Overall a very average experience especially after the contract was signed.

Ali was the best communicator and always know the answer or helps you find the answer. She truly is amazing to work with. She loves what she does and it shows tremendously. She is such a kind soul and she holds such high standards.

Price and quality of the house is great. Supervisor Gavin was so helpful to fix the issues which left unfinished by sub contractor. I am so happy that I Choose this Pulte home builder and the Windsor Community.

We enjoyed every process of our house building. The quality of the house and overall experience has been marvelous for us. Molly is excellent, polite, and cooperative. She is responsive with quick replies and also helped us understand every step since we were first buyers, especially since we are from an international country. Nathan- Our experience with Nathan as a construction manager is very impressive. He helped us to explain every detail of the house and all the other tiny details were taken care of before we moved. We like Nathan more than the previous manager and are happy that the process was taken care of by Nathan while we walked our house. All Pulte folks we worked with from Sam in the sales office to Alex prior to and after closing were competent, knowledgeable and professional.

Tyler was great to work with. Great communication and even after closing he was willing to help with any some issue to arise.

The quality of the home was very bad with lot of issues like cracked granites, bad quality items even after availing Smart Hone package. Unresponsive construction manager with very bad workmanship.

The build process was a joke with a delay at every turn and everything blamed on COVID, but the same model house in the same neighborhood moving faster than others and then you're told "well that's a different elevation". If you complain about the delays your construction super would say "well you could be like this house who's been delayed for # months." No matter what level "manager" you talk to you get the same script and nothing gets done. We had a joke of a super and then he quit in the middle of the house being built. Even with that Pulte never owned up the awful process thus far and put all that stress on the next person to pick up the slack. We've been in house for 2 months now and there are still issues that are not finished that were on the list we made at the final walk through. Our video doorbell isn't installed and the temp doorbell is still just hanging off the wall. We messaged Pulte about electrical outlets that do not work and weeks later no one has come to fix it and now follow up. We've messaged our superintendent about outside lights not installed, video doorbell, window screens and still nothing done. Make sure when designing your home everything they tell you is in writing. We were told a lot of things and then as the house was being built we would about those things and we would get looked at like we were crazy. We would then try to contact the person that sold the house to us and we couldn't never get a response back. In all I would stay far from this builder. They make the home buying process even more stressful than what it already is, and do not go with their joke of financing option. Find your own lender and don't give them your money. They builder has insane delays and then their mortgage company tries to get you to pay thousands to lock in your rate knowing that they building will hit even more delays and your money is lost. ... I am happy with my home as is but unfortunately they still haven’t come back to make repairs after 3 months. Overall, they seem to be a little bit careless when it comes to your carpet — found splotches of paint here and there. You can also feel that they put carpet down without ensuring there was nothing underneath it — i feel small bumps here and there. Also the wood/laminate flooring when I did my first walk-through was perfect week before closing. After closing I come back to find it was damaged and something they had to order and replace. After 3 mos. They still haven’t replaced it. Another note: I marked up what needed to be fixed and came back to see that 70% of what I needed fixed was resolved. The other 30% are lingering on. The doors were rough and not sanded properly along the edges which is a hazard to young children. New builds what have you but they could be a bit more intentional and careful. My shelves have a layer of paint on them as it seems they put them in and then proceeded to paint the walls after. Leaves white marks on my clothes is how I discovered. Wasn’t able to remove it to a satisfactory degree. Still rough to touch. Overall, I believe it’s a case of overpromise, and under deliver. Great people on the ground and I believe they have good intentions but I just need them to deliver as promised. Pulte homes are trustworthy. Choose your plan and leave everything to them, youwill have your dream home constructed with good quality.

We purchased our first Pulte home in 2018. We like the quality of the home so much we decided to purchase a second home in another Pulte community. We recently went through hurricane Ian and neither home even had a roof tile out of place!

With pulte buying experience is very bad. If you trust sales agents you will loss lot. We need to fight , argue with them to get best. We sign a contract with other party on same day, same time and same model. Other party lot have more land nearly double and also cul-de-sec but finally there paid 12500$ less than us. Pulte decrease there price because there fight well and not trusted pulte mortgage. We didn't get any advantage by trusting pulte. We regret our decision. I want to know new buyers don't trust and they don’t follow equality. Never go for pulte mortgage if you choose pulte mortgage you need to pay more. Having a house built in Florida while living in New York isn’t an ideal situation but Pulte homes made it work without any issues. I came to Florida a few times while it was being built and it was never a problem for me to walk through and check the progress. I used Pulte for my mortgage and homeowners insurance and that was the best way to do it so I didn’t have to coordinate anything because they would communicate with each other without me being the middle man. The closing went smoothly for the most part except for 1 or 2 hiccups which weren’t caused by Pulte. Pulte did a great job, with the home buying process. I love my new home.

Pulte builds cheap quality homes. After moving in I definitely felt that in terms of value proposition, it is not worth it. The homes are built with cheap quality materials and finishes.

Communication is not their strength!

We love our new home! It’s beautiful and everything has been wonderful. Any post closing have been addressed and are already fixed or in process.

Overall a good experience, a lot of little details we over looked that I wish we paid more attention to. Everything we asked for they did. If I could do it again I would but I would be more involved and went and inspected the house more through out the building process.

The warranty team responded quickly for urgent issues regarding pests and fallen trees.

We finalized our home 5 Aug and couldn’t be happier with our new home.

Scott was very responsive and went out of his way to answer our questions. Other than supply chain issues significantly slowing the process down, the overall build experience was excellent and we are very satisfied with our Pulty home.

We have had so many issues that would require us reaching out to service department for requests. Each issue is addressed by different person and it takes forever to come out to work on it might even take multiple visits. We paid for the upgraded padding for the carpet but they didn’t install it in the house. Overall I would say I expected better quality, planning, and service.
