The process of building was very easy. We also feel a tremendous value in the home. What we paid was less per square foot than just about anything in the area by a significant amount. Like any new build there are small things to complain about with the workmanship, but nothing serious. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. I would also like to comment on the quality of the build managers. We had two throughout the process at different stages and they were both extremely communicative and responsive to issues. I would love to have a chance of configuring my house before buying, like a car configurator. With that, I would make better decisions on my purchase. I would like to have a bit more modern options on some details, like tiles - the options are all very 90's... Other than that, a very good experience. Happy with the house.

There are some small problems, one of the heating and air heaters room couldn’t closed tightly, because this door position is too low. The surface of entrance floor looks like unfinished.

Excited to be in our new home. Many features that we truly like. Some workmanship is not in keeping with what I would have expected for the price paid. Pulte crew has been very responsive in addressing every issue and am grateful for their attention. Matt and Nic have done a great job as Pulte representatives.

From the day we walked the model we knew Pulte was who we wanted to build with. From sales to design to construction, all Pulte employees were professional and truly cared about our home buying experience. Josh, construction manager, took time to explain anything we needed week after week (sometimes over and over) and really helped us feel comfortable from the day the first nail went in to the day we got our keys. Working with Pulte Mortgage was our only hiccup, but they give you credit toward the house if you use them so I guess customer service can drop a bit. Despite this issue I still have a great respect for the Pulte brand. If I could give advice to any potential buyer, just ask questions! Compared standard options with other builders and Pulte has them beat on most if not all fronts. Great working with the sales person throughout the process. I really liked the weekly updates during the build process.

Completed ahead of schedule. Sales and field manager were awesome to work with. Design center options a bit overwhelming-would like to have seen more upgrades included in base price. Overall, under promised and over delivered!

Excellent and reliable construction company that delivered the house on time and according to the agreed specifications. The team that have supported us after receiving the house was excellent and always available to solve the normal minor issues to be adjusted.

Everything was delivered inn perfect shape. The only thing I wish the house had, was the backyard partially covered by concrete instead of dirt; but it make sense too leave it like that; since customers have different plans of what they want to do in that area? Overall, I’m satisfied.

Solid communication from start to finish. The team was Transparent with us and this was a smooth process. Great craftsmanship for the cost.

I have noticed that adjoining bedrooms or bathroom need more sound deadening material between the drywall. Sounds are easily transmitted and heard without any buffer.

There have been some cosmetic issues that I noticed before I moved into my house. After moving in I have found a few more which (for the most part) have been addressed. I have been in the house for 6 weeks and continue to find spots of sloppy workmanship which I will continue to refer to customer service. Having said that, I have had no major issues with the house and overall I'm happy with the outcome.

Molly, Ben and Scott are all wonderful and have been as true pleasure to work with. They helped make our house a home.

Pulte was great to work with. The construction manager was outstanding to deal with. Although we did have a few post move in issues, they have quick fix.

Upgrade the house itself. Upgrade certain basics after move in. Great building process and supervisors.

This was my first time building a home and felt like I made the right decision in a builder. The people I worked with directly, especially the construction managers, seemed to be devoted to quality and proud of the work they did. While I am not giving 5 stars to the value for price, I feel this is a very quality home for the price I paid. I have been in the home for a little over a month and the few issues I have had have been addressed or will be addressed in a timely manner.

Overall we had good experience!!

A few workmanship observances but the service and vale are great. All Pulte employees were wonderful to work with.
