Love my new home.

Great builder!!

They do not build homes they make your dreams into reality

I am very content in my new home, after moving out of the very large custom built family home that I raised my family in. This house is perfect for me.

Most everything inside was done well, and the construction manager responded quickly to my questions and items that I pointed out. However, I would suggest to Pulte that they have only one contractor deal with the irrigation system and the landscaping. Multiple times the irrigation system would leak and that contractor would "fix it" and behind him the landscaping contractor would do something to damage the irrigation system and visa versa.

Stay involved with the building process. Check on your home during all buildings stages. Pulte did a great job calling with weekly updates.

Aside some finishing defects, we had an awesome experience with this builder right from the sales team to the construction team. They were very open and responsive. The building was great. My family loves the location of the house. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Our previous home builder is of no match to Pulte. The best thing is that, we get a 30-day to 10-year warranty with the builder performing the inspections.

Overall I love my new home. The home is well constructed. There were some items that needed to be repaired but the Manager responsible for handling these items was very responsive in getting these items resolved.

Ensure all physical issues are resolved before closing. After closing, you have to go through warranty (who is very responsive).

For my particular development, the experience overall was great. From initial contact with the Sales Consultant to working with the Field Manager, every issue was addressed in a timely manner and very few "mistakes" were made by the third-party contractors during the build. I have noticed some issues inside after the build, but Pulte addressed them quickly and as others develop they will be covered under the warranties. For my first ever build, I don't think I could be happier.

I don’t think I could be more pleased with my new house. Short of the fact custom choices were limited. The house is exactly what was promised and finished when expected. The team was a pleasure to work with.

Buying a new home can seem like a daunting life event but with the help of the team at Pulte buying my new home was an absolute breeze. The process was extremely well communicated, I chose all the finishes I wanted, we were done on time, and I couldn't be happier in my new home. Working with Pulte was the best decision I feel I could have made and if I had it to do over I would COMPLETELY choose to work with them again!

The building process was exceptional. I was informed every step of the way and felt I was a part of the process rather than a bystander.

The whole process has been really well laid out with a few hiccups in between which were taken care of immediately by the concerned parties when concerns were raised. It was a great experience with the entire team. Everyone on the build team communicated great. Currently enjoying our Home.
