Everything went well, except the delayed closing (only partially due to COVID-19). Build quality is very good.

High costs for options

Thank you for building my new home. I’m slowly getting unpacked. The builder team is very nice and good about communications. They will do whatever they can as quickly as they can if you have requests or concerns. The contractors work could be done a bit better for the price paid.

Make sure to pick out all your options and review everything, don’t be rushed. It’s your money, wish I could go back and make some changes!

Title department is good. They expalin everything indetail, as a first time buyer It was very helpful

Recommend to ask lots of questions when building new. To participate in the building process as much as possible. We were out of state and were not able to fully participate or visit. Pulte has a great on -site manager at Primus, who is very professional & responsive to our questions after we have moved in, as well as setting up vendor returns for any needed corrections timely.

The quality and workmanship is top notch. Can call ur home. There’s a few issues identified by Paulte was responsive. I just don’t like that my driveway issues cannot be fixed .

We love our new home. There are a lot of thoughtful features and we appreciate the focus on energy efficiency. It's very, very close to perfect. The purchase and selection process was pretty smooth and streamlined. They did a pretty good job of keeping us updated on progress. Our field manager seems pretty conscientious and I have pretty good confidence that things I can't see are done properly. That said, there were a few breakdowns in communication, but eventually, everything turned out the way we wanted. Now, I'm a perfectionist and I tend to notice where it's not perfect. There were a few things that were immediate concerns and Pulte resolved them right away. Six weeks later, we're still missing a few items, so I've submitted requests to have them installed - generally they're pretty responsive. I think COVID-19 has delayed things a bit. There are some features that seem scratched or dirty when I would expect them to be new - they'll be scratched or dirty after a few weeks anyway. Overall, I would buy from Pulte again. Pulte Exceeded expectations at all levels of the home building process. We are very happy with the finished home. Very elegant!

The home plan, site and space is awesome. We have had several kinks. While all responded too, I’d say it’s because too many contractors are involved.

Several changes made without notifying me

Noise between units and no driveway are th only negatives.

We love our new home and are very excited to be living here. There were some minor issues and some details of the home that we're not exactly how we envisioned but for the most part we are very satisfied.

We very much like our new house

There is a long list of things that I am very pleased with, but I am sure the minor things that could have been better are more beneficial for any firm. Here is my list of changes I would make: - The grass was laid haphazardly and there are holes and empty patches all over the yard. - Our shower door does not close all the way and allows water to leak out - The grout was not sealed and displays each and every drop of water or dirt stain instantly and permanently.

Every step of the process was pretty straightforward and easy except for Pulte Mortgage, that was a terrible experience. I do not recommend using them. But everyone else involved were beyond great and helpful.

Despite the delays brought by the global pandemic, our Pulte Home’s build proceeded and was turned over to us. We’re happy to be in our new home.

The house is nice. Material and workmanship lacking a little. They are extremely responsive to issues.

Pre-settlement Pulte was responsive to issues. Since settlement have made Pulte aware of a couple of issues that have not been addressed in over 15 days. It appears that follow-up from both parties is needed.

The build experience was amazing! My project manager was absolutely the best! Very responsive and caring to all our needs. The only issues we had were with the underwriting of the mortgage. They consistently wanted reports and information that was redundant and not necessary for the approval of the mortgage. After the initial approval, they wanted the same reports and statements over and over again for 6 months. This became very tiresome and certainly didn't help my impression of Pulte mortgage. Other than the underwriting process, it was a very good experience.

Home buying process was smooth. Pulte met all deadlines despite Covid-19 restrictions.

Pulte built us a great home and delivery it on time. There were a few corners cut that were disappointing but overall it is a quality built home and they have been very responsive to the little issues that have come up. I would definitely buy Pulte again and would recommend them.

We love the house and the craftsmanship is incredible. The post sale responsiveness to a service tickets has been terrible and borderline unacceptable. Apparently caring about a customer after money is in the bank ends.

good design, good attitude in customer service, but the receptionists could know the details better

I like the home but having been in the trades I am not thrilled with some of the workmanship. For the cost of the home I expected more.
