Overall I am very satisfied with our purchase. I would say the disappointment comes in the details. I wouldn't close on your home until every defect is corrected. It's been 3 months since I closed on my house and I still haven't gotten corrected several things that should only take someone a few hours to come and fix.

Pulte is a great company, but the home buying experience will depend on the community and the actual builder and contractors working on the home.

Overall, the building process was good. My building manager was easy to work with. A lot of options but still getting a cookie cutter home that I believe was overpriced.

Took much longer than promised but the home, neighborhood, and plan is great.

Build was quick and accurate. Minor cosmetic issues, a few mechanical, all addressed in a timely manor.

Generally speaking our experience has been good. Supply delays made things tricky. Going to the property regularly helped.

I had a good experience during the entire experience. The building process took longer than normal because of Covid but I always got my questions answered in a timely manner. I'd tell anybody to also get their mortgage through Pulte because that was a smooth process. I heard horror stories of people having trouble at closing but no issues at all. I'd recommend Pulte to anybody looking for a nice home with people who are considered with your happiness.

Overall smooth process from initial contact through closing. I would recommend Pulte Homes . Only concern is with some of the sub contractors paying a little more attention to the detail in each portion of the building process.

Ed was an awesome guy to work with! Very attentive to detail and responsive to any issues/phone calls. Overall a great experience with Ed.

He was super communitive and informed us without fault

Our field manager “Ed” was the best!! Always kept us up to date on the process of our build!

Overall very pleased with our house. Project manager was very helpful with correcting any problems that we discussed with him.

Pulte has two great responsive Field Managers, Brandon & Alex, they were there to correct and still correct issues. Know exactly what you want and get want you want so when your home when it is completed, you'll enjoy. If Pulte doesn't have something you really want, don't settle, get it elsewhere so you can enjoy your home when you move in.

Love design and features. A bit frustrating that paint is all over the light fixtures etc.

If I were to build another home, I would certainly consider having Pulte build it for me again.

Our overall purchase experience was quite positive. The home is beautiful and the community is nice. The sales team was great in helping us through the process. The craftsmanship so far seems at the level I would expect or better. The materials are quite good. The post sale follow up items have been very slow to complete (2 months so far), so that is an area to improve. I would recommend a friend or family member to purchase a property from Pulte.

Fast response in the quality issue report

Be prepared not to request building changes to the contract once the building agreement is signed. Get it done upfront to the best of your ability.

We have had a couple of minor issues since we moved in. Pulte rep responded and corrected those issues without undo delay

We have a beautiful home built in a well designed neighborhood. Pulte’s experience designing and building beautiful neighborhoods and houses shows in this project. Pulte did a good job overcoming supply chain issues throughout the project. The house design is spectacular, the construction appears to be solid. One disappointment is the interior paint finish. This is a luxury level home and nearly every room has poorly done paint. Runs, drips, and void areas. All of these spots were even ‘blue taped’ but somehow were not corrected prior to the closing. In the scheme of things interior paint is fairly minor and can be fixed later. Pulte created a beautifully designed forever home. It is well insulated, graded well to prevent water issues, and all of the plumbing and HVAC is working well. The overall Pulte experience was good.
