The people that I worked with were excellent-Polly Cockrell & Hector DeJesus. The actual products installed (Kitchen & bathroom cabinets, lighting fixtures etc) are low end and skimpy. The kitchen island & cabinet layout were not well designed and are reflective of just banging out homes with little to no thought on function.

Everything about our house building and buying was nice; minor hiccups were identified and addressed thoroughly BUT the last minute interrogation by the underwriter was absolutely horrible. I have purchased many many homes and done countless refinances and I have NEVER experienced the level of harassment that Pulte put us through. We will never use Pulte mortgage again!

Our Pulte Sales Rep (Lisa) was simply a pleasure to work with. She sent us weekly pictures of construction progress since we lived out-of-state. She also tracked issues my wife and I spotted in the pics. Overall, she helped us a lot since first meeting her in 2019. My wife and I are very happy with our Pulte home selection. During the build, Dustin was the Construction Manager. He was also very responsive to questions, making it a pleasure to communicate. We wanted to duplicate a design feature seen in the sample home requiring some movement of the existing wiring. It got done! ...

The beginning of the process was excellent! But, as soon as we signed the contract things started going downhill. Our sales consultant didn't provide clear information and openly lied about some of the house's features. The construction process was a mess, mainly during the time Pulte switched field managers. The were so many misunderstandings and a lack of communication with the construction team over the transition period. I Was not living in AZ at the time. I did all my selections via internet. I was told there would be weekly updates but received no information for months. There was constantly a change in contact people. The people I started with were not the people I ended with. Overall the home is nice, but there is some messy workmanship and communicationneeds to improve.

This is our second Pulte purchase. The quality of the build is excellent. The sales team is very attentive and walked us through everything we needed to know. When we were scheduled for our walk thru we were so pleased with our unit. John & Lane we’re excellent and explained everything we needed to know including operation of everything and utilities. We couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience with Pulte; the waiting list to get the model we wanted was slightly frustrating but after putting our trust in Ramsey, we finally got the perfect lot and pre-inventory selection. Laura and Josh were phenomenal! When minor items were identified to fix, we were pleasantly surprised to hear "let's get it fixed now" and even more surprised that they (or their team) repaired on the spot!. Only regret is wish we would have considered more upgrades. Good Job Pulte team!

many things wrong with house, things that should not have happened, but did due to shoddy work ethics. bathroom fixtures fell off wall, broken windows left broken, fan above cooktop, dented, not aligned, gaps where it was attached and fingerprints (many) on wall above cook top. block wall not completed needs one more level and caps, overspray of paint along trim around garage, footprint of black paint on floor, reported within 2 days of move in, one month later im still waiting to get fixed. project manager does not appear to be capable.
