A lot of things pasted inspection in my house and was not complete. My refrigerator is damage. I still don’t have my light fixtures. No head on my pipe out back. Door installed incorrectly and still not fixed. Touch up paint do not match on the outside. I really expected better.

My experience with pulte was amazing, I just wish they used a better title company with better reviews rather than a 3 star company. And maybe let the new home owners know how hard it’s going to be to get internet/cable& your mail to the house. How your address may not be activate at majority of all places.

Very responsive customer service from all pulte representatives! Build quality is solid, but there are some things that could have been cleaner. No issues impacting anything other than looks.

Very backwards process. Pulte wants you to make a lot of decisions without giving thorough explanations or information. Make sure to get an independent home inspection. Neighborhood is nice though.

It is a new home and I like it.

Overall buying experience was seamless from start to finish, thanks to the amazing sales agent -Keren, loan consultant - Trish and build manager Andrew. Loan approval process can get tricky as it requires hand-offs between several people. Nevertheless, the trust, transparency and willingness to step in and do the right thing definitely gets my appreciation.

Overall the homes and the community are beautiful. The exterior aesthetic is different than most builders currently. I fell in love with the open layout design of the Isleton model, particularly the rear kitchen. However, a lot of the luxury options are not included with Pulte as they are with other builders. This is a huge negative. I also did not have a good experience with Pulte Mortgate. Tiffany was good but I did not have a good experience with my loan counselor Ryan and this led me to switch to a different mortgage lender, Truist, during the housebuying process. I am glad I made that decision. I would not recommend using Vintage, the security company that Pulte is contracted with. You are better off with ADT or a home security system such as Ring. Vintage made a mistake in my selections and did not wire my sound system correctly. As a result, they had to come back out after I closed and break a hole in the wall to rewire. This is the third new construction home we have purchased. The first two were private builders. They were seamless, simple and the builder was responsive. Our Pulte experience was poor relative to our previous home builds. Pulte is a sales company that happens to build homes, NOT a home builder who cares for your desires in a home. Our home is acceptable and we will enjoy it. To get to that point one must fight for what you'd like in your home and read all the small print. Know that all they want to do is sell you a home, NOT work with your on your needs. Once your home is "complete" it could be months upon months before all the issues are addressed and repared. You must hound them with many messages to get anything done. Construction quality is decent, but not great. There are some sloppy mistakes that you will only notice after living in the home for a while. The people are nice and seem like they do care. It could be an issue with the company and their profit goals at a higher level then the local team. Be your own advocate when working with Pulte as they do what's best for the company, not for you. People very efficient & responsive -especially Sales ( Neal), Construction Manager (josh), warranty ( Trusha) Materials- Not so good, does not correlate to the price. Unhappy with the way the delay from Pulte's side impacted buyer's mortgage rates.

I bought this house in Lazy K Ranch in Tucson,This was the worst experience and have buying a New home, from Sales to construction Manager, and being in my new home for two months, I have several problems and the service I am getting is horrible, nothing is done right Pulte should look in to this matter seriously, customer service is horrible,

For starters, when doing the 2-hour walk-through, instead of getting some explanations all we got were excuses. And to follow that, I wrote all the issues in a notepad on my phone and went back to the property day after day for 2 weeks to see the progress before closing and would see nothing fixed but all the pointed out issues that were once marked, with the blue tape that we were given during the 2-hour walk, had been tossed out and never fixed/addressed. I complained about the upstairs being hot for almost a month and got excuse after excuse only for the issue to be that I had no insulation in my upstairs attic at all. Once Jodi became a part of the team, she became a life saver and got all my issues dealt with and I greatly appreciate her hustle and tenacity. She helped calm my nerves and got literally all my issues dealt with in a timely fashion. ... More

The poor quality of product is directly related to the level of inexperienced sub trades used on Ave Maria Pulte sites. From framing, plumbing, HVAC, to trim finish work, crews with minimal or no experience were used… In fairness, partially due to labor shortages, and contract crews unwilling to travel out as far as Ave Maria, but also due to poor and neglectful site supervisors who’s job it is to manage and oversee sub trade workmanship.

