Our experience working with the Pulte Homes has overall been a positive one. In particular, Frederick, Loan Consultant was very knowledgable, professional and helpful during our loan process. Chris, High Density Field Manager III/Senior Construction Superintendent and his team have been very extremely helpful, professional, and provided exceptional customer service to us before and after we moved into our home. The quality and style of our home is excellent. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

Frustrating to see contractors destroy areas as they did their installation. Seems like lots of things needed to be redone because the next contractor broke something that was already done.

Gave regular status updates. Addressed any issues we had promptly.

Great build, sometimes slow to respond on inquiries. Craftsmanship pretty good overall.

Quality Home was delivered. Response after home was closed was not great.

Worked with Marilyn and she provided excellent support throughout the whole process. She kept us connected with the building supervisor and provided regular updates. Build time was with in the window of the contract, however took 2 months more than the lower limit due to pandemic labor shortages.

The sales person was friendly and responsive to our questions as we were moving from out of state. Working with the design team was easy and they worked with us on closing virtually and moving in at a later date. Although there are always hiccups with moving into a new residence, we are very happy with our new home!

My experience with Construction Manager, Zach was amazing. He was always professional , returned my calls in a timely manner, took the time to answer all of my questions and always kept me informed of the progress of the building of my new home. Thank you, Zach ! Kudos!!!

Signed a purchase agreement, got a loan from builder’s lender, and closed on promised date. We had some hiccups along the way, but each team member answered our questions in an up-front manner.

The best part of our experience besides closing on our house was Yvo, our sales representative. He was amazing! A pleasure to work with, communicative, knowledgeable, helpful and always had a smile on his face. He was just the best! 5 stars all the way. Would seek him out to by my new home.

The major problem for us was , the. House was 6 months behind the agreement . It financially affect on us a lot. We are happy with the result now.

Overall, we are pretty happy with our home purchase with Pulte. I think this builder overall had a lot of great floor plan options, the design center experience was super thorough and the designer was very helpful, the home was done within the estimated window, and after closing they have been super responsive to any repairs/fixes thoroughly honoring the warranty. We also had some challenges though such as a lack of communication throughout the build; we had to initiate a lot to find out the status or what to expect next in the process. On closing day there was no communication between Pulte mortgage and Pulte builder, which almost pushed back our ability to get our keys and was extremely stressful. The biggest pain point since closing has been the clear lack of detail to a lot of the aesthetic stuff such as paint/texture mishaps, poor cabinet install resulting in replacements needed, poor backsplash install, etc.; all of these requiring several follow up appointments for repairs. The team managing these is very responsive and doing a great job, but it's annoying to move into our brand new home and have so much detail to fix. For the money we spent, especially on upgrades, we expected a higher quality of workmanship. ... More

My husband & I wanted to be closer to granddaughter & family and to downsize. So far like the location and the Oak Forest Manor community. I think we will be happy here.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? The initial purchase was a great experience and we are very excited about the ground-up home. We have been given the option to go to the Pulte studio, where we have very less time to make up our mind, within 4 hours we have to decide what we needed as an upgrade to the house. However we were prepared for this activity and explored it by going to the Pulte online options, and we could complete the selection. But this activity is hectic and hard to decide on combinations of options in a 4-hour window. In my opinion, this activity should be a full day or spread across multiple days. We have monitored the progress of the house construction, and everything was good. The final review was completed and we have moved to home with few minor repairs. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? The build quality was good, however, Pulte used contractors to install the furnace and A/C. They did not verify the heat balance and A/C, we had a struggle for the first month to balance the heat inside the home. The kitchen door handles were missed before closing, however, the team responded in time to fix them after the move. We have sprinklers installed at our home some of them are not working, and we have created a service request to make it fixed. The master bath shower head is very basic, we would expect a good one when we are buying the home at a higher price. What to improve: - Please verify the quality when you are working with contractors. - Please focus on things like shower heads, and grout sealing for a better experience. - Please check all of the upgrades are installed before the closing. Overall we were very satisfied with the Pulte experience. I appreciate how the Pulte realtor and GC stayed in touch with us every week to share progress, and allow us to provide feedback. Any feedback would be addressed, discussed and corrected. Although the plans are designed by Pulte, they allow so much customization on additions, decks, in-law suites, basements , materials - my home feels more than semi-custom made! After closing we had some issues that popped up and the Pulte warrantee team went into action immediately with their vendors to get everything corrected - and they followed up to make sure we were happy. Building a house amidst a pandemic was challenging but the house I just moved into is lovely and my construction manager and sales person were wonderful.

During my quality walk through, I thought there were way too many issues that still needed to be fixed that had they been fixed previously I would have had a much easier walk through and less stressful final week before closing. After closing water lines were clogged with sand that I needed to wait on a plumber to fix, closet doors had not been painted, and the range vent hood had not been installed.

Overall the experience was good but it felt like the last few weeks before closing was rushed and requesting services has been difficult.

Overall we had a good experience. We enjoyed the entire process of planning building our new home. The pulte consultation at the design center was a pleasant experience. The only thing I would like to have known was all the additional add on we could have received. Example gas line outside for a grille, additional outlets in the garage and outside. Being first time home buyers we did not have any experience in building a house.
