After closing on Jun 14, I’m still waiting for some repairs to be done. Kitchen cabinet missing baseboard, missing crown molding, etc. The pending issues is taking to long to be resolved.

Love our home. Biggest complaint is the standard finishes we kept and didn't upgrade, Wish the standard paint was better quality. Can't touch the walls without marking them up.

The process with Pult was smooth and less delay on closing date change overall the construction is a good quality and little issues left over but I am working with customer care to resolve them overall it was not bad experience working with Pultmort

Our closing date was rushed according to our construction manager he had requested the date be moved out two weeks but Pulte asked him to keep it as is (in fairness we were moving from out of state so both sides had a need to close quickly). With the date being rushed we knew there would be some punch list items that they would need to come back and take care of. They asked us to give them 2-3 weeks to make it right. Well we are over a month now still with 25 items on the list one of those items includes over 50 areas of drywall and paint fixes that are required. We have had many of the trades who are fixing other things tell us "we should not have been able to move in with the house still having this many outstanding items". I feel we are starting to get traction with the warranty team but it is due to us having to apply continued pressure and make it a part time job to manage our punch list and make sure things are getting done. We were really excited to begin to enjoy our house but we continue to find things that were not done right and get frustrated each time. At this point I would not recommend Pulte to someone else. ... We loved our experience with the builder. Though we do wish things moved faster, we also understand the more macro environmental factors that were a major contributor. Scott was great in communicating to us about updates with our build. Jodee was a huge help walking us through what customizations we still had time to do & updating us throughout the process as well. We really had a smooth process overall

I had a good experience... The quality of the house is very when compared to other builders. So for no bad experience.

The completion time was months out from what I was told which now I’m paying very high interest rate due to the builder delay . Electric is not correct , they also had the water heater running with no water causing the element to burn and we had no hot water ; the A/C apparently was installed incorrectly now has to be repaired possibly needing to open the ceiling - many other issues - too much to write and nothing comes from this anyway . They got their money then leave the homeowners to deal with their shoddy work. How this past inspection is beyond me. Horrible experience very expensive and poor craftsmanship!!!!! Poor customer service from builder and sales team. Unresponsive and provided misinformation.

The entire process was stress free from start to finish. All of the people mentioned in the title have been amazing. My husband and I shopped around before deciding on Pulte and we are confident we made the right choice.

All companies are only as good as their people. Our experience with the Pulte team of people was superb. From Steven in Sales, Laura in Design and Dylan as our Project Manager, we couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with in the process. Dylan was amazing. He truly manages the project and checks the work and get the jobs done correctly, all with an excellent demeanor. Any company out there would be lucky to have this guy on their team. We would see him on site in the neighborhood checking his various projects morning and night every day of the week it seemed. Great job to all.

Everything was great Marci was excellent and so was the building manager Jason. Easy to get ahold of and always available with any questions or concerns. The build quality is very above average as well… They are priced competitively and you get what you paid for and more. Thank you Pulte and your team as well!

Sales staff are great to work with. Good follow-up / communication. However, build quality when it comes to the minor details could improve. It's the little things that can make/break ones opinion.

Our experience with the builder was good except for the Pulte Mortage.. Our experience with the Pulte Mortgage advisor during the closing stage was bad and unprofessional.

First time home buyer here, it was an exciting but also scary feeling at the same time but Pulte had helped us through the whole process and made it easier.

Pulte Lender stated we needed to get our application in to LOCK in the good rate . What they didn't tell us was that the rate we locked into was only good for 120 days , yes it took 10 months to build in conclusion our rate went up from 3.25% to 5.75% which our mortgage went up almost 400 dollars in the process. Also at this point what can you do . This type of business left a bad taste in my mouth about pulte lender.

It has been almost two months since I came into my new home and have found a lot of issues with different things: kitchen cabinets, doors, baseboards, etc. and nothing has been addressed -and I submitted a report soon after we got in-. I send emails to the customer service team and they do not acknowledge receiving it, I don't know if someone got it and it's reviewing it. I just don't hear from them if they will address my concern or not. It has been very frustrating. I am very unhappy with how things have evolved since I got into the house, very, very unhappy. I still have doors that don't close properly and a toilet that doesn't fill up water; and it took weeks to answer to a problem with A/C without gas. ... More

Terrible experience from day 1. Sales rep was horrible. Walls are already cracking. Roof is falling off. No grading after 30 days. The development looks like a dump site. No updates are given to warranty work filed. Wish I would have gone another direction. Will never buy Pulte again or recommend to anyone.

Marianna is an absolute star and deserving of any recognition you have to offer. I purchased from Pulte while 3000 miles away and Marianna made the process as easy as possible with her extensive knowledge and sage advice. I am very impressed by the quality of my new home and looking forward to settling in and spending many peaceful years here

The process was a lot simpler than I would have expected. All post-move issues so far have been fairly minor and easily fixed. The materials, such as the paint are incredibly disappointing because of how hard it is to clean walls without the paint coming off. There were also so annoying upsell choices throughout the process that restricted you just because Pulte decided that's the way it was going to be. Most complaints though are fairly minor.

Still waiting for hole in garage wall to be fixed from leak. Still waiting for promised items to be delivered and installed dating back to walk through nearly 2 months ago.

First I will say that our project manager was GREAT! He was very responsive and kept us informed along the way. He always responded to emails and texts from me even though I know he was super busy. We were able to close with only a few minor issues, but my problem is that we should not have to close until everything is done and addressed. Pulte schedules the closing and has no problem pushing it back if they have issues or delays with material, but YOU cannot change closing or else you will be charged. Even if you are moving from out of state and have a scheduling conflict. The next issue I have is once you close, the challenge is now getting your “punch list” items fixed. In most cases, it’s not quick. We have been here over a month now and are still waiting on our punch list items. ... More
