High quality home from a company I trust.

We had a fabulous experience working with Pulte homes as they built our home in Riverhall. From our sales agent Alissa, to our construction manager Ed, everyone was fabulous to work with. We are extremely happy with the end product of the house and look forward to using it in the coming years.

After pointing out a load-bearing beam was left floating it took 3 months of constant asking for the contractor to actually fix the issue and only fixed it the day before they started hanging drywall. Then Pulte painted my house the wrong color and only fixed it after being pressed about it, and in the repainting process they got paint on everything what shouldn’t have paint on it and had to be constantly asked to come fix the parts they missed and they refused to replace/ fix some of the items they got paint on in the process. Then at closing, the construction manager Aaron and I tried to push closing due to the AC not working and hurricane Ian coming in. His management Bill told aaron, I had to go to closing regardless and that the AC would be fixed by the time of closing. I call Bill at closing and he’s tells me the AC will be fixed. Then Bill then calls me 2hr AFTER CLOSING to tell me the AC will not be fixed and that closing should be pushed. Pulte then gave me an list of items they would fix after closing and gave me dates they would have it done by and several of those items were either not fully completed or never done. ... More

Our original contract showed we would be in the house within 6 months and it was just about a year before we finally closed. As for workmanship, we feel there is a lot of improvement needed. Exterior concrete work is poorly done, we had issues with our cabinets, the wrong breaker was put in for our garbage disposal & wires were lose, we had issues getting our internet & cable done correctly, countertop had to be replaced due to staining on it, sheet rock was cut wrong on a corner yet it was left & painted over and grouting around bathtub not done correctly. Hi my name is Mary the home owner it was one of the best experiences in building my first home with pulte I have my nephew building his home with pulte 5 stars goes to Tyler, Shane, Gil & Teresa! I have already referred 4 people to pulte! Let’s not forget Kimberly in design and Michelle Kirby in the loan department for always going the extra mile!

Overall, the experience was below average. Everything felt rushed, a lot of small details werent explained. When doing walk through, there were too many paint jobs not done, material not yet built and after closing found some main house items missed such as drainage systems. Also leaks in basement which had to work through warranty for weeks to get done even though it was mistake from start. There are still bunch of chips and marks on walls after closing but too much to report and not worth the hassle. I wasn’t allowed to make my own selections for floors, tiles, cabinets etc. Kind of took the fun out of buying new. The windows are poor quality and some don’t latch/lock. They did not paint the interior of my garage and it looks really ugly when the garage is open. They need to start installing frameless showers and crown molding for homes over 700k price point.

Bed quality of interior work, nobody cares to fox an issues, many promises to fox them but no one was done

From start to finish, the home buying process with Pulte was smooth, easy and enjoyable. Ramsey in the sales office was kind, personable, helpful and professional. She remembered our family every interaction we had and it made us feel like we mattered to her. Our build team, Josh and Ali, were responsive, patient with questions with had, informative and communicative. The home buying process was smooth and we enjoyed it every step of the way. We are so glad we chose a Pulte home!

Overall a good experience with the actual building and the various Pulte staff including sales, construction manager (excellent!), and the designer. The building structure is solid; however, there were many cosmetic issues mainly due to the drywall and paint finish. Even after 3 reviews, it only marginally improved. Also, I've been waiting over a month on a couple smaller warranty issues.

Built quickly, but suggest more emphasis be placed on built well

House is thin can hear people talking throughout house and everyone and car passing by, If you are outside you can hear them talking inside. Floors creak all over worse than an old house. Trim looks like wood but it’s cardboard inside. Ed was great but other than that it’s a cheap house at expensive price. Cement in basement, driveway and sidewalk already cracked. I will say foundation is awesome,

I had a salesperson who wasn't honest about things like the fact they submitted permits incorrectly to the city and had to RE submit so it took 5 MONTHS to get permit to build! The first construction manager would also lie and say things were done and I would go by and those things were NOT done then he backtracked and denied telling me these things. FINALLY got a construction manager who was awesome (Austin M) and things went pretty smoothly. Still took 18 months to build what should have taken 6-8 months.

The people I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

This is my first townhome and I’m so glad I went with Pulte! All the features I wanted I got and my new home is a dream!

Pulte homes have a robust plan to build the houses. Their sequencing of activities are excellent. They have quality checks in place. The customizations sometimes fall through the planning process. The issues and corrections move slowly, but they track and get it done. Overall a great experience buying a Pulte Holme.

Our experience was great. Once we identified that we wanted to move to this particular community, the process was easy. Everyone that we worked with during the buying process was professional, responsive, and patient. Highly recommend.

Melissa and Javier were great from start to finish and very responsive after we moved in. Had a couple of little things pop up after moving in, which is not unusual at all in the building process and they were on them immediately. Would highly recommenced. Our experience with Pulte has been nothing but positive.

The process was ok. The timeline was moved back at least 3 times. So far I am pleased with my home

Excellent salesman, good follow up and available for all the process including after closing. Regarding the house, the wait time was longer than we expected, but at the end the house is very good and all the little things were fixed.
