There were some issues that are still unresolved that needed repairs

I wouldn't hesitate to buy a home with Pulte again. The experience has been very good. They build nice looking, high quality homes. We are in the process of finalizing remaining punch list items, but we have found the home to be very livable from closing.

Your move in will be easy and relaxing

The property has cheap quality, the ac is bad when I move in, the window is broken easily and repair speed is slow also a lot of other small issues.

I love my new home very much. There are somethings such as walls are crooked in some areas wish it was better quality workmanship done for the price.

Overall the buying experience was great and the builder reps were very quick to get us in under our time restraint. In time I will be able to speak more on build quality and responsiveness to issues.

Overall Experience: The journey from initial purchase to move-in was lengthy but mostly transparent. We stayed on top of every requirement and did our part, which helped keep things moving. Toward the end, however, the process became more difficult and less coordinated, which added stress during a time that should have felt exciting. Quality & Value: The Lexington model offers competitive quality compared to other builders in Davis Ranch. The layout and design are strong, but there were several items left unfinished that should have been addressed before closing. For the price we paid, we expected a more polished final product. Builder Team Experience: Our experience started on a high note with the sales consultant—an exceptional young lady who guided us with transparency and care. She consistently checked in and made us feel supported. Once construction began, our manager was upfront and communicative during the three major checkpoints. However, after the final walkthrough, we were disappointed to find the home had not received its final cleaning. It was handed over in a condition far below the standard we saw in Pulte’s model homes, which was a major letdown. That level of presentation is what convinced us to buy, and we expected the same care in our own home. Advice to Future Buyers: Stay engaged throughout the entire process and hold the builder accountable—just as they hold buyers to every requirement. Builder cheaps out on so many things that could make house much better for very little extra cost.

Customer service very poor after settlement

Andrew,Tim,Gretchen,Mike and Ally have been great. The craftsman ship of the home is very poor. Lots of issues and many repairs needed. I would not recommend a Pulte home to anyone.

Something’s went well while others could have been seamless !

The sales team and project managers are great, but things went downhill after closing. The quality of vendors/trades used to work on this home were of a low quality. The drywall is sloppy, my slider leaks/is missing panels to keep insects out and there is debris on top of all of my cabinets. There is paint all over my carpet and upstairs window exteriors. The warranty representatives are not helpful. I work in the home building industry and truly disappointed in my experience.

Fit and finish poor would be a dream house if fit and finish had of been half decent

While the home by experience was great. Once I moved in, I figured a majority of the items that need to be corrected on our walk-through would have been done. During the construction process, I was visiting the house probably every other day if not every day. After the walk-through, they only fixed or corrected one item off the list for an entire week. Since then I still have 99% of everything on my list not complete completed nor scheduled to be completed and it’s very frustrating. I even have ceiling lights that there is no light switch for so that can’t be used. Very disappointed.

Not responding to the issues after closing.

This is my first time owning a home. The house is big but it’s made as cheaply as possible, super sloppy work. The floor is what’s called a floating floor, so you have your little kids running around or you walk around, the entire floor shakes, kitchen silverware rattles. No attention to details, you will have crooked walls, some spaced are bigger than others and not symmetrical.

I have had multiple issues since moving in that should have been prevented. The internet company had to pull all new wire throughout the house because the cabling built into the house did not work. I’ve had an appliance guy come out became the dishwasher water supply was not working and once that worked the dishwasher did not drain. Most recently there is no cold water in the guest shower because the pipe is allegedly filled with glue and blocking the cold water supply. These issues require me to take additional time off of work and should have been tested and discovered at the time of install. Service requests after closing has been terrible. Lack of communication. Don't come on time or answer me. Warranty manager is great at Woodland Hill. Service manager ignores everything and does not show up.

My grass was not level from front to the back on my house. Looks so ugly like that please I need all my glass to be one level thank you.

There are many cosmetic details that can look worse over time, the finishes on the doors and other details did not leave me satisfied.

Don’t trust quality of workmanship get it inspected don’t close until everything is fixed and they will make excuses for most problems in the house walls they will look at from 6 feet away to see if they’re straight sliding door glasses. They will look at 9 feet away for scratches and many other problems that may not be resolved.

Love my house, but I noticed that some work could have been better. I feel like the workmanship was rushed, mistakes were made when they could have been avoided.

Overall quality of build doesn't seems to be great. Wish I had a better construction manager ( My construction manager: Colin).

We loved our sales person and our contractor before we bought was awesome. After we bought, it has been so hard to get anyone to respond: we had issues with broken glass doors, cabinets not installed well. Two months in no one has showed up to fix them. Multiple shelves with damage in the kitchen (the guy who installed them should be fired). Now we have backup of sewage and after frantically calling, very rude plumbing contractor (pulte’s) came. We can’t use our toilets or take showers much less wash clothes or dishes. We spent a fortune for this house and I can tell you builders with half this price have way better quality, workmanship and follow up. ... More
