Everyone was responsive to my concerns

Our communication with the building team was quite good, everything was explained fully and completely, questions were answered with clarity and detail. They were also friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with Pulte employees we worked with along the way. Thank you Josh & Ron. Only complaint would be that the home design has a number of wasted spaces that are behind walls that could be utilized much better and more effective for the price.

Pulte Homes has our trust and the quality is the best. We were kept in the know throughput the build process and closing was perfect.

Pulte has a cookie cutter approach to home building and they don't deviate from the pattern. The good news is continuous improvement by doing the same thing better. The bad news is lack of flexible in design by the homeowner. From my viewpoint, I am willing to give up flexibility for tried and true quality. I am very happy with the quality build of the house.

The new home was ready in the timeline that I was promised. The Pulte team was with me every step of the way and identified any issues during my walk through. These issues were fixed in an appropriate time frame. It is nice to be in a brand new home where everything works the way it should.

The basic home is very well contructed. The finish work is not quite as good. Not bad just not up to residential standards.

Overall, I am very happy with the home and the purchasing process. There are some very minor issues with the workmanship such as gaps, wood separating in certain areas, doors not closing easily, etc. Most of this stuff are cosmetic or easily fixable. We'll address these in our first warranty list. I took one star off from Responsiveness to issues is that there was a noticeable cosmetic defect in the outside of the house that we pointed out in the walk through, and that has not been addressed yet. Again, this will be listed in our warranty list.

The overall purchasing/ building of our Pulte Home was very positive. Everyone involved was very helpful. If you do have a larger vehicle, I'd recommend a three car garage so there is additional room in your garage. Everything about our home I absolutely love, except I wish my garage was larger or at least longer. Overall a nice first build experience. This is my third home and it is so nice to have everything NEW,

Sales and construction staff were a pleasure to work with.

This is our second Pulte house and Pulte will continue to be a top option for us if we ever need another house. We lived in our first home for 10 years and were very satisfied with the quality of the house. Our new home is even better! Pulte has been easy to work with and has followed through on everything promised throughout the process. The only issue we had was that our Project Manager was, at times, difficult to get in touch with due to how busy he was. Everything that we wanted corrected was eventually fixed to our satisfaction and we would gladly recommend Pulte as a builder to any of our friends and family. ... More

Nice neighborhood

The layout and execution are smart, efficient and well thought out. The sales staff are well informed, intelligent and responsive. The construction team is professional and inspires confidence.

Detail on workmanship; mainly the painting; was poor

This is the third home that I have had built. I was a little skeptical about building with Pulte, but their customer service was exceptional. they called on a regular bases letting me know where they were in the process. Now that I am in my new home, they have responded to every issue. Everything has been minor. I love my new home. It is everything I expected.

We purchased the Citrus Grove model and the floor plan is one of the best! The finishes are great and the service we received was exceptional. Great job!

very slow in recalling for building repairs after closing.

Overall we love our new house. It is beautiful and we have amazing views. If you are considering building with Pulte, be aware that you are limited on what you can upgrade. As I tell my friends, I could not even pay additional funds to get what I wanted. We did put in a significant amount of upgrades, though. Also, you need to get them to show you the outlet locations so you can choose where to add additional outlets. They are particularly few and far between in the garage. Additionally, some of the materials they use may not hold up, even with light use and being upgraded. The project manager we had was detail oriented and did his best to correct all issues before we moved in. Pulte's warranty service has been fantastic in the first month. They come back in a timely manner and get the issues fixed. They will also come back and fix everything at the end of one year and their warranty guy provides us with confidence that they will follow through. Their landscaping company for our subdivision has also been amazing. They gave us a beautiful plan to finish our landscaping. Overall very happy with our home building experience. I think it depends a lot on who your superintendent is, but we had an awesome experience with Joe Harrigan!
