Chris was great doing the walk through

The only absolute thing I would change is the paint. Why every builder wants to use the cheapest interior paint I have no idea but it’s already peeling in several areas less than 60 days in a new home. I’m sure they will take care of it but still so annoying.

Pulte team was great. Our only issues was with the mortgage company and their lack of urgency and responsiveness. In the end everything worked out and we are very happy in our new home.

Construction manager knew what he was doing and attend to issues in an expedited manner. Made the process that much more enjoyable knowing I could rely on that department.

Our experience with Mike was fantastic. He was responsive, always on time when we met, very knowledgeable and thorough. He even suggested a nice memory making activity with our kids.

The house was not clean even after some items were noted previously, The landscapers turned off my irrigation setup twice when working on my yard and my neighbor's yard and never turned it back on causing the grass to brown. There was no orientation to where my mailbox is and the numbers and locations for the mailboxes are a extremely unorganized with no logical progressive format.

The buying experirence was superb until it came to closing. The price submitted to the county was incorrect and to be perfectly clear this was discuss with the Pulte representative before closing and she froze on this issue or opted to do nothing. Now my taxes are not incorrect. Further I overpaid money at the closing over a month ago and still have not received my refund due to overpayment. Help! I think Pulte can do better! I require your help in fixing this issues including the somewhat minor repairs conveyed to Pulte at closing.

It was good experience buying a home from Pulte, there were a few delays but it all worked out in the end.

Our experience with all Pulte employees has been great. The salesperson, the interior designer, the construction manager, and the warranty service coordinator have provided excellent service. They were friendly, responsive and effective.

Matt and the other guy were pretty good to deal with. They're great at getting problems fixed when noticed. They communicated really well during the closing process to let me know what is happening and what they fixed.

Ideally, I would have preferred a little less kitchen space and countertops and more living space! Other than that, I'm very happy with the condo

I have had to call on Eddie several times since our walkthrough. He has been very prompt and helpful each time.

At the design center, a small sample does not giving a same view as final product in the house, and result may be not as an expectation!

Overall experience was good with Pulte. The construction team was really helpful in all ways. One member from the mortgage team was not effectively communicating back.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our homebuilding experience here with Townes at Lakeview. Our home was delivered in great condition with only a few minor things we wish were designed differently (namely placement of light switches and power outlets). Would recommend to anyone ready to embrace low maintenance multi-family living.

Until this week Pulte has answered all my concerns. I’ve left messages to 2 different people concerning electric concerns. 1 person answered my calls about a dead tree in my front yard but I haven’t heard anything since.

Timeline was a year and not communicated well

Weekly updates during the whole building process and so much more, our construction manager was great!

Andrew in sales was great to work with up front. Our Construction Mgr Sean was awesome- did a great job and great communication. House was ready at closing and so far (6 weeks in) minimal issues

Overall I am happy with the home, although there have been issues. I realize post move in there are always a lot of little things that come up that you didn't find on your pre-closing walk through, and there are a few cosmetic issues I am now stuck with either living with or paying out of my pocket to resolve. But I never thought to take a hard look at the sprinkler system, and I have had the most issues there. At least those are mechanical issues and covered under the home warranty. Also, I work from home, and I am not a fan of the Internet Service Provider in our subdivision, so much so to the point that knowing what I know now I may have considered NOT purchasing from Pulte solely because of the ISP and the current exclusivity agreement they have. Builder for the home was outstanding in the quality and dedication they showed to making this home excellent. Loan process can be cumbersome. Staff is polite and will work with you through issues.

I appreciate all the individual attention and willingness to work with a slight delay in the closing. Everyone has been very responsive, respectful, and supporting. Thank you.

When purchasing our Pulte home, we got some pleasant surprises when purchasing the home, price included appliances, blinds, land, closing costs and buy down of mortgage rates. Blake very friendly and easy to work with, no pressure, which is a big bonus. Nothing turns me off more, than a pushy salesman
