Good builder with good reputation, they keep that standard. As with all homes there can be issues but as homeowners we have keep noticing those and bring those to their attention.

Well built house and great area but I’m still waiting on my roof to be looked at!

There were several small items that needed to be fixed and it took over 1 month of being in my new home before these issues were addressed. They need more than one Customer service manager for a location as large as Potomac Shores.

Rusted kitchen countertop. The spots are spreading everyday. None of the people from Pulte are responding. They are claiming it to be natural stone mineral deposits. This is not true at all.

Poor quality construction . Not worth for money . Materials used are very bad . Design and architecture issues .

We have a great experience with. Very professional group of people. We have not moved at the house yet so we can not really judge the workmanship and quality. We like what we see so far

We have had several issues with our home and Shane has been extremely responsive and willing to try to make it right. Unfortunately, our microwave has never worked, and it has been 60 days and Kitchen Aide has still not resolved the issue, despite two trips to repair. We expect a new home wo have everything work and that it should be replaced and not fixed. We have also had several issues with attic doors that needed replacement. Despite two repair visits they are still not completed. The quality of workmanship seems to lack the attention to detail and some of the workers just want to get it done versus doing it correctly. There are so many issues with the home. Finishing is bad. Paint issue in so many places. Field manager rushed us to give him good rating at first but now we regret it. Cracked walls, cracks and damages in the floor and in so many places. It feels like Pulte just want to sell their home and don't care about the home quality. We are having very bad experience. We should have gone with lennar or taylor Morrison. Would not recommend pulty to anyone.

We love our new home and most of the process was very smooth. The sales rep and design center were wonderful. However, our construction manager was unresponsive at times and is yet to fix any of our post-move-in punch items. We would buy again with Pulte but would voice our concerns louder and earlier if we ended up with a poor construction manager again.

Brandon provided excellent service for us. He responded to our inquiries in a very timely manner, always had satisfactory answers to our questions and helped us immensely throughout our inspection and closing process.

Was not able to select finishes or upgrade cabinets, bathtub, flooring, paint colors etc. would have liked to upgrade from contractor grade. Design issue with downspout draining water by front door and driveway making it impossible to enter unit with walking thru river, design of walk in shower leaking water onto bathroom floor.

My first home in 2006 was with Pulte and I can tell you my experience with Pulte from 2006 and in 2022 are quite in stark difference. Pulte Mortgage itself is very horrible to deal with. I never had such a bad experience getting mortgage with Pulte. Even the manager had to set me up with an outside banker as he understood how bad Pulte Mortgage is. I also don't appreciate new vent system with Pulte. They are made of cheap plastic pipes which in turn will get worst eventually. This will be my last purchase with Pulte. No more and never again.

My sales people & my GC were amazing to work alongside; however, the sub contractors that have done and continue to fix mistakes at my home hired by PULTE are completely unreliable and have added a tremendous amount of stress to this process. There is a lack of accountability across all sub contractors and I am spending tremendous amounts of time & energy coordinating people to fix the mistakes at my home. I bought a new home to avoid these issues and I am frustrated with the whole process since I still have cabinets unfinished, non-functioning appliances, missing crawl space stairs, etc etc.

I enjoyed my experience with Pulte as a first-time homebuyer. My sales rep was great to work with as was the construction manager. My house was delivered within a month of their original estimate from the day I signed on which was pretty miraculous considering the state of the supply chain during my build. Pleased with the final product. My one complaint after move-in has been dealing with the customer care team on the minor follow-up fixes. Lots of time on the phone on hold, slow turnaround times and have had some misses on scheduled service dates.

It is my third and most expensive home with Pulte in an exclusive neighborhood, yet the quality of the workmanship has been the poorest. I am very disappointed. The salespeople, staff, and field manager were all great as always from my previous Pulte experience, however, the quality of work was very poor. It seems we closed on the house, and it needed at least another month before closing. Every day/week I find new issues. I have spent the last 2 months addressing issues. Pulte has been very responsive and have begun to take care of some, but it seems it will be 6 months before they take care of all of them. These are not nick pick issues BTW but real issues that were not completed and some of them big cosmetic items they seem to have forgotten. The mortgage process was another disappointment. The home took over a year to build and during that year they have to pre-qualify me every quarter (at least 4 times) of which they kept running my credit and affecting my credit score. Every time they will ask for the same updated bank statements, wages, etc. Sometimes ridiculous requests such as asking for a letter from my work that I could live 1 hour from work. At the final month they asked me for more money and an effective rental agreement from my previous home when that was not included in any of the four credit reports they asked during the 16 months they took building the home and approving the mortgage. BTW, I have a consistent 800+ credit score in the last few years and this is the third time I use Pulte mortgage, and it has also been the worst. ... More

The home manager for Pulte who was overseeing the build of the house was very responsive, and easy to speak with.

We waited for 3 months at the beginning of the year and walked away disappointed with the development sales management. Connected by recommendation from our realtor to work with Christine and had an A+ experience. The construction manager Scott was outstanding.

The buying experience was good, but there wasn't any introduction to my home

As a first time home buyer with Pulte I wish I never did make the purchase. Too many issues and still going occurring.

Long list of not completed issues, commitments made to deliver resolutions, no follow up to make progress in resolving issues.

Our home building process with Pulte @ Hunters Run Fishers IN, which was supposed to be exciting and joyful turned into worst nightmare of our life as soon as we signed the contract. The new home build process was financially and mentally detrimental to our entire family. Pulte has very poorly managed build process without any oversight on quality, communication, and accountability. We had 5 construction managers changed over 15 month period with no one taking responsibility. As per our initial schedule provided the house was supposed to be in 6-8 months build timeframe . After 15 months with many escalations a closing date was given and yet changed the final closing 3 times at last minute. The delay has caused us thousands of dollars as we miss the low interest time window and also have to sell our existing house for below market price as the housing market went down due to delay by Pulte, Pulte will not take any responsibility or care about our loss. Pulte’s quality of the build is below par for the price they charge on these houses. Don’t get fooled with the quality promises in the marketing material and brochures they handout its next to none. We are still dealing with multiple items to be fixed post closing. I was shocked to learn that every buyer in our subdivision went through same experience and considering group lawsuit. I will not recommend anyone to buy or consider Pulte for their new home build process. Also, they will bully you to give them good rating or you will be held hostage and intimidated to have more delays. ... More

Our construction manager, Jim, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to respond to us at all times of the build. He was thorough with our walk through and made sure we were satisfied. His knowledge of the house and pulte put us at ease. He even provided us with a packet of his most recommended cleaning and basic handyman suggestions for our house as we told him we had some fun projects we wanted to do after move in. Our interactions with him were the highlight of our process and he made it so much better. Thank you, Jim!

I love my new house. Everything is the way I expected. Thank you so much to build my home. I can trust pulte homes.

We had a great experience. The only issues is that our construction was delayed. But this was a supply issue that Pulte told us about ahead of time.

Great process. Got timely updates and times with the home. They did a fantastic job on it too!
