A faster responsiveness to issues and repairs in general

Good team work

We lived in St. Pete and could only visit to look and purchase twice. Then one in early construction. We were given feedback often and when we arrived to move house was nearly perfect. We appreciate your warantee team as they have done great work.

Overall pretty impressed with the quality of the home. Warranty response has been quick for any small issues. Would recommend!

The process has been a great experience. Jake was awesome!

Love the house. Construction manager/supervisor was fantastic. He listened, and really worked hard for us to support the customer service promises we were given at the outset. The sales office on the other hand, was much more prickly to deal with. We heard "No" quite a lot in answer to our needs from the condescending and dismissive sales rep, only to find later that the simple things we'd requested were possible, available, do-able, etc. In short, if you can get past the initial salesperson experience, the rest of the team was really good, and the home turned out beautifully.

Lane, the field manager has made this experience so easy. I do want to say that the home is built very well but some of the detailed things seemed a bit rushed and could of been done a little better. That being said we are very happy with our beautiful new home.

We had a great experience with Pulte. The response time to any questions or concerns we had was fantastic. After closing, we did notice some of the hardware and quality of work seemed rushed. These concerns are being addressed. We are very happy to be in the Gateway community - the neighbors and surrounding areas are very family friendly, dog friendly and a great place to live!

I do not know how to answer the last question. JBHunt did not install the stove correctly, and the Corvid 19 has stopped repairs.

Beautiful houses

We are very happy with our new Clearview model in Starkey Ranch. We have noticed a few minor issues with workmanship, but they have been responsive to many issues. Since we’re in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic things are at a bit of standstill for warranty work, but I’m hopeful once things ramp back up they’ll get everything taken care of.

I have heard horror stories about friends and families building houses and when they may have an issue, the builder will not fix, or if they do they never get it right. Pulte has been great, they build a beautiful home and they were very prompt in addressing any concerns that we had!

The house is well built and floor plan is convenient. There are some minor issues that would be taken care of in the next few weeks - delay due to current emergency conditions.

Great experience

Stay on top of the building process.

This is my second home building experience and it was miles above the first. Love the house and had a great working relationship w the field manager.

The only thing I can nitpick on was the quality of the appliances and the fact that I do not have under cabinet lighting.

I absolutely love this floor plan, all the storage space and soooo much room!!! Only very minor change I would suggest for me is the decor choices could be more variety, I prefer upgraded "modern/spa like" styling choices for showers, sinks / bathroom fixtures and towel rods etc.. Seems like they are fairly standard choices and getting a bit dated but I can fix this later. Excellent experience overall, I will enjoy living here!
