Very pleased with Pulte and their quality and meeting expectations. Third home we have built and best of the three.

Our experience building with Pulte was painless. Every project has its issues, but the professionalism with how they were dealt with was very much appreciated.

We are so pleased with our home. The finished outcome of our home is all we expected. Great customer service all around with Pulte. Communication was great throughout all our home building process.

Pulte Homes was easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had along the way! They sent weekly updates on the progress of the house which was something I looked forward to each week!

Overall very happy with our new home. Had a few hiccups along the way, but the Pulte team fixed most of the issues we had during construction.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful home. Minor paint issues, etc. taken care of promptly.

Pulte has been good about following up with issues and thankfully there were not many to begin with. In our experience they strive to go the extra mile and really try to help out. They are extremely busy as this is a popular development but appreciate what they have done for us. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the "Value for the price paid" is because these homes are more expensive than similar homes in the area, but........ We bought here anyway, as did many other folks.

Overall, our experience with Pulte was very good to excellent. I was impressed at how fast the process went; our actual closing date was 4 weeks earlier than the beginning of the committed closing window. We also have had great response to minor issues which have come up at our 30 day review. We have been very happy with Pulte's commitment to our satisfaction. Our only real issue was that there was poor coordination between Pulte and our pool contractor which resulted in our pool excavation being delayed. ... More

We recently relocated from Connecticut to Nevada and visited many communities for our new home and happily discovered Catalina in North Las Vegas by Pulte. The Catalina community exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and workmanship as well as the correct price-point to meet our new home budget. What a wonderful experience it was during the entire process of us acquiring our new dream home in Nevada. The sales staff was absolutely fantastic as well as the building staff and the Pulte Mortgage representatives. We also don't won't to leave out our exciting experience with Pulte's design process and staff which allowed us to really put that personal touch to our new dream home. I am satisfied with the house.

This being our first home Pulte really made the entire process easy and fun.

We recently moved into a former model. Technically our home is out of warrantee for plumbing though not structural. Upon moving in we had some issues with plumbing but Pulte quickly resolved them. JJ a field supervisor got the house ready for us to move in and went above and beyond for us. Since moving in Matt and Brendan have responded to other issues that have arisen . We love our home and feel very blessed .

Awesome Experience

The building process was on time, the floor plan is beautiful, design center options were affordable. Also Pulte Mortgage was very helpful and professional.

The process with Pulte was the easiest out of the other four houses I have built, no delays on the main house and good communication from the construction team.

We were very happy with the finished product and the responsiveness of Pulte in resolving problems.

Mike the site leader is extremely personable, knowledgeable and committed to do right by the customer. We found a number of issues during the final walkthru that were quickly addressed to our satisfaction. We just recently provided a list of items as part of the 30 day inspection and I am confident they will be as responsive on those as they were on the walkthru list. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Overall very happy with experience at Pulte. The construction manager stayed on top of the whole project, communicated very well and addressed any concerns raised. Although there were some minor issues within the first couple of weeks, they were addressed very quickly. It was a much different and better experience than that of a competitor in the same community of Inspiration.

love the home - very happy with it! Had to reach out to reschedule our initial 1st repair appointment (which took 3 weeks to get an appointment), but the person who came out was absolutely wonderful! - still waiting on sod - hopefully soon..

It’s too early to tell but the quality of materials and workmanship seem to be very good. I was most impressed with the responses with their sales representative, Jolynn and their project manager, Arron, who where very responsive to any issues I had and followed up very quickly to my satisfaction. The people make the difference and that impressed me. I wished there could have been a little more flexibility at the design center. The process of picking options was a half day and once you lock in, you are pretty much set so do your homework there before you choose.

This is my first purchase but I am no stranger to the process since I have been with many family members during there purchases. I have to say that my overall experience was excellent! Nobody is perfect so if your looking for no hiccups along the road your dreaming. My sales lady Carol was absolutely amazing and 100% responsible for me purchasing a Pulte Home. Alex my builder manager on site was responsive and kind even when I was picky about every little thing. The finance department although very frustrating at times did a good job since I have heard horror stories about other finance companies and people’s experience. If you pay close attention and have all your paperwork in order Pulte mortgage is just fine. The overall quality of Pulte’s homes is excellent. They are a typical builder building as many homes as possible which means technique and attention to detail sometimes slip but they are the best I have seen and making sure things are clean and looking perfect for you move in. I will definitely be recommending and purchasing a Pulte home again in my lifetime! ... More
