Overall the buying experience was great. There need to be some things taken into account such as the quality of the flooring, cabinets, sinks etc to match value of home. Also the floor plan needs modification to suit owners preference with regards ti space if bedrooms and closets. Also no storage space and owner has responsibility of creating their own storage which costs extra. Please also consider storage space for cleaning items like mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supply in kitchen area to avoid keeping those items in odd places. Great buying experience!!! Very professional staff!!

We had a realto/ agent assist us in our homebuying process. We were encouraged with the model chosen on their inventory so as we were informed, nothing can be changed as they were all pre-chosen. Initially, we went for a cash purchase thinking the completion of build coincides with the sale of our home. The home buying was great, but some of the materials used and the workmanship is poor, I am still fixing mistakes. Not one thing addressed at the walk-through was fixed before moving in, very poor CS.

Our home has about 6-10 minor issues that we keep getting promises for repair - but it hasn't happened. We've lived her for almost seven weeks. Home is very nice and generally good construction and features, with the notable exception of the interior paint - it's terrible, apparently sprayed on with no primer, and we will be repainting everything as soon as we can.

I am a new homeowner, and I must say moving all the way from New York to Florida Pulte made the process such an easy one. The construction manager Melvin who was in charge of my home went above and beyond in explaining everything about my new home from explaining the sprinkler system to how to change my air conditioner filter. I would 100x recommend my friends and family to buy their home thru this amazing company.

First off, the people that work for this company are great. The responses I get and the customer service have been wonderful. That said, if I could do it all over again, I would purchase from Lennar or DR Horton and save 60 thousand dollars. The home is of the same quality as the other builders in my neighborhood but you pay for the Pulte name. Here are just some of the issues I had upon moving in. The home was built with quality but not 100 percent finished . Trim packages and other qualities that should be standard are extra . House not really finished with unpainted garage , shower tile not sealed and do your own grass . Move in but can’t take a shower and yard mud becomes owner issue . Supervisor Nick was great , and responsive and kept buyer informed . Need follow up now on punch list items that were not finished prior to closing .

The Sales team was/is great to work with. They were patient with answering all my questions and didn't try to sway or influence my purchase decision. Overall it was a great home. We really enjoy living there. Other than one closet in one of the bedrooms where the door is designed wrong and when you put your clothes in the closet you can’t open the door to get into the closet. Everything else has been great.

Overall the home buyers process has been great. Pulte team has been great but the subcontractors have been horrible with responding and fixing issues especially the electrical team. I’ve been experiencing electrical problems since moving into my house and they still haven’t resolved the issues. Closed February 13th and it’s currently April 16th. Two months of not being able to fully enjoy our home.

we have had a few issues with our home in the first month that have cost us out of pocket the slider on our lanai locked when we were outside because the pin in it never came back out so it wouldn’t lock it cost us $300 to have a locksmith come

We’ve had a few issues we had a leak under the sink that was no big deal that was fixed right away. We then had our slider on our lanai when I went out and then shut it. It locked because the pin in the handle did not come back out to stop it from locking, we had to hire a locksmith to come that night because we were locked out of the house at $300 which we were never reimbursed for they came and fixed the door and we were told that that does happen sometimes when it was misaligned so they realigned it we had the patchwork done on the wall and repainted Some of the screws started to fall out ...

I submitted my list of repairs several days ago, but have not received a response. I reported people changing their oil in the mail box parking lot. The sales person at the model said to me “sounds like a management problem.” Management was already gone home and I was disappointed with his lack of care about responding to my complaint. I reminded him the development is under builder control and this is against the community rules. He straight could give a crap. Disappointed on 1/23/24 at 5:30 pm.
