Great communication & updates during the building process due to LeeRoy’s efforts, he was super to keep us informed since we were in another state miles away from the home being built. He sent pictures, emailed, & called us, always answered our questions & took pride in his job. Kirby, with the mortgage staff, was also very helpful, kind, & efficient. She was quick to respond & her assistance was very much appreciated! Kevin has also been wonderful since moving in to address any concerns we may have. He takes care of issues promptly & efficiently & has been super helpful!

Salesman mislead us on options and used supply chain issues to give us down graded appliances. Had a number of issues with the finish carpentry. Exterior had mud all over sides and back of house. Was told it would be cleaned by close and on day of closed was a mess. Said it would be cleaned by end of day. Not done, touch up on trim not done, sod was burned out completely in a number of areas. Saleswoman, Britta, is excellent. Helped us through the process. After that, dealing with the various subcontractors Pulte uses has been bad. Subcontractors next door leave garbage that blows onto our property. Mortgage company, cable tv company two examples. Numerous emails to staff not responded to. Pulte and cable company blamed each other for problems. Some strange design choices. One of our two outdoor water faucets is in the garage. In all honesty, the home feels that every corner that could be cut was butchered. We have so many issues with the home (doors, carpet, cabinets, paint, bathroom insert, tile, flooring, grout etc etc. Its been a nightmare to say the least...will not do again.

We would like to thank Enrique & Lane! They were very accommodating and responsive to all our inquiries and requests. Pulte is a great builder. We just had some issues with the Warranty Dept and Mortgage Dept. We hope they could improve their work so as to maintain the good reputation of Pulte itself. Honestly i wasn’t too happy with the process. Started off with a sales consultant who didn’t follow up with the process of the bidding. Then because of lack of communication, we had to change the model of the house we wanted and the colors for the exterior. We were told dates of work to be done and no calls or emails to inform us of delays. While we love our new home there are shortcomings. The delivery was rushed and felt as if there were numerous items either damaged, not working, or missing or unfinished. We moved in almost two months ago and only one item of several has been addressed. We still don’t have cold running water, but the vast majority are damaged or cosmetic items. Having a new home built can be exciting and stressful. Future home owners need to separate the supply chain and work force factors from the team who is on site building a new home. During construction we had changes in subcontractors, as well as, Pulte representatives. The ONE constant Pulte representative for us was Gina. Our expectations of moving into a new house was high. We expected great workmanship and flawless installations. That is not what we received. Electrical issues, landscaping issues, windows not sealed and won’t close properly, drainage issues, shoddy masonry work. Not happy new home owners.

We love our new home. The construction manager was the best part of the process. There were quite a few hiccups over the months, during the build, prior to closing, supply issues etc. but it’s done and we’re so glad to be here. When we put warranty claims in for things that need to be touched up or minor repairs that we noticed within a week or two of moving into our brand new home they respond pretty quickly. It’s a beautiful home. The HOA fees are extraordinarily high for a neighborhood with zero amenities other than them paying for water sewer and trash and taking care of the landscaping. ...

Terrible experience from beginning to end. “FIELD MANAGER II” made use sign off that the home was done and was still missing many items pointed out and said he’d be back to finish them later pending a positive online review and once given the review we never heard from him again nor will he respond to phone calls or texts. We literally paid for things that are not installed and the items that were installed were done poorly. Missing grout, paint, doors won’t open or close properly. Our experience with Pulte started off a little rocky due to some issues with increasing the cost of the property after we had signed the initial contract. Our builder Barbara was phenomenal. She led us through what might have been a very stressful time in waiting for the property to be built in a great way. She kept us abreast of what was going on and reminded us that our property was being built to the highest of standards. Closing was also seamless as all the documents were submitted on time.
