My wife and I are very happy with our new home.

My home is beautiful and well built. The on-site team (shout out to James, Brooks and Ryan!) has been great - responsive and helpful and always go the extra mile. Pulte corporate, however, could improve their customer service. My closing date was a mess and I had to fight with Pulte to make things right, but in the end they did. After 5 weeks in my new home, everything is looking great so far and the few small items are being addressed.

Everyone we worked with was aamzing: Nick Pishitelli(Construction Manager), Sam Boehen (Sales), and Raymond Suiter(Customer Service). They were always available to chat and help us with any questions or requests we had. We just wanted the design studio appointment to allow us some flexbility with out choices. The 2 hr window for even cosmetic choices like Paint seemed a bit too early in the process without the option to change. Otherwise, all aspects of our home buying process were amazing.

Construction team were very impressive and took care of all the issues that were open. Didn’t had a great experience with pulte mortgage. There was lot of gap between pulte mortgage officer and title company.

Overall the experience was good. Better communications from signing contract to final closing could be improved. I've learned a lot more of what to expect from owners.

Builder was easy to work with being 800 miles away. The closing was a bit confusing because they cancelled an hour before, but rescheduled the same day later in the afternoon and was a bit rushed since it was 4:30 PM

Pulte Mortgage is incompetent and very inefficient!

We're loving our new house and neighborhood. We chose Pulte because of the flexibility of their plans and being able to have two offices + two bedrooms. Everything turned out great and the team was good to work with. Our house was delayed by four months from the original close date, which was one of the only things that could have been improved.

The beginning and end of the experience was great. I had a great time working with our initial sales agent and the build quality teams. My house is well made and everything was documented and covered properly, I felt like I knew my home before I walked in and closed and I feel happy with what I got out of the process. That said, there was considerable churn during the middle of the process. The mortgage team (who was also fantastic) didn’t have clear communication from the sales team on when the property would be ready and the initial timelines the sales team gave us were very off. I know that this is part of any builder home process, but the sales agent we worked with changed several times and it wasn’t until several months had passed our initial ready date that things started to iron out and become clear. To reiterate, on the whole I am very satisfied with how this process was handled due to the end result - I got the home I wanted. Construction Supervisor Matt was always responsive to email and phone questions. Kept us up to date regularly. His walkthrough was thorough and educational. He gets our top recommendation.

Overall the experience was extremely positive especially for first time homebuyers. The only complaint I had was the deadline process for inspections holding up the build. The initial projected date for close ended up being 5 months late due to forms needed by the city holding up stages of the build, however during that time the sales and construction teams kept in direct communication and made sure we knew what was happening at all points. Gabriel was wonderful. He helped find the house and walked us through thr process. Then only bad thing was at closing, even though we could sign, we couldn't get the keys. This was because of an error that was made. The certificate of occupancy that was in the folder for our house was actually for another house. Everyone scrambled to get it done that day. We had to cancel our furniture from being delivered. We got the keys later that day but never got a call from upper management to check on us or apologize for the error.

I love the home but a lot of additional expense because Pulte refused to do change orders that would have been so simple to do and I raised them day one, more than 45 days before the build began on my home, so there is no way they should not have accommodated my requests! You need to ask questions up front because they will do nothing once you sign the contract. My first time experiencing this and it is my 4th new construction home. My lower rating overall is 100 percent tied to the corporate office and their policies.

Every one was very helpful and was always there to help when needed

JP, David, and Trent were service-oriented before and after closing. Warranty service addressed when needed and check-up when in neighborhood have been greatly appreciated.

There was a lot of back and forth as regards to verification of income which is somewhat expected. However the team was swift in the approval process . Interest rate didn’t help my case but I’m hoping things gets better as time goes on. Overall I’m satisfied with quality of the home .

Matt was an absolutely excellent and highly experienced during our home building experience. The building team (vendors and contractors) did an overall outstanding job in finishing the house in a timely manner. Jared and team did a great job with the appliance and warranty check ups and any additional follow ups. The sales team, Laura, was super informative and readily available for any concerns and questions. We did have some documentation issues with the mortgage team but overall we were able to close on time.

John was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, forthcoming, transparent. He did not disappoint. He takes pride in what he does. I know my home is build to last by him.

Steven Wood was a Great construction manager from start to finish! He was in constant communication and quickly addressed any issues. We built the home remotely from Michigan but we’re confident in Steve’s oversight of our home build.

We walked into the sales room for Corkscrew Estates and met Sales Rep Steve P that pretty much decided right then and there that we would be buying in Corkscrew Estates Of course there were facets of the properties that also sold us on buying there (lot size, no amenities etc). But back to Steve P he was so helpful full of knowledge and friendliness we went through the purchasing process without any problems. I’m not the most computer or tech savvy but Steve P was always willing and the most patiently to help us out therefore making the buying part very easy and also correctly done. In the end we did not feel were we dealing with a Sales Rep but rather a friend. Can’t say enough for LeRoy also for making sure all our warranty issues were taken care of immediately. ... More

Overall our experience with pulte was great. Allyson at the design center was very helpful with what upgrades were worth the money and also helping us pick out everything to match. Tom and Rob are ranked high in the country and built us a solid house. We love the floor plan and the design and when we do have to submit a work request claim someone is always out within a couple days to address issues.

Chad was helpful in explaining various questions we had in the build process. He was quick in response and was flexible in helping our needs. Chad was patient enough to help us understand what to expect when moving to our new house, he gave us a good overview of the do's and don'ts in the house. So, over all I can say that we had a good overall experience.

Firstly the locale, solid durability and the value are top on my list! Please know that I looked at every builder around here! Located close to St. Petersburg, Florida, where new homes directly in St. Petersburg are in the 6 to 7 hundred thousand dollar range, Pulte delivers a modern, functional and sturdy home for hundreds of thousands of dollars less than those home builders in St. Petersburg! Why should I spend every cent I have on a place to live comfortably? Second, the site manager, Zach and his boss (I forgot his name) are thorough when they are creating my 'punch list' to be rectified before I closed! Lastly, the one thing I was confused with was the discount pricing at point of sale. Leslie is knowledgeable and has a ton of experience; but I still was and am a bit confused as to the pricing. It seemed difficult to wrap my brain around one price with a line drawn through it, then it's a lesser price (which is great) but then there are incentives which a buyer can apply in differing ways. I would say that I'm pretty good at math, being a former IV additives technician, but even I was confused. Otherwise, I love this house. I am older and I feel as though I can live here near my children and when it comes time, I can have in home help or move! The amenities are superior. There's no hot tub but I could have that put in at home! Life is short so enjoy. ... More

The house is great, the construction process of having 4 inspectors ( city, third party, contractors ( pulte and independent) have to check off on all the major and minor details made a difference. We also got to take photos and visited the home site often enough to make sure no major mistakes were done and none was found, but a few minor mistakes were noticed and the pulte contractor had already identified them. The bottom line is the pulte construction process and quality sold me on Pulte. The sales office and construction manager were just fantastic during the entire home build. Rolland ... More

Edward was a saving grace to us as homeowners. We are so thankful he was our last of 4 projects managers and really pushed to complete our home despite many challenges he faced. He is very conscientious and took time to see us every time we came to Santa Fe. Edward is very customer focused. He always acknowledges emails and texts you send…a very rare but important to us as buyers living out of state during our build. He follows promptly on lists we send him of outstanding items we saw when we visited every 3-4 weeks. Phone calls with questions were returned with answers. We would highly recommend him as a project manager. We definitely are glad Edward navigated us through and saved us during a very challenging build and made our completed home one that we are proud of. We give him an A+!! ... More
