Nice homes and great location. A bit expensive if compared to a similar home at a different area in MD like Glenburnie. But you are actually paying for the location.

Our initial contact with Kelly in sales as well as Dayna with the design center was great. Kelly and Blake kept us apprised of stays and Blake and Bjorn have both been very responsive to the punch list. We moved in just less than a month ago and continue to work on that punch list. Unfortunately it seems finding quality labor in specific areas has been a challenge for Pulte along with the rest of our great United States since the pandemic struck.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! My AC unit wasn't working the first day I tried to use it. Of course it was 86 and humid. I emailed Ryan and he showed up at my door within the hour. He had an electrician on site so he sent him over to my house. I was worried I had a bad outside AC unit, but there was just something loose in the wiring . Ryan had my AC up in running within a couple of hours!

Overall our experience was good. We experienced delays but we eventually got to setup our beautiful home. The quality of materials and overall workmanship was good. Special thanks to Shannon from the Sales office for helping throughout the process. Responsiveness to issues could definitely improve. We have raised requests for issues and it has been over a month and it hasn’t been resolved yet.

Overall, a pleasant buying experience.

Ever since we came to see the house we liked the experience and attention we were given. Everyone has stayed pretty responsive even after closing on our home and moving into it. Closing day had a little hiccups but not a big deal. Since this is a new built it comes with warranty, which has come pretty handy and everyone working on that side of things are very professional. Would definitely buy again from Pulte.

Overall experience is good, but could have been better if they would have fixed few things they marked during pre-walking and promised to fix them before closing..

We absolutely love our new home. The settlement date was unfortunately pushed out several months past the initial expectation which resulted in a higher mortgage rate sadly. We have run into some electrical issues such as a recess light being covered over by drywall, electrical switch issue in the hvac closet which the builder was aware of prior to settlement but did not fix until after move in. We also could not hard wire our security cameras as there was a wire that was stalled into in the attic. We understand these things happen and Pulte has been quick to respond to maintenance issues and helped to get them resolved quickly. Communication during the building process was very sparse. We were told we could expect to receive weekly updates every Friday which turned into 3 over the course of 4-5 months with many of our outgoing emails ignored. Pulte townhomes are beautiful and practical. Buying experience was good but could have been better if sales representative provided more details about the options along with their benefits during selection. Some slight modifications in design (eg. doorbell on garage door) can make the home experience even better. Overall great homes and will recommend to everyone.

Our home was finished on time. Pulte does some things that are on the cheap side... ie - paint is poor quality. Closet shelves could be better. Some ideas are not the best in actual conception. The home is beautiful though.

Overall the Pulte house is a good house. The timelines provided at purchase were not realistic at all. Four - five months indicated, Ten months actual total. Sometimes multiple weeks went by with no progress. That is frustrating. Subs rushing to complete work often caused damage that the next group needed to correct.

The support of everyone to make the experience of buying a Pulte home the best ever. Adrian, Cody, are excellent employees for taking care of the items to make things right.

Research and understand the limitations of buying a mass built house and the experience should be good.

Site manager, Ed, responsive to needs. Always was prompt returning calls and treated us with respect. He did his best to adjust to circumstances out of our control and was always professional. He is a true asset to Pulte.
