We are happy with the way our new home turned out. Everything looks better than expected. Although there were times we felt communication could have been better, it was an overall great experience and our Pulte team (Brandon and Jesse) were very responsive to our questions or needs.

The three Pulte Members I had the most interaction with were Tyler.B , Jennifer D, and Dalton R. I would give all three of these team members 5 stars. Especially Tyler. Really all three of them were excellent. The underwriting team was sometimes difficult and presented a challenge, and the site could have been more secure after the house equipment was dropped off (ex. leaving unattached water heaters in open garage bays without garage doors). I do believe there were various people in the area looking to loot the incomplete houses, however other than that we are currently very pleased. Great Job !!! ... More

When I initially saw the model of Claremont, I was shown a walk-in-shower, was not told that was an upgrade at all, I had 6 different people with me two different times visiting unit and was never told I was getting a tub. Since then I have been asking M to give me the contractor they used to install bathrooms and have not had any good results, I moved in 11/13/2023 it is now 1/3/2024. Very disappointed that no one has helped and I’m left on my own. My brother purchased this condo for me and has spent a great deal of money to make my life comfortable, everything else is good, except this bathroom issue. Pulte employees on the whole were very good. My only complaint would be that they allow you a walk through of the home to note items or issues which need to be corrected however this is typically 1.5 to 2 hours and it is impossible to detect every issue both inside and outside of the home during that short period.

Your experience with building a new home is 100% dependent on the quality of your Construction Manager. Fortunately, after the first month they switched us to a rock star. Henry was superb. His communication skills, attention to detail, calmness under pressure, customer service soft skills, and organizational skills were the sole reason this build was a success. While most CMs would have let little things slide, Henry took personal pride in the home build as if it was his own home. He is an asset to Pulte and I truly hope they compensate him well. I also wanted to briefly express our appreciation to Hannah from the sales team. She advocated for us when contractual issues came up and corrected them to our satisfaction. Pulte like most big builders are subject to the local talent and of course what they are willing to pay for hiring sub-contractors. Some contractors are more competent than others. I don't blame Pulte 100% for that since any home builder that doesn't have their own teams would be at the mercy of the contracting pool available in that area. Nathan from Pulte Homes was amazing (10 of of 10!) every obstacle that came our way, he personally went above and beyond to correct (spectrum issues, lawn issue etc) and was very forth coming with information. I really appreciate him being an intrical part of the building process for me and my family because he made it easier on us.

Had a great experience working with construction manager Chris. Chris’s honesty and professionalism was exceptional.

Good quality home and very responsive team.

David, our project manager was very good. He explained everything very well and kept us informed along the way. Made sure home was built correctly.

House inspection is a must to ensure everything is fine.

Very satisfied with the quality build of our home. All issues we did find during our "celebration" were corrected before our closing date. Home was finished on time!

it's been a good experience - all the way from shopping, through purchase. some minor issues but being handled very well.

My experience with the builder was good, however there was a significant delay of 3 months in the delivery of the property.

Again, the heating thermostat is very confusing. Also, the shower door kept rolling open, but it has now been fixed.

Troy took the time to get to know us and our needs for a home. He spent a lot of time during our multiple visits in guiding us through the process of selecting the right set of options for the build. JC our construction manager took it from there and worked to ensure the house was a quality build. He worked diligently to address the few issues found during home inspection. For the few issues (minor roof leak, paint work, caulking, etc.) found since our move-in, Pulte Warranty has been very responsive in getting them addressed.

It was a very nice experience working with the sales person, construction manager, and loan processor

I feel like the home was well built. Our contractor Brian was responsive to concerns and it’s designed so well. We love how our home looks and Brian went over and beyond.

The builder and sales team was very responsive to questions. Really appreciate the timely guidance throughout the process.

The build process was excellent. My construction manager, Alex was a great communicator. Pulte Title was the opposite. They did not return my calls. The mortgage folks were great Gabriel Montoya and Nance Parker.

The overall experience was great. When meeting with the seller we were given an estimate that was $500 lower than the actual payment, but I guess that’s why it’s an estimate. Just thought it would be closer. Other than that the seller was a great person to work with and made the process easy and enjoyable. The project manager was Ed. If you build Pulte in Columbia Station make sure you get Ed and Chuck as your warranty specialist. Those two guys are great. Ed made sure everything was perfect throughout the building process, and was in constant communication with us. Made a couple tweaks for us mid project that we are very thankful for. Chuck is the warranty specialist. Our garbage disposal broke the first time we used it. A contractor had dropped something in their which made it break when we turned it on. Chuck was on top of it and had someone at our house the next morning. 8 days later our garage door broke. Chuck came over and got it closed for us, and again it was repaired the very next morning. Pulte Mortgage is terrible. I dear with 3 loan people and they all stunk. The underwriter, Connor, was great and the only reason we stayed with Pulte Mortgage. The supervisor, Ari, was great because he understood our frustrations and did everything in his power to make it right. Pulte Mortgage loan officers quit often apparently because we had 3 of them in 2 months. The closers were all rude, unprofessional, and obviously didn’t care about working at Pulte Mortgage. Ironically, after speaking with neighbors, they had similar awful experiences with Pulte Mortgage. We love our new home. We love the quality , design, and neighbors. We are really happy with our choice to have a Pulte Home built for our family, and look forward to making many memories. ... More

It was a pleasure working with the Pulte team on the construction of my house. Steve was a fantastic Project Manager - knowledgeable, passionate, available and communicative. Pulte has a first-rate, standardized approach that yields a quality product that was delivered on budget and 30 days ahead of schedule. I would recommend Pulte to both family and friends.

I'd rate our overall buying process from start to finish as good. This is our second time purchasing a home (different builder). The Pulte team was good to work with. Specifically our construction lead and the gentleman who sold us the home were actually great regarding communication and working on our behalf. Overall construction is good on the home. We have been here about a month and we are already noticing the imperfections. These houses are going up so fast and the different trades are in and out and you can tell in the product especially in cosmetic areas. We are still waiting on some outstanding projects to be completed by the builder but communication has been good. At this time we would definitely consider Pulte again when buying a new home. ... Positive experience with pulte home, I will recommend

Everything from the no-pressure sales office to the amazing design center to the builder supervisor has been nothing short of amazing. This is the first time we ever bought a new build home and we are so excited to move in and make it our own. This has been a great experience.

Little changes that you want and are willing to pay for will not not be allowed and must be done after closing- example install a light you purchased- add shelving in closet- add water drops in basement- paint the inside of garage- add a deck. Probably industry wide but receptacles for lights and plugs seem cheap and could. use an upgrade. House delivered on time and with minor fix items that were readily corrected- Pulte employees were helpful and easy to work with - over a good experience and product - would recommend
