I really appreciated Field Manager, Branson, for his good service of my questions and concerns..

Home has multiple issues that still have not been corrected. Multiple people will call and be in touch but work still has not got done. Def not worth the price that was paid. Completely unsatisfied at this pointe and very disappointed.

Everything went pretty well. Would buy from again

after lengthy construction period, I closed the house with the empty promise from field construction manager to make up missing items paid in design, (no blinds, no medicine cabinet). more than one month after closing, I still don't have the items and no dates provided. So frustrated now.

The homebuying experience with sales person, construction manager, mortgage consultant, title, and closing was fantastic - no complaints there. All my complaints are regarding the post sale owner helpline. We have terrible water pressure out of the shower head and I when called the number (in the first week after moving in) to inquire if they can look into it and fix the water pressure, the lady made it sound like "it's your house now, it's your problem"!

45 days after closing the quality issues are still “in progress…”

Pulte failed to hook our septic system up to electric. Three weeks later when we tried to reach out to warranty it was an awful experience. No one would return our phone calls or answer any questions about the system. Also, they left multiple items on unfinished on our home after close, and Pulte has not been responsive in fixing 30 days after close. There is no way to follow up and no one responds to warranty. Not sure there is any warranty with the home. Don’t expect any items to be resolved after you close with them. They are so focused on pumping out more and more homes, faster and faster, they have no interest in quality. ... More

The entire process was smooth and easy

There were a lot of issues with the new townhouse that we recently purchased from Pulte. There is a lot of unfinished work. When we report an issue in the construction, there is no response. The painting on the wall and windows are shabby. A deadbolt lock is forgotten to be installed, and another one can't be used as the latch and the hole are not aligned. And many more. When we report the issues on the Pulte website, no response. We bought this townhouse for location. In the future, recommend staying away from Pulte.

Lumber used in framing was not great. Presented challenges for drywallers. The construction manager was a pleasure to work with though some communications could have been a tad better. Overall, we really love our new home and understand the current conditions in the area for lining up subcontractors.

1. There are some areas at the living room lvp flooring where I can see some pop ups which moves and down. They are pretty significant. 2. There is crack in the concrete near the edge in front porch. 3. Loft carpet has a discoloration of line. This has been passed to builder and they sent a person to check it out. No updates from them. 4. Dishwasher is installed bent towards right side. RDU warranty team says they can look only during the built to last check point which is after 11 months. Is there a way to just have a check and evaluate.

By far the worst experience I’ve had with Pulte buying a brand new home, They over promised and under delivered on completion date, they can’t be trusted make sure to read the contract over and over again, they can change your material options after you signed the contract and there will be nothing you can do about it! They also don’t communicate with you so your always finding yourself reaching out to them.

For me any stars!!!!! I hope that any family will go through something like this again. My family and I decided to invest in our first home and we were very excited that we had found the perfect community. We are first buyers and we thought that they would take us by the hand throughout the process from the financing until the closing. To our surprise it was not. When the day of closing finally approached, we went to see our house and it was totally incomplete. the housework they did was of poor quality and many things were incomplete. Until today I am trying to fix all the things that are missing in my home. The process with the guarantee has been a terrible one and worst customer service. Not to mention that the builder who was supposed to be responsible for fixing all the mistakes and incomplete things resigned and there is another one that is worse than the previous one. I don’t not recommend buy a home with them and especially if it is a house that is not ready to live in. ... More

The process was quick and on time. Pulte offered so much help and resources in terms of funding. The quality of work was impressive. I’m very happy with the whole process.

The personal experience was great. I think Pulte should have made the driveway 2 feet wider. There should be a hose bib in the garage as a standard feature. The the flex room and the second bedroom could be a bit larger to make them more usable. The Moen garbage disposal is a downgrade. But basically I really like the house.

I love my Pulte home! Everybody did a fantastic Job! Ryan and Heidi were amazing through the whole process!

My overall experience was great

Had a very good project manager to work with who stayed on top of things for us. Kept us informed especially with supply challenges.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of product and workmanship in my home. For the price I paid, the lack of care and concern by Pulte's subcontractors is very disturbing. I was told there are 2 walk-throughs completed by Pulte prior to my final walk-through. There was absolutely NO way this was done in my home. And if so, then I guess shoddy workmanship is acceptable within your corporation. There are issues that I addressed long before closing that were not addressed and still haven't been addressed. I've been in my home now for close to 2 months. Pulte's motto appears to be 'pass the buck'. I can honestly say, I would not recommend Pulte to anyone. ... More

Overall a very positive experience!

still we are waiting for fix backyard door and backyard groung not fixed well (not safe for kids)so i want that fix it as soon as possible

This experience has been absolutely terrible. The day that we closed on our house there was trash all over the front yard and brought the issue up to our project manager. The issue was never fixed and on top of that the walk through of the house before close, the house was not even cleaned. Drywall dust, paint splatters and trash was all through out the house. Our close date was pushed 3 different times and when we talked with the pulte agent they promised a ver specific close date. This date was critical for our family because I was getting out of the military and we needed to have an address established to adopt a little boy. The finish work inside the house is absolutely horrible, and being in construction management, literally the worst drywall finishing I have ever seen. There were lights in the house wired wrong and wouldn’t work, the drying machine outlet kept tripping itself, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, brick veneer was falling off the front of the house, bathroom faucet was constantly leaking, shower pan had a hole in it, broken 2x4 holding up the roof, and much more. Colton our construction manager was a pleasure to work with and he was always prompt when we have questions for him. Chad was also very helpful during the buying phase and would I recommend anyone to Pulte.

Our experience was smooth with pulte. they helped walk you through every step of the way.

We enjoyed working with Pulte as they built our home. They were very responsive at the beginning, as we had one sales person for our community of ~40 homes. However, our sales person ended up leaving Pulte and there was a decent gap where questions were hard to get answered due to this. Otherwise the build process was actually very smooth and our house closed on time. We did have a list of items that still needed to be completed post-close. I highly recommend getting these done before you close on your home. It seemed like once we closed, the list of items to be completed were put on the backburner as they focused on other homes that weren't complete yet. We are still waiting on some items to be completed over a month after our closing (which is why I rated responsiveness a 3). But overall, I'd say we were satisfied with the end product and the people that we worked with! ... More
