I wouldn't hesitate to buy a home with Pulte again. The experience has been very good. They build nice looking, high quality homes. We are in the process of finalizing remaining punch list items, but we have found the home to be very livable from closing.

Overall Experience: The journey from initial purchase to move-in was lengthy but mostly transparent. We stayed on top of every requirement and did our part, which helped keep things moving. Andrew,Tim,Gretchen,Mike and Ally have been great. The craftsman ship of the home is very poor. Lots of issues and many repairs needed. I would not recommend a Pulte home to anyone.

The sales team and project managers are great, but things went downhill after closing. The quality of vendors/trades used to work on this home were of a low quality. The drywall is sloppy, my slider leaks/is missing panels to keep insects out and there is debris on top of all of my cabinets. There is paint all over my carpet and upstairs window exteriors. The warranty representatives are not helpful. I work in the home building industry and truly disappointed in my experience.

While the home by experience was great. Once I moved in, I figured a majority of the items that need to be corrected on our walk-through would have been done. During the construction process, I was visiting the house probably every other day if not every day. After the walk-through, they only fixed or corrected one item off the list for an entire week. Since then I still have 99% of everything on my list not complete completed nor scheduled to be completed and it’s very frustrating. I even have ceiling lights that there is no light switch for so that can’t be used. Very disappointed.

This is my first time owning a home. The house is big but it’s made as cheaply as possible, super sloppy work. The floor is what’s called a floating floor, so you have your little kids running around or you walk around, the entire floor shakes, kitchen silverware rattles. No attention to details, you will have crooked walls, some spaced are bigger than others and not symmetrical.

I have had multiple issues since moving in that should have been prevented. The internet company had to pull all new wire throughout the house because the cabling built into the house did not work. I’ve had an appliance guy come out became the dishwasher water supply was not working and once that worked the dishwasher did not drain. Most recently there is no cold water in the guest shower because the pipe is allegedly filled with glue and blocking the cold water supply. Don’t trust quality of workmanship get it inspected don’t close until everything is fixed and they will make excuses for most problems in the house walls they will look at from 6 feet away to see if they’re straight sliding door glasses. They will look at 9 feet away for scratches and many other problems that may not be resolved.

We loved our sales person and our contractor before we bought was awesome. After we bought, it has been so hard to get anyone to respond: we had issues with broken glass doors, cabinets not installed well. Two months in no one has showed up to fix them. Multiple shelves with damage in the kitchen (the guy who installed them should be fired). Now we have backup of sewage and after frantically calling, very rude plumbing contractor (pulte’s) came.