The builder that I worked with was very responsive and took care of my concerns and issues in a timely manner. I had a very positive experience and love my new home.

This will be the laat Pulte home we build. We have built with other companies and were much happier. The quality of work is terrible. Our paint job was bad. Our cabinet that was already fixed is falling apart. Our sod is 2 to 3 inches lower than our neighbors. Plants are dead. Cabinets were not finished and more. Trying to get warranty to fix some of this is like puling teeth

We started building our house at the peak of housing market. The delivery was as scheduled, and we were lucky to have a good deal on mortgage rates (despite the increase). However, the build quality is poor and we have a long list of items to be fixed. I understand the delays due to supply chain issues, but there's no excuse for the lack of quality. It seems like they rushed things and just wanted to deliver. Just looking at the modal house is deceiving (don't expect the same quality/look). I hope all issues are cosmetic and there's nothing foundational (we'll find out in a few years). Pulte should be ashamed charging what they charge for the poor quality of work, costs and lack of accountability and follow-up. We paid over 600k for our home to have mismatch floor grout in the bathrooms, paints dripping marks and unpaired window sills, a huge error in dry wall in our ceiling and I could go on and on. I have literally told all my friends and family members to spread the word…DON’T BUY a Pulte home!!! If you do expect poor craftsmanship and paying over priced for the poor quality and lack of customer service!!!!

If the model home would have had the fit and finish and paint work that our home has, I would have never bought a Pulte Home. I would fire the painters and the finish carpenters on the spot. This is our 5th house and by far the worst fit and finished house. The bright spot is that Pulte has a good warranty department. Lisa has been wonderful to work with. We have already had several warranty claims and Lisa has had the workers to come out in a timely manner.

We were ecstatic to close and move into our new home! The salesperson Dave I. was amazing. Everything seemed good, until we noticed a crack in one of the living room windows, then sockets in the basement weren’t working within the first 2 weeks. Warranty came out to review the issues, and will get back to us soon. The most disappointing event that has occurred, is the furnace/humidifier is already leaking, and a hot water pipe from the dishwasher has caused water to leak onto our treadmills in the basement. This is less than 2 months after closing. Building materials are nice, but based on our experience so far, attention to detail in workmanship has clearly been sacrificed for the sake of speed. ... I had high expectations for this house, but they didn't meet my expectation at all. The construction is subpar at best. The windows make noises when there is even a little bit of wind, there are very loud ticking sounds through the vents and the pipes are freezing when the temperatures are low. This is Chicago, the winters a cold and harsh so a house should be build sturdy not like this. Don't even get me started on the floors, it's all uneven and there are cracks in the celling already. Love the home layout and design. Construction took forever while the builder was inconsistent and unresponsive at times. Even after moving in...he was given a list of issues needing resolve and he never followed through. The sales office was excellent. Quality of build and issues seen since moving in have been very disappointing.

The designs are great. But beware contractors are below average and materials are fair.

My experience with Eric and Bob has been top class!. They were true professional, keeping you informed with all good and not so good news about the progress. Keeping to the timeline, when SCM issues impacted all business is commendable. Love the home, love the home buying experience. Thank you Pulte!

My sales rep, Jason, was wonderful to work with during the process. During the build though sometimes my house would sit for a couple of months with no work done. Then Andy and Logan took over as field managers and things started to happen quickly finally. All three of these people were great to deal with and on top of things. Once I got into my new house though a few issues came up and it takes weeks for any responses or any one to come out to do repairs. At the moment I have three windows that are leaking causing the paint and drywall to peel, stain and break apart. I reported this issue on 11/27 and after finally getting a response about a week later, I was told the soonest anyone can come is 12/22. It is now 12/26 and no one has called or showed up yet. It's a great location and layout but just a few things is showing that the quality of workmanship is poor. Other neighbors have had the same issues with getting any responses as I have so seems once Pulte gets your money, you get put on the back burner for any issues to be resolved even though there are workers and companies in the neighborhood almost every day, all day long working on building new homes but not existing ones. ...
