I paid over 40k my floating stairs and it was just terrible on closing day. My biggest issue is the superintendent being switched mid job and receiving complaints about txt messages on weekends because he doesn't work weekends but still hasn't responded to texts I sent Tuesday. this is my second pulte home my first superintendent is 1000x better. u guys told me to goto Sherwin Williams and gave me a piece of paper w no line of paint and the superintendent didn't know and couldn't get a hold of the painters. so didn't get any paint. found out it's. painters edge and it's $15 a gallon.... not happy about that. they also don't sell it at any of the stores is commercial only.... the gates weren't working when I moved and HOA said no it's just me but it wasn't lol. I do love the fact they made the wolf range happen before closing. Karen was amazing I had been looking for a home in summerlin and all the bidding for lots drove me nuts so to be able to come up and just buy a property was the best part of this experience. also Christina at the design center is absolutely amazing and best communication I've had at pulte. focus electric and plumbing are great too. the process was long difficult and stressful but financially the best decision I made this year in real. estate. ... I made the closing with missing appliances, they told me that the next day they would come to install these, it has been 6 weeks and I have not had a response, I have written to customer service and they do not pay attention to my mails. Indeed, they warned of delays in deliveries of household appliances; but other neighbors that are under construction already have all their appliances, I made the mistake of closing trusting their word.

Everyone I worked with at Pulte has been great. Very personable, very professional, very knowledgeable; a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the materials used, however, is a bit below expectations. When one pays almost a million for a house one expects a higher level of quality.

We ended up with two contractors during this home-buying process. Our first contractor was Kyle and he tried to update us on a regular basis. Daniel jumped in at the six-month mark when Kyle left. He provided weekly updates and tried to address any issues we saw when we visited the property.

The process is great but once I moved in the quality of the paint is bad it looks like is too thin the paint falls off easily the cabinets were in even and scratch . The grout on the tile was missing I’m really disappointed with the price that I pay for I will have to call the builder once I’m back from my vacation

We bought a new home from Pulte Homes very recently. We liked almost every aspect of it - process was easy, home was delivered on time and the home quality was great. Nothing to complain as of now.

Our Project Manager Matt was the most important contact that led to this outstanding rating.

Buying experience was great. Construction manager at the end of build was very responsive. Minor touch up needed with painting and caulking but over all we enjoying the new home.

I love my home, everyone was very nice and professional, my only issue is I have been in my home for almost two months and some things that were suppose to be done has not gotten done yet.

Joe and Nick were awesome!! Great experience. We are very happy with our new home. Thank you Pulte!!

From our first encounter with our sales representative through the final walk through and beyond, a totally awesome experience.

The builder was great to work with and responsive when any issues or questions arose.

Build manager and finishing manager we’re good. Subs needed to be better managed and blatant issues could have been fixed without me stating them. Door frame, island, cabinets, and deck were clearly not up to par and the ground out back wasn’t graded correctly to disburse water. I understand you need to make money cause this isn’t non profit and I would just ask to do the right thing and not see if I as the homeowner would catch it so it would need to be fixed. I had to escalate things cause boots on the ground were not empowered or motivated. Mortgage process was a challenge due to lack of knowledge by the processor. I would build with Pulte again but my recommendation is when you see something not up to par just get it fixed and not see if the consumer catches the problem. Didn’t exactly exude confidence with. Material quality is poor, House wasn’t ready even after closing with tons of things to be fixed including pool heater, water pressure, final paint, cleaning of the property, water in shower was backing up as a result of construction remains in pipes. Bathroom cabinet had a hole right next to toilet holder, bought this home being from out of state and agent did the walk through

I understand there are some shortages for material but it doesn't mean work hss to de done sloppy!! Since very begging to end was not a good experience !!

We were fortunate to get an amazing construction manager David assigned to us and who stayed on during the entire build. He found and mitigated a lot of issues so post close problems were minimized. Many neighbors were not this fortunate. Attention to detail by subs, especially finish trades needs attention by Pulte. Overall we got the house we wanted and excited to be in our home finally.

Would like to see venders do a better job

Worst ever experience with Pulte, totally unlike "Pulte". The construction manager at this Irvine site was a totally irresponsible person, should never had been hired. The quality of the home under his supervision was so so so bad, we had to fix all issues after closing. The list of defects are more than 10 pages long. Still trying to fix it with the warranty team.

I like The workmanship and layout of the condo. My complaints are minimal . Only 2 TV outlets, not even one in room you call the den. The trash room is locked. So you carry out trash , have to put it down on carpet, unlick the door, pick up trash bag then put it down because you need two hands to open the chute. Locked? Ridiculous! What is anyone going to steal? Halls and garage are overly cold with the air conditioning.

The house is great. quality of workmanship so far is great.

Great location of home and community. However after closing very tough to get issues taken care of. Over a month after closing waiting for kitchen crown molding. The tiles in the home have different grout colors, uneven tiles, and grout size variations from 1/4 to 1/2 inch which make it look terrible. Sales team was amazing and the construction manager keeps information flowing. However incomplete homes that require much work are being closed on. After closing they were putting bathroom mirrors up!

I understand there are delays due to lack of supplies but that doesn’t excuses the lack of quality in work or providing great customer service. I have worked with multiple builders from Dr. Horton to Toll Brothers and Pulte is the 2nd to last builder on my list when it comes to customer service. The weekly updates on the build was very nice, but other then that, it seems like I was a bother. My concerns are not heard, and the superintendent and care team are too busy to help.
