Homebuying experience itself was great. However there were some options to make, most especially sound insulation for interior walls. Previous home add this, and it eliminated the sounds of toilet flushing in other parts of the house.

Loved every step from when started to get this home that we are living in now and enjoying every moment of it. There were and a few up’s and down’s but at the all is good! Would recommend Pulte homes!!

When you are laying out the electrical outlet, you should request one outlet next to the fiber (internet source) to inside the house or you will need create one or use an extension cord.

Pulte makes beautiful homes and has fantastic customer service. Maria, one of the sales consultants, is truly a delight and is extremely helpful through the whole process.

excellent workmanship however pavers were not in great condition when installed

Pulte as a builder was great to work with. The site manager ensured all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Vanessa, our agent with Pulte provided top notch service and was a tremendous asset throughout the process.

It was a great experience overall, the meet timing expectations and the quality of the home is great, we've not have any issue so far (4 months in) and I fell confident that Pulte will jump in if there were any problem with the house (I have seen them doing it with my neighbor). Thanks Pulte, good job!

Sales was great! Our design appointment was the most fun! Our PM was great too and super communicative through the process.

Pulte provided regular and accurate updates on the progress of our home. All meetings were on time with no delays.

Overall I was pleased with the home buying experience. The construction manager was very responsive to addressing issues.

I loved the design and materials it is a good price include for what they offered, I loved this company because they are honest about what they are selling you, they show you two models houses, one house without upgrades and another one full upgrade, that’s tells you a close Idea how it’s gonna be the house what you want. Others builders just shows the houses full upgrade just because they want to sell.

Pulte reps communicated well, were careful and organized and delivered what they promised.

Moved to pine vista to downsize from a larger family house. We have been very pleased with the entire buying and building process. Even with the COVID delay, the house was done right on the revised timeline. So far we are very pleased with the quality and workmanship, we had 1 minor issue after move-in but us was corrected very quickly.

Very pleased with our new Town Home at Longleaf and overall experience. The mtg. team did a great job of communicating and making it a pleasant process. Our home is well constructed and the finishes are great. Kris has been great in helping get us oriented. He's very responsive and always helpful.

When buying Pulte they explain the whole process and answer all your questions.

We built a Pulte home during the height of the pandemic without ever seeing it in person. At the time, travel to the other state was prohibited. The sales team and our protect manager did a great job of keeping us informed by sending frequent photos and videos to update us on the progress. We made a few changes along the way and they were very accommodating. Thank you to Pulte team - we love the house!

I love Pulte Homes. The entire Building Team experience was excellent, extremely responsive and thorough. The workmanship was very good. Would recommend Pulte as a Builder any day, all day.

We love living here and the Pulte buying experience was excellent. The trim work through the house appeared rushed and in places a little sloppy, but Pulte fixed most of it for us and is addressing more as I write this.

We relocated from another state to GA. We purchased the model home so we didn't have to pick out any materials etc. The purchase was conducted online and over the phone because of COVID and was a smooth process. Just lots of paperwork that normally comes with the purchase of a new home. We love the model because it has many, many upgrades not available in the other homes and it was mostly ready to go. It is beautiful and any repairs or problems have been addressed very quickly. We had a bit of a snafu with our move in date but could be blamed on COVID and a delay in getting a city permit to reconstruct the model home office back into a garage and a driveway had to be poured. Our construction customer service person is extremely friendly and responsive. We are now in month 3 of living in our new home and there are still some items on our 30 day list that need to be addressed, however, I feel confident that they will be fixed to the best of their ability. ... Great home and great experience

We recently closed on our new Pulte home in the Reverence community of Summerlin Nevada. Our experience was great and we highly recommend the whole Pulte team. Every phase of the process from the purchase of the home to the walk through was enjoyable. It is important to note that we lived out of state the entire time! The Pulte sales agent, Karen, was extremely helpful and informative and she quickly responded to all of our many questions. Our sales agent, Carrie with Keller Williams Realty Southwest, went above and beyond what was required and assisted us every step of the way! The superintendent of the building of our home was Steve and he was excellent. He promptly addressed all of our concerns and he even managed to accommodate some late changes that we made. He followed through after the closing and made sure that everything was exactly right. We would definitely build with Pulte homes again. ... More
