We love our home. We moved here after working in the military and the federal government. Love the tranquility and our neighbors, plus the proximity to Ft. Jackson and Columbia. Any minor issues we have had were addressed ASAP by the Pulte building manager, Holden and his team. We leveraged the partners of Pulte by installing our alarm and security system and extending our HVAC warranties. Love the pre-wired internet and enjoying Spectrum’s service. Grand Arbor is a great amenity-rich community, we call home.

Bought a new Pulte home 25 years ago. The home was a disaster. The front porch pulled away from the house; the quality was terrible, the builders attitude was: if the customer doesn’t know about a problem, do nothing.to fix it. There were no walk-throughs, or customer updates. Pulte today is not the same. It has vastly improved. The quality of the product is excellent; the communication with us was great; the salesperson Charlene was helpful and responsive, the Construction Manager Jeremy was awesome - every concern we expressed was promptly and professionally addressed. I have had an amazing experience with all staff of Pulte, from sales, closing, on site managers. Everything, and when I say everything, I’m talking super small silly stuff, that was off or just not working properly, was addressed immediately. The unit is very well made and finishings are great quality as well. I have zero complaints, only all praises and everything good to say about my experience and happiness in the entire process start to finish:-) I couldn’t be happier! The first night we had an issue with the hot water heater. Called and it was addressed the very next morning. There was also follow up phone calls to make sure we were satisfied. Nice to see service like that after the purchase. Thank you

From beginning to end, this was the best home buying experience ever! From the beginning, Laurel in the sales office was welcoming and very informative. She answered all of my home buying questions and made the process so smooth. I was updated along the way through the entire process and going through the Pulte Mortgage process was so easy. Then, Jon the construction manager was here for my walk-through and was extremely helpful and informative. I have been in the home 5 weeks now and have zero issues! I give two thumbs-up to the entire Pulte team!

From the beginning Pulte has been exceptional! The sales (Morton) portion was great...perfect explaination of the process, the different homes, dates, incentives etc. The escrow, final walk through and construction manager (Walt) were incredible as well! It was an easy process with a great home!

The team the helped us with the purchase were great. Lance and Andrew made the purchase and follow up with the walk through and completion of the punch list very enjoyable. The only issue I had was the Pulte loan dept. They made the process very frustrating. Asking for the same information repeatedly. It made us feel that they thought we were trying to deceive them. We have purchased 9 homes and this loan process was the most difficult.

This is our second new build by PULTE. I would not use another builder. From our sales rep Gita, to our construction manager, Kris, along with all the contractors…everyone was professional and able to answer questions. Now that we have closed, we are pleased to work with Gianni, who quickly gets any issues resolved.

I'm a seasoned home buyer having built many homes during my adult life. Pulte was great in having a good selection of floor plans which would meet our needs. The pre-selected design packages reduced our stress of having to choose everything in the house. Customer service thus far has been responsive and all Pulte employees have been very nice.
