Best builder in the area over the other 2 we’ve had in the past with homes built here. Just had issues with 3 of their vendors - in terms of quality of materials used in one instance and our experiencing equipment failures in the other two occurrences we had. However these all were readily rectified by Pulte when service was requested each time so Pulte was very responsive!

The Sales Rep and Builder were great. Professional and knowledgeable about the house and the community. Notified us throughout the entire building process. Took care of things if they didn’t like what they saw on behalf of us. Generally really nice people.

The design of the Gateway I with the option upgrade 4th bedroom is very good and practical. The overall craftsmanship is satisfactory BUT the concerns are relating to quality control. If one had carefully & thoroughly seen the finish in the areas we picked up, they would have been dealt with prior to taking delivery and closing. The Major and Moderate defects have been attended to and well-coordinated by the care manager. Some of these could have been picked up and attended by a closer inspection for quality control. The overall process was great with the rep that showeed me the home (he was with me through the entire process. His name is Brandon), the building manager was amazing, the closing lasy was an absolute gem, the inspector was thorough, straightforward, and honest, and the property itself is very nice. My biggest issue and the main thing that was the closing rep. She was a nightmare!!! I overall recommended Pulte Home. The price and option they included are good for the price. Although workmanship can be improved. Vinyl floor is uneven and the wall is not flat.

Happy overall but room for improvement

Let me start by saying that Ben our construction manager, addressed every concern we had upfront immediately and kept us up to date weekly, to the status of the build. He is a true assets and I think made a big difference on our build. I will say that Pulte really needs to address some drywall and paint quality issues, such as very visible drywall mud seams, drywall tape behind the paint peeling off, sloppiness of the applied paint, and the quality of the paint(even when paying for the paint upgrade). If I pay for the paint upgrade, I expect the paint to be better quality than say buying a ...

The move in process and closing process was very smooth and problem free. Our superintendent Joe was helpful. The build quality isn’t the greatest, but it’s still above average. Better than any other builder we looked at for this same price range. Location is great too! After move in, we have had a few minor setbacks. The glass wall in the shower does not seal properly and lets water thru. Also, the concrete pad on the back patio is already cracking, and the house is brand new. These are minor issues which will hopefully be covered by the warranty. Only time will tell. 4/5 stars.

Lee, the construction manager was great. He has been very responsive to our needs. However, dealing with PulteMortgage was less than ideal. I have an 850 credit score, but they were very nick picky before finally approving my eligibility for a mortgage.

This community's HOA is absolutely horrible in response time for architectural submittals. 45 days and beyond is unacceptable as most vendor quotes are good from 15 to 30 days! As a former HOA president and one who reviewed arbs in a community of 280 homes (and this is a NEW Developoment with no where near that amount yet) my turn around was 48 HOURS! Something needs to be done to get a grip on this timeframe!! UNACCEPTABLE!

For the most part it was a great experience, building here with Pulte. Everyone was great EXECPT dealing with Pulte mortgage.. They are the worst and ruined my home buying and build Looking back I would NEVER use them!!! .. Up until the day before they kept asking for the same things 3 and 4 times when they had it.. Had me running around during the whole process and again up until 2 days before the closing.. Too limiting on what we could do during construction. Choices were not all first class. We looked at the cost associated with several changes and decided to do that after we moved in. I wish we had been able to order appliances other than the signature brand (i.e.Wolf)

The overall process with the sales agent, construction manager and financing was very good. The fit and finish was average. We are very particular about fit and finish so we maybe overcritical but with the cost of the home we would expect a higher quality. We would still recommend Pulte.

Overall this experience was easier than the last. This build was smoother and communication was present. Project. Managers were great. Some of the workmanship had to be performed twice like driveway garage entrance and some framing. This part that can be greatly improved is the start. The sales person could of been more upfront with alot of things. Had to pry for info and options. Should not be this way.
