We’ve had a pretty good experience. All issues have been minor and resolved. I’m thankful we opted for a third party inspection as many issues were discovered at that time. All of them were addressed however.

My construction mgr., Julian B., was very attentive to my requests. I would recommend him and Pulte Homes to other buyers. The follow-up after the close was very much appreciated.

Little upsetting on the broken water pipe that should’ve been caught before I moved into the home. However the repairs were quick. The garage door doesn’t have a weather seal which I will have to submit a request on. Other than that, the home is great.

The overall build is good quality work. Some missed exterior workmanship, attention to detail.

Do not use Pulte Mortgage no matter what. This was the only very bad experience I had with this whole process. Other than that a professional organization, albeit a little mechanical.

Time limits were unrealistic due to the timeframes needed to process the loan. Many enails were unanswered.

Overall, working with Pulte was a good home-building experience.

So far the neighborhood is great. Steve in the office is awesome. Workmanship on home could be better if they just did things right the 1st time. Most issues we have had have been fixed in a timely manner

Title office was excellent. Project manager is exceptional.

I had concerns about changes to house design exterior after contract signed that I was not informed of. Also not sure of selection of HOA is a Pulte matter or not, but I have many concerns about the CC&Rs that do not seem flexible and should have been more fully explained at time of disclosure of those documents. As an example; I really liked the landscaping of the Parklane model and wanted that design which apparently is not within design approval set forth in the HOA documents. Perhaps some disclaimers should be disclosed to potential buyers before contract signed. Home completion timelines (took 12 months from contract signing to close) can be decreased and more time/meetings/process needed for design studio options. Overall, I had good experience working with the Sales, Home Construction and design studio designer. Average experience with Pulte Mortgage team.

The one complaint I have is the tile floors were NOT sealed. We didnt realize that until after we moved in. The build was good and the project manager is great to work with when needed. I am having a tough time with the floors so we decided to seal the floors ourselves, is what moving in all over again having to move all the furniture out and then back in once the sealer dried.

We were very pleased with the communication during the home building process! Moving from PA to SC was daunting enough, and the Pulte team helped to ease our worries! From video walk through to texts, calls and emails….we felt very taken care of and apart of the whole process!! We love our new home!

Our experience was overall very good. For the most part, the team was great to work with. Our site manager Brayden was fantastic! Samantha, our salesperson was also amazing. Brook our warranty/customer care manager is THE BEST!!! Our biggest issue came from dealing with PULTE mortgage. Our experience with them was a D- at best. With them waiting until the final weeks and days leading up to closing to request additional documents and finally close the loan the day before closing, they added a ton of undo stress to the overall experience.

Overpriced ,quality is moderate .

The buying and closing process was easy. The walk through is very important and you have to be aware of flaws, and have them fixed before moving in.

They answer your concern in a timely manner.

Many changes in personnel made the process more difficult. Not all work completed by closing; some items still pending. Employees maintained polite attitudes.

Our sales rep Cindy for Pulte was amazing from the start, no issues with her. But Pulte, like other major home builders, build so fast, they don't have the man power to "police" the trades they use or the project manager doesn't do his job and misses things while the home is being built. If you are able to visit your home while its being built, i highly suggest you do. While we do like the home, there are things that should have been fixed prior to closing. The warranty dept and construction manager have been great getting the issues fixed. They are in the process of getting things fixed now, but it should have been done already. I would suggest when it comes to certain design choices, like flooring, if you can do it after you close on your home, do it, because the lvp flooring we picked we thought was a decent grade level and its not. I worked with a very fantastic sames rep, Her customer service and engagement is top notch. However, I did not have an all pleasing experience with the loan application process and approval. Some of the documents requested are unnecessary and ridiculous to the extent of requesting the bank statement of someone that made a zelle payment of $40 into my account, saying they needed it to confirm if the amont left the senders account, isn't that ridiculous? I was very disappointed such document was requested because its an intrusion into another party's privacy, someone that has no business in the loan and house buying process. Overall a good quality product. Some kinks to clear out however understandable with new construction. Construction team very attentive. One issue has been the post construction quality control, and too much of a bureaucratic approach by management.

Buying experience was good overall, but not impress with the quality workmanship and materials for the price of the house.

Our Construction Manager Daniel did a good job covering things with us as we are not around for the build. We had a record rainfall yesterday, no issues at all.

We bought a spec home from Pulte. We really like the home layout and design, and their team chose a lot of updated but still neutral design options that we are happy with. There were some hiccups after first buying the home, but Pulte did work with us to address them in a reasonable manner.

Pulte has great people, from sales, to construction and customer care. They are friendly, helpful and responsive. I appreciate the their effort to make the entire process as smooth as possible. However, the build quality isn't as good as I expected. I've had issues with the oven, the dishwasher, the AC, the plumbing since I moved in. My AC has broken down twice and I had to live without AC for entire two day. Now I'm still waiting the AC company to come back to check what exactly went wrong... Luckily I had the best customer care manager who is very responsive and tries his best to help the situation. ... More
