The concrete (entry way, driveway and sidewalk) look like poor workmanship. Our entry gate was done twice and installed the wrong way….was told all would be taken care of…still waiting for all to be fixed As well as some smaller detail in the home

Please note I had not Responded to any of the reviews you asked for the review for the completion of the home. Because I'm still waiting for the list of items I still need corrected! or adjusted it's been 3 weeks we provide a list of 5 item's. Since then I have 2 additional item's need fixing. I realize Pulte is working on completely all these new home on my track and the field manager's have dead lines. These might be small matters to Pulte but to a new home owner it matters. Few things need to be addressed but haven’t had a cycle after two months to provide feedback. Cabinets bag walls and certain finishing points needs addressed.

The people are great to work with the workmanship workers need to pay more attention to detail

Overall it is OK. It would be nice to have options for the choice of colors and option to choose the finish like Eggshell, Semi Gloss etc. instead of just one color for walls and ceiling with FLAT finish.

Okay problems not fixed

Our project manager was great. He kept us updated weekly with updates to our home through the construction process. The sales agent we first initially dealt with was very friendly and professional. Everyone worked really hard to make sure we were happy at closing. A little sloppy with the paint as overspray on window sill areas and floor. Mismatched door going to our garage compared to the rest of the house. AC not cooling a room and took 1 week to get response from someone after submitting a ticket (still pending resolution). Landscapers ran out of grass and can tell where they laid the 2nd portion as much fuller. I wish they would pretreat the soil as I have been picking weeds daily ... More

When in initial order phase, there are more options and add ones which needed to be discussed . Additional lighting, recepticals, faucets, utility room finish, garage finish.

it's ok, some things could be much better

It was an okay experience

Our family loves our new home and am so happy that we are living in such a great home and community. The overall experience was great. If anything Pulte was very patient with us as we were having some delays with our lender and closing in time. The home is such a modern and amazing home with a great layout. Everything about our home is perfect with the exception of a few minor details. Seems like the floor boards are bit loose when you walk on them because it doesn't feel completely solid while walking on the wood floors. The stairs have nails coming out upwards and at times you will step on them and get poked by them. I wish there were a remedy for it but i was told that it was to keep the carpet on the actual steps. Lastly the sliding doors don't seem to lock smoothly. You sometimes have to shut them a certain way in order to have the door actually lock. Overall still a great home. ... More

I really enjoy the house and so does my 92 year old mother. The floor plan is such that it is easy for her to get around with her walker. The construction is very sound and good. Still waiting for the completion of the back splash. We had a little mishap with back splash, but it should be settled soon.

Nice home and nice location.

The home building process was a great experience. We are having more of an issue with communication with our warranty specialist. I know there are a lot of Pulte homes in the area and she is spread thin but when I ask a question or have a problem I shouldn’t have to keep following up to get an answer or resolution. The expectation is within 24 hours and that really hasn’t been happening.

The follow up from the customer care team post build needs work. Parts of the preclose inspection were rushed and not completed by Pulte. Still dealing with some impactful issues and contractors who randomly show up to fix things. The idea of an appt seams unknown to them, (Pulte) Give us a date and time. Then do you job. They have much to learn in that workflow

Working with the field manager James made this process so easy. Weekly updates and regular communication always kept me in the know.

The craftsmanship needs better overview.

Great salesman and sales experience. Not so great response on issues.

We absolutely love our construction supervisor, Carlos. He was so personable and always very understanding. Although, the crews that Pulte decides to hire for drywall, texture, painting and especially Landscaping are crap! Having no construction experience, I feel like I could’ve done a better job! The landscape company that was hired for our neighborhood does the BARE MINIMUM!! They DO NOT roll out the ground before lying down the sod. We did not have any dirt in some areas and even had areas full of mulch under patches of sod. Since the ground wasn’t rolled out, we’re having drainage issues that higher ups and grading companies don’t think are bad enough to do anything about. These areas will cause foundation issues eventually and I refuse to settle for mediocre work and excuses. As far as the drywall and texturing, there are numerous VISIBLE nail holes from securing the dry wall. Instead of fixing it, they just textured and painted it. I will be having these areas fixed before my 1 year mark. There are numerous areas that the painters missed; not just barely missed but huge areas! ... More

It seems Pulte has refined a success formula by building a quality home with the best of systems and appliances and finish work. Always a good investment.

I love my home but there have been so many issues come up that have been unaddressed which is frustrating. Dents in a door, scuffs on my cabinets (pointed out a month prior to closing), gouges in my bathtub, horrible looking thresholds, the list goes on and on. By in large it has been crickets! I am so frustrated!

I would say the price is too high for the quality of the materials. Given that is mass production, attention to detail is lost, but other than that people are attentive and fast to answer questions and solve any issues.

Great home builders and generally quick to respond to issues.

Resolving issues is very slow.

The home buying process was painless, from the design to signing the mortgage. Pulte offers lot of designs to fit your needs and are really responsive to your needs. Unfortunately, there were some things that were not done before closing, and now now it seems I cannot get a hold of anyone. Maintenance workers miss scheduled appointment and there was no followup. I am disappointed that these fixes fell through especially because I was reassured things would be taken care of quickly.
