My personal experience with Pulte homes have been good. There have been a few challenges midway but it eventually ended well. The house was delivered as committed. The overall quality is good but can definitly improve on some final finishing details. However the response from sales and field team was very prompt.

Pulte gave us good buying experience and the build was completed on time. Richie, our builder, was great to work with.

New Home

This is the first time my wife and I have gone with a big builder for a home and the process couldn't have been more smooth. Despite choosing our lot after the structural choices were made, they let us make a few small adjustments that greatly enhanced our enjoyment of the house. During the build process, the super was in contact with us frequently and made himself available to answer any question we had, even getting back to us in a timely manner if he didn't know the answer off the top of his head. We've also talked with our customer warranty rep a few times since moving in for general questions and minor repairs (due to damage from movers) and he's been responsive and helpful each time. We haven't had to file a claim for anything yet, but we expect that process to be similarly handled if the need arises. ... More

I saw the same house with more upgrades at a better price ..

Could I have saved some money and had better materials if I purchased an older home and remodeled it? Yes. Did I want to live through that year long experience with 2 small kids? Absolutely not. You are overpaying for some of the convenience with any of the large builders and they need to make a profit with the materials - just know that going into the experience. Everyone at Pulte was responsive and great to work with during the entire process.

We appreciate the attention to detail and the overall good quality of the home. From the sales rep Barbara to the Contractor Steve the service provided was excellent! We would recommend Pulte Homes to others in the future. As time goes on we look forward to receiving excellent service throughout our home ownership.

Great Floor Plans with Quality Materials!

We moved into our new home and we absolutely love it.

We live 1,500 miles away from Tampa, so the majority of the building experience was remote/virtual. The Pulte staff were great- we received weekly updates with pictures from Daniel, our site manager, and we completed the closing by mail. Ten few issues we had were addressed in a very timely fashion.

We are very satisfied with out new home! We didn't know what to expect going into the build process, but working with Bobby and Blake was phenomenal. Their level of communication was incredible and they addressed any issue that came up. The housing market is wacko in this area...so it's hard to gauge the "value for the price paid" rating. We are very pleased with the product, though!

Our salesman, mortgage, home insurance agents and final walk-through rep were top notch. Everything was as promised for our new house although stressful. We were not involved in the building process since we purchased after the house was completed. However, after one month of living here, we are very happy with our new house. The yard is small and the houses are close together but we knew what we were buying and very glad that the majority of our new neighbors are very friendly! One disappointment... about a week or so ago, with some issues still up in the air with our original salesman regarding some billing issues, our salesman just stopped returning phone calls. The last house in the subdivision had been sold. The sales office disappeared. I am sure that they were told to move onto their next job However, I thought it very unprofessional to just cut communication even though a call back had been promised. So, overall- excellent but they need to work on their closure.. at least in our case. ... More

The whole experience from the salesperson, to design center consult to the celebration walk-through was a wonderful experience.
