My experience switch Pulte was great. They kept me informed through the whole process. I’m happy with my house!

Overall average experience. Bad: Felt rushed throughout most of the process even when there was plenty of time to close: namely, the deposit process and the document review/signing process. Salesperson was not good at explaining things clearly/succinctly. Worst part of the buying process: how inflexible the salesperson was from deviating from Pulte docs/procedures, even though they made a mistake. Build quality isn't amazing but it's functional: details like trim, carpet edging, screws for door hardware, and even tiny drips/paint spots on the floor are all things you notice after living in the home for some time. The initial process of building with Pulte was exceptional. We followed their process and things were on track. Once we were about half way through the process things started to fall apart. Lack of communication, delays, missed deadlines, etc. We closed on October 7th 2022, as of today December 7th 2022 we have tape all over the house marking repairs/items to complete the punch list as well as our 30 day warranty issues. Still Waiting!!!!!!!

Home is beautiful but the quality and workmanship is low. If they would take the time to actually take pride in their work and not rush. Warranty issues wouldn't be needed so much. Supervisors should be looking for work errors and actually care.

I have been very impressed with my experience with Pulte. I have been in my home for a month and am thrilled with the quality of the build. Our construction manager Tommy clearly takes pride in his work. He kept us informed throughout the process and was always available for questions. For the little fixes around the house, Gianni was amazing. Super responsive and helpful. I love my new home so far and can't thank Tommy and Gianni enough for their assistance.

Too quick on closing walk through. when items found not responsive and even tried to hide apparent fixing.

Initially I thought it, new build home will be tough one. But Pulte made that process little easy... I'm happy with build material quality and build team support too. The sales team updated the build process on weekly basis and mortgage team helped me to get that home on time...!

I cannot praise Frank and Jason enough. They are responsive and professional!!!

Overall I am happy with the process and house. There were some issues but most of them taken care of by project managers. The quality of materials are good. The cleanliness of house was not perfect.

We like the most about Pulte NorthCove the big lot sizes, building exteriors, structural options, but the quality of the building need to be standardized, base / inbuilt structure for a same option varies across homes, either missed or looks different than standard options, requires lot of follow in the process of building. Sometimes we feel we are getting low quality finishing for amount we have paid.

I have already shared my thoughts but ultimately never buying Pulte again.

Pulte May be the leading builder in the nation but the experience in building the house and the quality they deliver is poor. I felt I paid premium price and got a not impressive product. It took them way longer than they originally committed to complete the build but every time the date was revised that slipped again. Everything was blamed on supply chain delays. I felt they weren’t transparent and honest about the delays to begin getting with. The whole experience was lacking communication and clarity. They may be dealing with such scenarios a lot but it’s my hard earned money and my only home. I literally had to escalate the issue to their GM to get some sanity in the plan. Eventually when the home was delivered there was lack of craftsmanship and quality in the home. In fact I had to do 4 paid inspections to prove out the deficiencies in their work. After all of this and numerous conversations the field manager literally walked out on us during the walk through cause we continued to point issues with the house. We eventually had no option than tk move in since I had sold my home (based on the date they gave me and had to rent ). After moving in we are getting some help to fix some problems but what ever is left is my issue or I should wait for 1 year to report my claim on warranty. It was good but could have done better

My experience with Pulte was one of the best. Chad did a great job explaining everything there is to know about Pulte and the home I was purchasing. I felt confident closing on this home.

PUlte is an amazing builder. Working with Melinda was a pleasure and shes quite knowledgeable. Also, working with Jake was amazing and he really did make the process so easy. Pulte makes amazing homes and being the first one to close in my neighborhood was nothing but a simple pleasure

Unfortunately, I wish I could give 5 star reviews. While the manager was great, all the issues have began after we moved in. The quality of the products isn’t great, some caulk is already falling out, 6 weeks after we moved in and some of the items that were out in the punch list still not finished plus new issues came up. I think the house building process was rushed and the could have been a better quality control.

Great experience any day at Pulte

Pulte helped us create our dream home when we kept looking at houses others had lived in we had given up hope on finding anything that we would even remotely like. Then we had a consultation with Pulte and were amazed at what they offered and what they could do for us to give us our dream home!

I am extremely disappointed with Pulte Homes. I have see a lot of homes they have built in Carmel in the 90’s, and That’s the reason I choose them. My experience was horrible.I had to wait 12 months for my home, and the delay was all their fault, I am not satisfy with the last minute rush , I was doing walk through 3 hours before closing, work men were there trying to patch up things, the only reason I went all the all that crop, because I sold my house and had to seek shelter elsewhere. The sad thing about my experience I tried to reach out to the Pulte so call Team, no one reach out to me, the only person I could talk to is Ann from the Mortgage Team, she would listen and pass my concern to the so call team. I would like this message to be pass on to the CEO. The Pulte home I purchase cause me a lot of stress and anger and loss of trust. I sent a request to the team by Ann from the mortgage Department requesting reimbursement for the cost of having personal belongings in storage, and its 4 weeks now no reply. I am treated less than a Dog, I am retired and I used all my life savings to purchase this house , and this is the way I am treated, I am waiting for the reimbursement of cost for the storage , this is expense that I cannot afford. The Team do not care about Customer Service, I am still waiting to hear if customer service is guarantee . ... More

Make sure everything is done before you close.

My name is Jay. My family and I bought the house on February 1st. On the October 21st we closed the house. This is our first time buying the new house. First time with pulte home. We are honestly to say that we are very disappointed with the buying process, the whole experience and the house build quality. We had just moved in a little over a month, the house paint has already started cracking over the living room and sunroom. It seems like the builder just try to close the house and ignore the quality. The cabinet frame cracks and still waiting on the repairing. Outside vinyl siding has holes they promised to fix which they never did. Shower tub is leaking water they had promised to fix and still waiting to be fixed. All the trim over the house looks awful and paint is not even and smooth. Construction manager Micheal seems like a nice guy but we feel like he only sweet talk to you and never really helping you fix the problems. Customer service takes forever to respond and only tell you that they will address the problem and never did. Overall, we had horrible experience with pulte home. We will never buy or build with pulte again. ... More

Very good house plans, process is well defined, and Pulte met their committments. They did hurry up some of the final finishing details to meet our closing date, but we are working together to take care of any issues.
