The quality of the home is disappointing. Would have expected a much better final product for the price we paid. Several issues were supposed to be addressed during the building process, but left not taken care of. Items that were marked by the Pulte quality control Team were ignored. Now we are going to have to take up several issues with the warranty department.

I was disappointed with problems in the kitchen

We had a rocky path with Pulte. They use good products and build a good home, but we have never seen such poor customer service especially with the amount of money we spent for our home. The cabinets have still not been finished and have many issues that have not been fixed after being in the house for two months. We have asked for a handful of punch list items to be completed and maybe half have been done. Now I can’t even get a hold of our construction manager. He no longer calls me back after multiple attempts to get a hold of him. I escalated it to his manager but that has had no impact as there is still no communication or at least a timeline for when we will see items completed. We kind of feel like our money was stolen since we paid full price for the house but some really big items were not completed. I am hoping Pulte makes it right. ... More

Had a fun experience working with the builders through out the building process.

Pulte is an intense builder; delivered expectations, completed on schedule; and with promised materials. Every pre-selection of colors and materials met plan. There were no mysteries; you get your order. The new home was less than "clean" upon arrival. They earned our Trust.

Sales person Charmaine was great. Not so much after that. All of the people I have dealt with say they will help and please rate us with high marks yet they don’t follow thru with items unless you bug them to no end. Our plumbing totally backed up after 3 days. That should have been an indication what we were In for. Iam sure now they will be even less responsive.

The home we bought is as great as we thought it would be. The emergency numbers they give you, really work. We called them on a Sunday nite and they responded within an hour and fixed our problem!

We bought a new home with Pulte and the minute you sign, you can't get anything fixed that was promised and you have to follow-up mulitple times for any warranty issues. Would never build again with them.

I am pleased with the quality of my home and all that care and attention to detail was utilized throughout the whole homebuilding process.

Builder is not responsive, home poor quality for the price

The house, the layout, and the option were tremendous and well thought out. However we were promised certain items to be finished and installed but almost 2 months after we are still waiting for those items. Additionally, during the build process, the communication was very good but after the signing it went to nearly non existent where I have to make office visits to find out any information.

I've never built a house before and Pulte made the process extremely easy. The build quality on our house is amazing and Pulte still checks in with us periodically to make sure we are still satisfied.

Pulte experience so far has been excellent.

Communication from start until after purchase is very poor. No one in the company returns phone calls, text messages or emails. From the on site sales agent who we first spoke with. pulte finance could not provide a break down of closing costs or current mortgage rates. Pulte could or would not provide advance estimated time line on a closing date in order to lock in a mortgage interest rate. We tried after closing to get ahold the builder to ask a couple questions, no response. the customer care rep standing in our kitchen saying they would not nickel and dime us over getting issues fixed, then proceeded to nickel and dime us over 6 driveway stones out of place and blamed it on us for having a moving truck on them. We were never told to not have a moving truck on the driveway. (Stone companies up and down the street, 15 minute repair. Still an issue). Our Kitchen cabinets and drawers are falling apart, we have been in the house two months with zero follow up on repairs, we had to initiate a follow up call on service and got no answers. Overall, total home buying experience was great. Sales team was involved throughout to answer questions and offer suggestions with design and options. Construction team was very responsive and provided regular updates with the build. Closing was a breeze following the final building inspection approvals. Totally satisfied with our home and the Pulte team that made it happen.

The construction manager was available and responded quickly but the overall project was drawn out over 10 months. They left the house filthy, especially the floors. Expect to mop them several times to get the dry wall dust off.

The entire process was very efficient. Susan Foilka, the sales agent, was attentive and always kept us informed, answered all of our questions and was so pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with the quality of the house.

It's been a month now since we moved in. So far, I've raised many issues nothing has been checked and closed. Other than that the overall experience is good.

From the moment we met Patti, working with the Pulte Mortgage Team of Marie and Tyler, John, our Superintendent and Dustin in Warranty. I will simply say,,,,The Best of the Best. In the current age we live in. Yes, there were delays and corrections. But compared to other local and national builders, speaking with others that were in the same process and time frame as us. Our process was so much more streamlined and corrections corrected far faster and to perfections. Prior, during and even after closing. Patti, John and the Mortgage Team makes us feel like we are their highest priority. Needless to say, I would not consider any other local or national builder other than Pulte. We are so satisfied with our new home, The floor plan and all the features and upgrades it came with. This neighborhood to us, is unmatched and we could not be happier living in Glenmore. ... More

Follow through and communication poor

From the first visit to closing on the home everything went smooth with no issues. Pulte and their employees were easy to trust with the process. The house is a great house and we got everything we absolutely wanted. Would recommend Pulte as a high quality home builder.
