Awesome experience! They did a great job.

In any endeavor, it's crucial to ask the correct questions and be wary of shortcuts. By taking your time with the process, you can create a truly remarkable home. Two disheartening truths are evident: Builder-grade paint is substandard, and the grout and tile work in some areas appear to have been hastily and carelessly executed.

although both Edward and Matt(Pule warranty service have both been VG top work with/through getting certain things done through trades and appliance partners has been frustrating after about weeks of occupancy.

Pulte Homes has been very responsive to all of our concerns. The only complaint I have is our siding. Have asked for three weeks now to have someone look at a concern we have with some of our siding. Our warranty person has sent a few requests to the siding person but have not heard from them after three weeks. Everyone else has been quick to respond and contact us. This lack of communication on the contacts part for the siding is concerning for us.

Fabio our construction manager at Northridge in Babcock Ranch consistently exceeded our customer service expectations. From our telephone introduction to final walk through his professionalism, follow up and communication defined exemplary customer service. Well done Fabio!

Experience overall was very good

All in all the experience of buying a Pulte home was very easy. The workmanship is very good. When we did the walk-through, I was really pleased with how well everything was finished and detailed. I believe the process of working with the designer, at least in my case, could have gone a little smoother. I feel like, as an out of state home buyer, I Could’ve used more time

We love our Pulte Home. It’s in area accessible to all kinds of shops and the interstate. For the home itself, it doesn’t look as big and spacious when you’re standing outside in front of it. But when you come enter, you instantly become wowed by the high ceilings and spacious rooms. Of course, with more room, there’s some give and take. I sometimes hate they build these mass production homes where they compromise garage space. The garages are barely big enough for 1 compact vehicle and 1 mid-size SUV to fit in. Other than that, I really like the fact Pulte has different communities with different designs and options you can choose from. The subdivision I’m in has 3-5 different designs with the Mitchell being the most popular. I wish they had model homes of the other designs when we were looking at this community. The yard space is perfect and spacious. The design center staff was helpful. Our builder, Tina, and her crew were awesome. She provided updates on a regular basis about if there were going to be any delays or if something had to be reordered. Closing was a breeze and our agent, Jimmy, was pretty good as well. If you’re one who is looking at Pulte Homes and desire a new home to be built, that is the best way to go because you can design your house with the many options and add-ons they have. Of course it will be pricey the more things you add but it will be well worth it in the end. The agents on site are friendly and helpful as well! We anticipate making great memories in our community and can’t wait to meet our new neighbors as the subdivision fills on up. ... More

Experience went smoothly overall. Delays happen and are very frustrating but Pulte has been responsive to us. We love our new home.

good experience overall [Jessica from sales did exceptional job and Clay from support team doing great job and only issue had is my construction manager was not up to the mark, we ended up having lot of issues, however support team is resolving those.

Most of the people we dealt with through the process were great. I did feel pressured to make some decisions more quickly than I was comfortable regarding upgrades/add-ons but did anyway.

We are happy with our Pulte home, but there are issues, as there are with most builders. They were on schedule with all the timelines they gave us from the beginning. We liked our sales person Kristen. Ultimately the finishing touches were the only disappointment upon moving in. Floors are not all level, and the vinyl plank floors are rather squeaky because of this. Even some carpeted areas have high points for no apparent reason. Their “canned lights” look to be done in the cheapest possible way. A smaller hole in the ceiling, with a larger and less attractive light overplaying the smaller opening. Some fit and finish issues with doors and paint as well. The neighborhood and lots are great. Overall everything in the house works, and we’re happy with how things turned out. Would just be happier if those smaller fit and finish items were no there, and their warranty policy only allows them to come out one time in that first year to deal with these things, so we’ll be living with them for a while. ... Without a doubt, the best part of our home buying experience were the two Construction Managers, Henry, and Garrett, who we worked with throughout the entire homebuilding experience. Their communication, attention to detail, and care for our experience was exceptional. The Pulte Mortgage group was also outstanding. We love the design and function of our new home. The need for work on drainage is being addressed and we are being kept aware of what (and when) drainage installation is being done.

For what is touted an exclusive part of the havevest community corners are definately cut in community landscaping and cleanliness, hoa is not replacing dead or dying plants, need to hold homeowners accountable for street parking and dog poop clean up within the community, in the home cheap materials are used as standards finish and the cleaning before move in is subpar.

Home is exactly what we wanted and the response to fixing items has been good.

After the purchase, things got better. Shane and Ed have been very responsive to any issues I’ve had with the house. The house floor plan is a sweet spot in the housing market. The workmanship is not something I’d brag about. But I realize that the nature of the trades in 2024.

This experience was excellent and easy from the beginning to the end, construction manager is excellent and answer any question I’m happy with my home Thank you

Has been a Good experience with Pulte

Process has been great so far with purchasing and construction. Some of the material quality provided is not so great.

I had a great experience with the purchasing team, however, I was surprised that the appraisal wasn’t available until 2hrs before close. The appraisal was less than asking price. We received an 30k off based on the pre-appraisal asking price which was misleading since the house appraised at the same price as the 30k off, so we really didn’t get an incentive other than 10knat closing.

Everything was great with the choosing of the lot and model. I wish buyers had more say in the choice in options for their home in terms of colors, blinds, and interior paint. I did not like the experiences with the external providers (blinds, security, etc.). I did not think it was a valuable offering. Everything else was great though.

We are very pleased with the workmanship and buying experience with Pulte homes. We’ve had many compliments on the quality and design of our home.

Whispering pines - Land O Lakes - I am happy with the location and community size. Price is reasonable. Not may issues found after we moved in. Build quality is satisfactory. Particularly cabinets are very poor and they fall apart due to bevel design with glue corners on cabinet doors. Cabinets are very cheap and poorly designed and selected by Pulte, we had no other option except to go for them. We do not expect this cheap quality cabinets for the price range we paid for.

We wish we had a few more options and upgrades available . Otherwise we have been happy especially with the construction manager, Gigi, who was very attentive to our needs
