.

If your looking to have a home built right the first time and exactly the way you want it, Pulte is the way to go. Their warranty is amazing and the contractors they use are the best around. You get what you pay for with Pulte, peace of mind and quality!

Lee and Ed were very responsive throughout the whole process, and always available to answer questions and offer solutions when needed. Overall, for a first time home buyer, the experience was great.

From start to finish we had a great experience. Maxwell our salesman was great and Mike B. our builder was also great.

The people were great to deal with.

After getting our home inspection report, all of our issues were fixed or repaired.

I would (and actually do) recommend homes built by Pulte.

On time delivery. good communication. good reponse to concerns raised. But i feel like the quality can be improved . I am noticing lots of tiny tiny issues that needs to be fixed. They are very responsive.

This is the first home that I have purchased; I love the model and had a blast at the design center. The fact that we somehow managed to stay on a 6-month building timeline during COVID -- especially when supply chains were halted for weeks -- was pretty incredible. I have to assume that this was largely in part because of our project manager staying on top of things throughout the process. We are very happy!

I am very happy with Pulte's processes and the employees i worked with during my home built and delivered. They are very professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and very friendly to work with. Very happy with my decision.

Overall experience was good, cosmetic problem was founded in the house.

Fairly easy process. I've always heard that building a house was a nightmare. This was not my experience. Any issues that came up were addressed in a timely manner. Communication was clear.....it may take a day or two to hear back on something....but this crew is slammed busy so that didn't bother me. Finding a lot of cosmetic drywall issues now that I'm living in the house, but will get these handled at my 1 yr inspection. Other minor issues have been addressed in a timely manner. My advice is to visit often and inspect even more. Catch things as early as you can to avoid any major problems down the road. Fingers crossed that nothing MAJOR occurrs after my warranty is up.
