Overpriced ,quality is moderate .

The buying and closing process was easy. The walk through is very important and you have to be aware of flaws, and have them fixed before moving in.

They answer your concern in a timely manner.

Many changes in personnel made the process more difficult. Not all work completed by closing; some items still pending. Employees maintained polite attitudes.

Our sales rep Cindy for Pulte was amazing from the start, no issues with her. But Pulte, like other major home builders, build so fast, they don't have the man power to "police" the trades they use or the project manager doesn't do his job and misses things while the home is being built. If you are able to visit your home while its being built, i highly suggest you do. While we do like the home, there are things that should have been fixed prior to closing. The warranty dept and construction manager have been great getting the issues fixed. They are in the process of getting things fixed now, but it should have been done already. I would suggest when it comes to certain design choices, like flooring, if you can do it after you close on your home, do it, because the lvp flooring we picked we thought was a decent grade level and its not. Would have been easier for us to save the money and get what's included and do it after the fact. Every major home builder has pros and cons, but for the most part we love the home. ... More

I worked with a very fantastic sames rep, Her customer service and engagement is top notch. However, I did not have an all pleasing experience with the loan application process and approval. Some of the documents requested are unnecessary and ridiculous to the extent of requesting the bank statement of someone that made a zelle payment of $40 into my account, saying they needed it to confirm if the amont left the senders account, isn't that ridiculous? I was very disappointed such document was requested because its an intrusion into another party's privacy, someone that has no business in the loan and house buying process. Overall a good quality product. Some kinks to clear out however understandable with new construction. Construction team very attentive. One issue has been the post construction quality control, and too much of a bureaucratic approach by management.

Buying experience was good overall, but not impress with the quality workmanship and materials for the price of the house.

Our Construction Manager Daniel did a good job covering things with us as we are not around for the build. We had a record rainfall yesterday, no issues at all.

We bought a spec home from Pulte. We really like the home layout and design, and their team chose a lot of updated but still neutral design options that we are happy with. There were some hiccups after first buying the home, but Pulte did work with us to address them in a reasonable manner.

Pulte has great people, from sales, to construction and customer care. They are friendly, helpful and responsive. I appreciate the their effort to make the entire process as smooth as possible. However, the build quality isn't as good as I expected. I've had issues with the oven, the dishwasher, the AC, the plumbing since I moved in. My AC has broken down twice and I had to live without AC for entire two day. Now I'm still waiting the AC company to come back to check what exactly went wrong... Luckily I had the best customer care manager who is very responsive and tries his best to help the situation. ... More

couple of issues with land scaping/grading behind the house working with customer care support to resolve the issue. Rain water not flowing properly into drain. Issue details shared with Pulte team and waiting for the solution.

House is very good condition and most of the stuffs are working properly. minor issues with the workmanship. In the construction side still have to work on the street improvements as the facilities are not showing as a new neighborhood.

Couldn't believe contractor-grade materials used based my home price point. Hood vent partially installed; told it would be finished or removed after closing. Six weeks later, and multiple requests made to construction manager, no action has still been taken. Surprised at the misinformation given to me to use all of Pulte services. For example, their homeowners insurance quote emailed to me sounded good on the surface, but upon further examination, realized the quote was for only about 2/3s the value of the home being purchased. Not sure at what point I would have been told the cost based on the actual home value. ... More

We purchased a Daylen overlooking the lake. It’s a great little house at a great little price. The build was incredibly fast - Feb to June - and everyone was caught by surprise. Finishes are nice, but corners were cut to get to the price point. No gutters, bathroom towel bars, missing kitchen cabinet, no screen on back slider. Should have been given the option to upgrade. But all good. Follow up issues are dealt with very quickly and Stephen St. Armand is great.

We had a couple of items to be addressed, they were addressed in a very timely manner and with great effort, professionalism and care for our needs!

The location for Veranda Gardens is amazing. Very close to Palm City, and located in a more secluded area of Port Saint Lucie. For the price, the home values are great. Overall, was satisfied with the end product and the model that we went with.

Overall, my experience has been a positive one. I have had some minor issues since moving in that were addressed very quickly. However, I texted the construction manager 2 weeks ago with a question and have not heard from him as of yet. Not sure if he is on vacation or what. The workmanship is overall very good, however, I would have liked a better quality paint on the walls. It seems like I get a smudge on the wall just by looking at it.

We are glad we waited to move and work with the builders.

Sales and Construction reps are both good ppl and were very helpful and responsive.

Great subs. Proficient and fast. Home built before projected time line. They are there for you even after ownership. Great person relations from the entire company.

Our experience with the sales team was great. Wendy was very attentive, answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way. Build was on schedule and we were able to stay on top of the progress thanks to the construction manager's communication with us. Our issues have come from the subcontractors not being properly monitored to make sure the work was consistent and of high quality. Having this many houses being built and finished at one time probably put some unnecessary stress on the subcontractors. Although the warranty team has been responsive to our requests, there seem to be a lot of issues that never should have slipped through to begin with. We're happy with the house, but a lot of the finish work I could have done better myself, and I was a desk jockey during my career. ... More

Responsive staff, and overall positive experience with this group.

For the most part the workmanship and responsiveness to issues has been pretty good. Seems like the materials used could be a higher grade, like the mirrors, faucets and towel bars. Be sure to be careful as to what lot and model you and both of your neighbors choose. In Fishers at the Remington we have our neighbor with a large open covered patio on the northwest corner of their house and our master bedroom is on the southwest corner of our house. So any noise comes straight to our bedroom. Also, the top soil was removed before the houses were built so the yard is nothing but rocks of all sizes, concrete, metal and all kinds of building items. It is nearly impossible to get anything but weeds to grow along the side and back of the house. This was a farm previously so the soil should have been excellent. There was also a mix up on the water softener/reverse osmosis system. I take half the blame because I didn't notice it on the specs but no house should be built in Indiana and not have a water softener or at least the hookup for one. We wouldn't want a reverse osmosis system with a farmhouse sink. The cleaning crew could have done a much better job throughout the house. The floor guy had to come back out because of some spots in various places in the house. He ended up using acetone to remove them. I had to go around every inch of the carpet along the hard woods with a hammer and mash down the spikes. We love the location, the three car garage, the spacious family/kitchen/dining room, the covered patio, the large master closets and the walk-in shower. ... More

APPLIANCES ARE ALOT TO BE DESIRED. OVEN DIDN'T WORK. DRYER HAS AN ISSUE WITH THE DOOR. SHOWER DOOR IS VERY FLIMSY.
