So far so good, there are a few things that need to be addressed but my overall experience has been very positive.

We really like our new Canopy home. This is our second Pulte home and so we knew overall we would be very happy. I could not give 5 stars for the quality of workmanship and materials but it was only in two areas - drywall and painting. I believe Pulte will do the right thing to try and correct our painting concerns but it is too late for the drywall. Please know it is not terrible - just not as great as our past experience.

Most of major structure and design is good as I expected and the quality is great as their reputation. Just a few minor thing need to be straight out quickly. And the responsiveness to issues need to be handle quicker and timely

Pulte has a member of their team to walk you through every step of the process.

Mostly satisfied under the current prevailing conditions of Lock down. Coordinating nearby inter state move has been challenging. Couldn't move for 2 months after closing. A shout out to Lori [Sales Person] and Nick [Housing Manager] for their helpful guidance during entire process.

The impression I had on the very first day and the aprroach and trustworthiness I had continued till the complete process was completed. The timelines were well communicated, well followed. Great value for the price. I heard a lot of horror stories about spec home builders, even in my own subdivision, but Pulte has been great to me. Any issues I've had were addressed to my satisfaction so far. The team seems to be genuinely concerned about the customers satisfaction and has been completely transparent.

We looked in the Spring Hill/Thompson Station area and fell in love with the Brixworth community. The Vanderbilt plan worked best for us and the process was organized and efficient. Happy to answer any questions.

Purchase a new Pulte home! The fit and finish of the home are great; love the very functional floorplan. A well-built home for a fair price.

Pulte has been such an amazing company to work with. They were awesome from day one helping us find the perfect house. When we were having a little bit of difficulty with closing they did everything they could to help us. Erika and Dan from pulte mortgage were seriously life savers. As for the build itselfe our contractor Matt has been amazing. The house is wonderful, but any issues that have arisen hes made sure to get taken care of right away. So very happy we went with Pulte

We were in constant contact with the building manager and he let us know what was going on at all times and let us visit the building site whenever we needed to. There are a few things that is a little faulty, some electrical ad cosmetics but overall workmanship is very good.

The process went very smooth. We enjoyed seeing progress every day. We have been in the home for two months and absolutely love our new home. Our only concern is the tile floors we selected. They have a film that we cannot get off and also a lot of the tiles are chipped. It looks like they were purchased at a discount. We have not had our 30 day walk through to let Pulte know but we do know Pulte will take care of it for us. We did look at another builder in the area. The house was nice. Then we found the Pulte home, we knew this is exactly what we wanted. We could tell the quality was spot on. During the build, one thing that really impressed us was Pulte is self-insured. To us, this meant they were not going to cut corners because it would cost them more in the end. Every time our field supervisor did a walk through with us, he pointed out what Pulte did above and beyond the requirements. Great house, great location and we are VERY happy. ... More

The sales manager/assistant and the Pulte's home inspector were great in everything.

Our building supervisor was awesome. Very attractive to any questions or concerns. The sales team was great. Wish we would have upgraded cabinets to wood as the laminate is not the greatest. Overall has been a really good experience.
